Hi, a year ago I build my computer, a gaming PC, and everything works fine until a few days ago, exactly one year after the build, I was on mi pc when suddenly all freeze out, the video and the sound I just had to press the shutdown button, when I start the pc again it just start like 3 seconds and restart infinitely.
After a web search I start to think that the PSU was the problem but after more research looks like the motherboard was the problem so I take out the battery and put it back and start the pc.
The PC starts again, but another problem begin after that there is no video signal. The monitor doesn’t show any image I try to disconnect the Graphic card but nothing I press the button of the Motherboard to reset it but still the same I can’t solve the problem but there is more, after the PC start it stays ON like a minute and then restart again but the second time no restart anymore.
Any suggestion ?

So now you can boot with no auto restart, but without display?
You tried with IGD (on-board display)?
Maybe try another monitor or cable,
and use only one RAM stick w/ different slots to boot.

5122 and scope show video signal in bad resolution

i'm using the 5122 digitizer trying to show a nice clear scope (ni scope front panel) image of an entire video frame (all lines). some of my settings are 2.0ms/div, 50.0 MS/s; TV trigger; a record length of 1,000,000.
what i see on the scope is far from a million points plotted. where the points are concentrated it is just solid white. I know the scope is recorded a million points because i've exported the data and analyzed elsewhere but the issue isn't data analysis, the people i'm working on this for need to be able to view the scope image and determine whether it is a good signal (by eye).
if there are any alternate methods to do this then please elaborate. thanks

You are being limited by the resolution of your monitor. A nice monitor has about 2000 pixels of horizontal resolution. If you expanded the NI-SCOPE Soft Front Panel to be the full width of such a monitor, you would get a plot area about 1700 pixels wide. You are collecting 1 million points. There is almost three orders of magnitude difference between these two numbers. The soft front panel is doing the best it can. Unfortunately, it does not support zoom, which would help with this issue. You have several options:
Take ten or twenty lines of data at once and cycle through the frame, using the Line Number event and changing the Line # to change your position in the frame. This will only work if your signal is repetitive. This essentially does what a zoom would do.
Set up your computer with multiple monitors and stretch the soft front panel window across all of them to give yourself more horizontal resolution. Two monitors is probably fairly easy, since most modern video cards support that many. More than that can get expensive, since it will require another video card and probably a new motherboard to support an extra video card (although Matrox has a nice external solution, as well). I am not sure this will give you enough resolution.
Export the data to NI-HWS and create a viewer to zoom and view all of it at high resolution. This is fairly easy in LabVIEW. Let us know if want to pursue this and we can give you some pointers (see the tutorial Managing Large Data Sets in LabVIEW, which has an example which almost does what you need - you would need to add the file I/O to replace the waveform generate code).
Write your own application in LabVIEW to take a frame and allow zoom on the final result. Once again, this is fairly easy in LabVIEW. The NI-SCOPE examples and the previously mentioned tutorial should give you the info you need.

When normally powering the phone, there would not be a loading bar, you would just see the Apple logo. You can try a reset of the phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot.
You can take the phone to Apple, by making an appointment at the Genius Bar to have the hardware checked. Apple handles warranty and post-warranty issues, not Verizon. Have Apple look at the hardware to see if there are any problems.

Hi. Just updated to iphoto '09, and I notice that when I play a slideshow for an event, it also plays the videos embedded in the event. iphoto '08 skipped over these. Is there any way to make iphoto '09 do that as well? I like just showing the photos when I want to quickly view a slideshow. Thanks!

Will find all the photos in that Event and not the videos.
I think a meaningful update to the product would be to have a slideshow setting where you could check or uncheck a box that said "play videos in slideshow," don't you agree?

Use BCC. That's blind carbon copy. And copy paste the address into the BCC field. It really depends what e-mail program you use how to enable BCC.

Captivate 7 AVI conversion not showing video

Hello. When I import an avi video, Captivate goes through the conversion process to FLV. However, when I preview and play, I get the audio and not the video. I have imported the video into the library and onto a using both the Video menu and through the Content template slide.
Any ideas?

I have installed the 7.0.0, patch upgrade to 7.0.1.237, and instead of using the Master Slide I have uploaded a white background image. Within the properties tab>general, I have checked the project background option and uploaded my background image. Both Master slide objects on top and Use master slide background are unchecked.
I have uploaded my module to Moodle 2.5, and tests have gone well on all desktops and all browsers. Only the last slide contains any interactivity, and has checkboxes and a submit button to confirm their attestation of completion. However, when tested on an iPad, this one slide that contains the check boxes and submit button appear white/or blank. Would anybody have insight into this issue?

I write a script to do some work automatic,
for Indesign script, its application open method could open a file and not showing window,
the open method has a parameter [ShowingWindow] (if true, show the document window).
That is good a feature for me.
But with Illustrator, the application open method hasn't the same feature.

and for OpenOptions properties, there is not useful information for me.
Is there any other methods could do that?

You also are not showing any cellular service. Have you contacted your provider regarding that? Regarding your WiFi, do you have wifi turned on in settings? Did you get your phone to show up in iTunes on your computer? I think we are dealing with several issues since you said that you have a message on your phone to connect to iTunes and you don't have cellular service.

K8n NEO4 bios update to 1D: audigy + pci modem = no start (not even video signal

I updated my old 1.4 bios (alredy updated once) to 1D. The system was running fine but i was preparing for dual core update.
After bios update the neo4 was like dead. Not even video signal.
I removed both SB audigy and pci adsl modem and it started as usual.
If i add 1 pci card only (audigy OR PCI modem) the system works, while if i add BOTH the cards it is dead.
Changing slots did not solve the problem.
System is running with defaults values.
Any bios setting? do i have to go back to 1.4, 1.5 or 1.6 bios to use an athlon 64 X2 4800+?
