MSI MEGA VIEW 566 - HDD ERROR MESSAGE A/V Recording

The message HDD ERROR displays whem I try to record Audio and Video!
It happens whem I'm using MEGA VIEW 566 in your belt case and a camera is attached in my helmet!
I can't understand why its happening.
HDD doesn't have cache?
How can I resolve this problem, or this problem is in the HDD?

The JVM had died in the GFX package.
I suggest you do a windows update and make sure you have the latest graphics drivers.
Failing that you need to get a new version of java when it becomes available. :)

Hi, I have tested the Mega View 566 for a while now. And I found out 3 days afther I buyed it that mine dosent have a menu called FM radio.
What is wrong???
And one more thing are there coming any Firmeware update to it??
It's a problem that you only do one operation at the time. For exampel play a song, and browse the rest of the mp3 songs you got on the player.
I also think the interface looks a little uncool, make some nice menu's like the ipod photo has...

Mega view 566 problem

I have a Mega View 566 [had it around 6 years ] I love it ,but I have messed it up . I decided [god knows why ] to do a update on it by doing a reset settings [not using my PC ] halfway through the re set the battery ran out of power & it went off . I recharged the battery & now only the power light comes on & nothing else . I plugged it into my PC & my PC says device not recognised . I am stuck .I faxed MSI tech & no reply . I have telephoned about 4 diff MSI numbers & they either have never heard of the 566 or just cant advise . I only ever used it for downloading from the TV & using on my many trips abroad on planes . It was working perfect before I messed around with it ,but unless someone can come up with a answer ,or who can fix it [shop is shut down I bought it from in London] It is £300 into the dustbin . HELP . John. PS tried all the usual stuff [holding down power button for 5 secs . All that does is turn off the power light .

I am just finally posting a reply. Looks as though the sound card went out. I was told that I could purchase a new open and install myself. I did not do that, but rather my step-dad just decided it was time to buy a new Mac Mini.

MSI Mega Stick 128MB Media Error

I have a MSI Mega Stick 128MB and when i turn it on it comes up with "Media Error" - then turns off. Can anybody PLEASE help me?

Please update latest firmware (v3.00.13) and try again!!
Please according to firmware update procedure to do of the following:
Mega stick firmware update process: (Don't put battery)
1. Please download and install the latest firmware and driver!!(http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/ia/ia/pro_ia_detail.php?UID=485)
2. After firmware unzipping, it will show some files, please replace driver installation files (C:\Program Files\MSI\MS-551X)
3. Please press sustained “play key” first, then plug your mega stick 128 in your PC.
4. Please go to "start" (below left corner) and enter "programs" and choose "MSI MS-551X" update now!!!
5. As you update firmware that you have to select "format data area" and after update success, you can release of your finger.
Please note: (1) Don't put battery before updating. (2) The step 3 is very important, please must press sustained “play key” first, then connect into your PC.

Can't mount 1tb External HDD - error message

First of all, I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, so please let me know if it should be moved.
Als, I have done pretty extensive searches on this problem ad error message but all the results were about 2 years old - i'm posting now in the hope that someone has some new answers!
I have a Macbook August 2007 model, and I have been using a Iomega 1TB external hardrive with no problems for the last year, until yesterday..
I can only think that I might have been too quick to take out the usb cable after ejecting it or the mac was too slow responding after I clicked to eject - I was running iMovie HD at the same time, which seems to slow things down. Now it will not mount, though I can see it in Disk Utility. I'm gutted if this is what caused it because I am so meticulous about ejecting it properly!!
When I tried to verify and repair, I got the following error code:
Verify and Repair disk “ABBY'S 1TB”
** /dev/disk2s1
** Phase 1 - Read FAT
Unable to read FAT (Input/output error)
Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit
1 non HFS volume checked
1 volume could not be repaired because of an error
I'm not technical enough to know which way it has been formatted, sorry.. but I just looked on Disk Utility and it says 'MS-DOS File System (FAT32)' .. I don't know what FAT and HFS mean...
I heard that if i try to mount it on a PC, it might work and then I could copy everything to dvds and try to reformat it.. is this a good option? I don't actually have a pc, I have used Macs for years, but I could wait til next week and find one to use..
But if anyone has any tips on how I can try to repair it or recover the lost data, I'd be really happy to hear from you.

It sounds like you are unable to mount your external USB drive when you connect it to your Mac and you have already reformatted, and repaired it. I would next reset your SMC and then your PRAM.
Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.

Then:
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.

How To Handle Error Message In TCD Recording?

I tried recording a transaction (my own transaction) by not enterring value in an obligatory field. the error message came. but when i executed the script, it showed an error. but actualy, the error message was expected right? how to handle this situation? i tried with tcd and sapgui recording. both gave almot the same result.

I have recording messages using the TCD command.
My script (very simple):

My SAP_BASIS component is in version 620. I'm not using the ultimate version of eCATT (no WEBDYNPRO command, etc.). Could it be an explanation?

Error Message at Edit Recording Informat

Hi ..can anyone help here.
Seems like every other time I try to use my SOUNDBLASTER... I record the audio with my Creative Player software. Once complete I try to save it and I get the message window Edit Recording Information.. I get an error message window stating.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
At that point it will not let me save the audio I just recorded and I have to lose it.
THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN EVERY TIME and I do not have any other software open. Can anyone help.
If you can I would need you to explain this in English vs computer tech language.

Currently iam working on upload program,whic is done by BDC recording with transaction PA30.while loading the data to different infotypes,iam checking one condition
in particular infotype,after that i need to give the error message(Type E) and i data should not get uploaded for that infotype,and it has to go to next infotype.i want to log this error also,how can i do this?

The ERROR message will stop the processing of the program, the message will need to be either an I(information) or a W(warning) message into for the program to continue processing.
Log the message by writing it to an internal table.

Freight Setup, Stock = Yes. Error Message: No matching records found 'G/L A

Dear Experts,
I want to distribute the Freight Charge into Item Cost at Goods Receipt PO, so i setup the Freight under Administration > Setup > General > Freight
Revenue Account and Expense Account are entered properly.
Distribution Method = Row Total
Drawing Method = Total
Stock = Yes
When i Add the Goods Receipt PO, error message prompt: No matching records found 'G/L Accounts' (OACT) (ODBC-2028).
If i change Stock = No, then the Goods Receipt PO can be added successfully.
I am using SAP 8.8 Patch 14. Can you please advise where did i configure wrongly?

Hi Ravi,
In the Info Package screen...Processing tab...check the option Do not allow Duplicate records.
RSRV is used for Repair and Analysis purpose.
If you found Duplicate records in the F fact table...Compress it then Duplicate records will be summarized in the Cube.
