Flashing cursor in firefox after latest update flash 10.2.153.1

after installing the latest update of flash 10.2.153.1 my cursor flashing all the time when i go to webpages that need flash
i use firefox 4 and windows xp sp3. if i disable the plugin my cursor is ok. with the previous version of flash everything was ok
where can i found the previous version ?

I never heard of cursor flashing (what means flashing - blinking?) with Flash Player; perhaps you can try to adjust the settings?

IPhoto not connected to internet after latest update

I just updated my iPhoto last night according to notification. Then, everytime I change desktop, either to LR3 or CS5 and return, iPhoto is no longer connected to the internet therefore, I cannot upload to Facebook, Flicker or email from iPhoto.
I have to close iPhoto, restart iPhoto, then its OK. How silly. It was never that silly before.
What's happened? Who made what change to the good code? Is there a fix?

As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it? If it does then try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).
or with Lion and Mt. Lion from the User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/
Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder
3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE 1: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
NOTE 2: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

Thunderbolt not keeping default dialer after latest update (2.11.605.19 710RD)

Is anyone else having this problem? I have Mr. Number installed but I use the VZW phone dialer as the default. Since the update I will get asked what I want to use as the default dialer every once and a while, not sure what prompts this but I check the Use by default and pick the VZW dialer. It works fine for a few days or until I re-start my phoen or something else occurs, (not sure what at this point) and I have to re-do the dialer default question. I have had a couple of updates on Mr. Number so I don't think this is the problem and I have seen it on a few other apps like Navigation too. Any help for this or just hold tight for the ICS update?

Thanks, but I looked at this right away and it was set to the correct app, but then a few days later, I had to answer the question again, this has been going on since the update.

Javascript buttons and links no longer work in Firefox after latest update

Whenever I try to use a javascript button or link, nothing happens, I just get a message in the bottom bar such as: "javascript:window.close();" telling me what the command is, but when I click on it, nothing happens. I cannot close windows in social security or in any other program using javascript. This has happened since the last upgrade to Firefox 11. I even tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling (using the Mozilla instructions to '''completely''' remove Firefox) a fresh Firefox eleven, to no avail. I have a similar problem like this. I dont know what the deal is but since some type of either add on upgrade or firefox upgrade i get notifications to install flash when i try to launch anything from google music. I did everything you can think of including uninstalling, reinstalling both the add on "No Script" Firefox itself, ran several diagnostic programs to ensure it wasnt any type of malware, reinstalled Adobe Flash 11, Verified Java version. I even tried to play music from google music in IE8 and that worked so its clearly Mozilla and its add ons. I disabled No Script and Google Music miraculously started working fine. This is pretty irritating considering I do everything in my power to ensure I dont get hit with any type of malware, virus, spyware, etc and No Script is definitely an Add on i like to use for that very reason since Firefox no longer supports the Norton Web Tracker add on. Any fix for this foolishness would be great, thanks!!

You Tube not playing video on Firefox with Adobe Flash after latest update

You Tube and other sites are not playing video on Firefox with Adobe Flash after latest update for both. Adobe Flash is working on other sites but not You tube and those sites that may have embedded You Tube videos, I'm not sure.
Adobe Flash does not crash and no error message is showing. All that shows is a dark screen for the Flash video. Right clicking the screen shows only a non-clickable 'Movie not loaded' and the clickable link to the Adobe home page.
I have spent an hour trying things as suggested for past problems similar to this but none have helped.
I have sent sad face letting you know what I think of the latest update because of this which says pretty much the same thing as I have said here.
I have no further info but if I had some input and queries form you I might be able to provide more.

I'm not sure how to remove the 12.xxx version,. I don't understand why it is there, usually updates over wirte the old one as far as I know. I don't know where to find it.

Ok, did what you have said as much as I could. I have been fidgeting with things now for a couple hours. After doing a CCleaner and Registry cleanse, turning off and restarting the computer, the videos are now p-laying.
I would still like to know how to find and get rid of the duplicate Flash plug in though if you would't mind.

I have problem loading Java related websites after an upgrade to the latest version of Firefox 17.0
Some pages, keep asking me to enable "Javascript".
Under preferences, "Enabled Javascript" is already being checked, yet the websites still will not load.
Java is already updated.
I do not have this issues before the upgrade, and all along it is working fine.

Netflix will not play on my Mac anymore after latest update...HELP!!

After latest update, Netflix will no longer play. When I select a movie, it prompts me to install Microsoft Silverlight, which I have repeatedly done. Netflix claims the latest MAC update is to blame, not a Netflix issue....PLEASE, any assistance is greatly appreciated.

After latest update 1 feb 2014 error msvcr80.dll was not found

after latest update 1 feb 2014 on both my desk top running vista and my lap top running xp both crashed and now itunes wont open i just get failed to star because msvcr80.dll was not found obviously i tunes has a serious bug Help

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

PC freezes,blue screen etc..after latest update

looks like im not the only one with BIG problems after latest updates,my problems are..
1.Pc sees ipod in my computer but itunes wont start and pc locks up when i load itunes.
2.Start itunes without ipod connected itunes works fine but when i plug ipod in pc goes to blue screen and crashes.
3.If i restart pc with ipod still plugged in pc fails to boot after p.o.s.t. just a blank screen.
3.Ipod shows 2000 tracks itunes shows 1500?
4.I had a fwe problems before latest update but now cannot do anything with either.
Should i reset ipod to factory settings, delete itunes and load from cd when i bought ipod or is there an easier option?

Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart or hold down the option/alt key during a restart and select Recovery Volume). Run Disk Utility Verify/Repair and Repair Permissions until you get no errors. Then re-install the OS.
