MSS EHP4 PCR's Form ISR_FORM_SPPD.-

Hello experts,
We are implementing Manager Self Service 1.41 in EHP4.
We are use standard forms in 'HCM Process and Forms' and some Personal Change Request scenaries.
In specific the ISR_FORM_SPPD template show error 'Due to an internal error, the form could not be called'.
In Tcode SFP -> Layout -> Preview PDF It's show me 'Adobe Reader ' message error. This is only with this forms.

Please check that your Adobe Credentials have been properly installed.
Please have a look at note 967432 and note 736902.
Also, this could be an authorization issue. Please check this way or test with SAP_ALL user.

Updating PCR Adobe Forms to Layout Type ZCI

I came across OSS Note: 956074 and am trying to determine if the PCR Adobe Forms we are using need to be update to layout type ZCI.
When I execute the program in SA38: FP_CHK_REPORT and provide ISR_FORM_SPSE as the form I am getting a logon box to AdobeDocumentServices/Config. I provide the ADSUser ID and Password that has been created. After attempting to logon three times, I received the following error message.
ADS: SOAP Framework error: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoa(ADS)
Does anyone have suggestions for troubleshooting this error message?

No the password for ADSUser has not expired and the setting is checked so that it won't expire and does not have to be changed.
I do realize that all the forms need to be updated. When I try to manually change the layout type to ZCI for each form through SFP I am not able to reactivate the forms. When I click the activate button I get the same logon box as when I run FP_CHK_REPORT. I provide the ADSUser ID and Password that has been created. MSS PCR --- PDF forms probmlem

   We are in the process implmenting ESS and MSS on EP NW04 SP11. We have installed Xss 7.0, ESS/MSS business package   and ADS on Portal J2EE engine.
   After PCR configuration we got following error message while accessing forms.

I checked the message with our Q team. This is probably not only related to Adobe document services, but involves the Portal or one of the other components of MSS PCR. Please create a customer message on the MSS PCR component to speed up resolution.

PCR Adobe Forms & ISR

Hi,
I have MSS implemented in portal EP 6.0 & PCR. Now i have designed one Adobe Form for displaying some data in <b>ISR Customization</b> but i dont know how i integrate this form to PCR in portal ?
How to include it in portal MSS->PCR workset or page so as to make it visible in MSS?
Also i would like to ask can i integrate this adobe for in webdynpro & if yes how ?
So that i can create an iview in portal refering to the application in webdynpro for this form.

Help needed with PCR Interactive Forms.

We are trying to get a prototype system going to show HR some WebDynpro and Adobe Forms technology. I'm focusing on our PCR's right now. I have fixed one problem by configuring the ABAP WAS in the java visual admin http destinations. I now want to take our ISR's and map them to adobe forms in QISRSCENARIO. I am looking at the available forms and wish to configure.
- Transfer an Employee out of my Org - ISR_FORM_SPTR - The inactive SPTR form displays the following "The creation of this form has not yet been completed. Therefore, you cannot use the form at this time. The finished form will be available with the next release.SAP AG "
- Move an Employee to a Vacancy in My Org - ISR_FORM_???? - This may be some old custom development on our part because I'm seeing nothing close in ISR forms.
- Change an Employee in Current Position - ISR_FORM_SPPD - Displays form after a popup shows soem formcalc errors.
- Separate an Employee - ISR_FORM_SPSD - Displays form
- Change Working Time of an Employee - ISR_FORM_SPWT - Displays form after a popup shows soem formcalc errors.
This is just a prototype so I'm not lookign to mesh all out pcr customizations. I do have some questions though.
I can't seem to find anything telling me what adobe forms are delivered for a particular version of SAP. We are on ECC5.0.
Is a form marked inactive simply not delivered? If not how do I activate?
Basically we'll want to be using adobe forms wherever delivered for ECC50. Any pointers to documentation on what's delivered vs. what I'm seeing in QISRSCENARION would be greatly appreciated as well as any general docs on working with, modifying forms.

PCR adobe forms: change logo

Hi All,
We are implementing MSS PCR scenarios and the requirement is to replace the SAP logo with the company one.
To do this, we can take a copy of the standard form 'ISR_FORM_SPEG' to 'ZISR_FORM_SPEG' and change the logo.
Now, can we assign the custom form for a standard scenario definition in QISRSCENARIO (replacing the standard form)? Is this setting sufficient to trigger the custom form instead the standard one?. Is there any further settings or configuration we need to make it work.
What is the best way to make this change. Please share your experience.
Appreciate your help!
Note: We are on EP 7.0 and ECC 6.0.

Dear Andrea,
I reset the password of backend user and gave sap_all and sap_new role.
Last time it prompt the screen in mss as to change the password. (See above screen shot).
But after reset the password...error showing instead of login screen in mss as below:

Change of Position in MSS with Process and Forms

Hi,
I'm trying to create authorizations for a change of position in Process and Forms, but every time that I choose a new position to the employee I get the error, No authorization, with this details:

Message no. 5A277
Diagnosis
You are not authorized to perform this activity.
System Response
The system cancels the activity you have tried to perform.
Procedure
If necessary, you can maintain missing authorizations in Customizing. Please remember that both the standard authorizations and the structural authorizations are checked.
I have managed to change the position and create positions in SAP with t-code PPOME, but in the MSS Portal it doesn't work.
I use authorization with context ( S_ORIGINCON ) with a FM in the structural profile that returns my objects ( O, S, P ). I also have personnel planning authorization ( PLOG ) for the returned objects.
Any help to overcome this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
We stop using SAP code to manipulate the infotype 0001, and started using our own code throw generic services I guess (Not my part of the project).
The problem was that in a change of position for a new created position or even for an existing position there was a need for access to the default position OBJID='99999999'. That's why when you give authorization for object OTYPE=' ' and OBJID = ' ' you will not get an error, because it gives authorization for all objects, witch defeats the purpose of security.
If you debug the functions used by the portal (MSS or ESS) you will see that in some FM on the call stack there is passed a flag that controls wether or not there is a authorization check for that default position.
Basically ww stop using the SAP code, and started calling this FM (BAPI, etc) ourselves, and them we manipulated that flag so that we could circumvent the error.
I hope it was clear, sorry if it was not, truth be told it was a long time since I finish that project.

Error in MSS-Create Requisition Request, form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3

Hi,
We are trying to configure MSS app, create requisition request using standard adobe form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3.
We have configured standard HCM process HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION for it. When entering all
the mandatory fields in the form and clicking on 'check and send' , it displays an error
"you must enter a requisition title'
although we have already entered req. title in the field.
Anyone faced this issue before?

You can find out the enhancement ( BADI defnition ) that corresponds to MSS Requisition request .
Debugging the same will let you know why the error is coming .
You could also be due to config done under MSS -> recruitment.

MSS/ESS - PCR application

Hi all,
I'm new to the BP MSS/ESS and before make any change on WD applications, I would like to read your advices.
We need to create a validation on PCR(everytime a PCR is submitted several Infotype fields must be checked), where should I go for these changes? Straight on STD Web Dynpro application(in this case is MSS/PCR application) or is there a t table on SIMG_SPORT customization which I can provide this validation? How would you guys proceed on this case?

PCR -Adobe form error

You can try the following..
In the backend use Tcode SE91.. fill in QISR as the Message Class & 402 as the Message Number and click on the 'Where-Used List' icon in the menu.. If the message is not triggered dynamically, it will take you to the program where it is triggered.. may be that will help you locate the error..

EHP4 PDF based Forms

Hi,
we have installed EHP4. Now we have a lot of sap standard based PDF forms. But the problem what i have is, i konw the form name, but not the name of the print programm and the entry name.
To see all new PDF forms i use the report RERP_EHP_SHOW_FORM_LIST, but how can i see the print programs, which belongs
to the forms?

Check this way TC: NACE->Output Types->Form and Prog name will be assigned to an output type where u can check the prog. name.

PCR Adobe Form generation error

Hi,
I am trying to create PCR. I followed ISR Cook book from Service market place. When i try to save Adobe form it is asking me to activate the form when i say activate it it is giving error.

Message no. QISR402</b>
What could be the problem?? How to solve this??
