Hello I purchased a Zen V plus player. I have a 4month old dell puter windows xp sp2. When I try to install the zen software I get the message regsur32 fails to register . I get no icons on the desktop. Uninstalling and reinstalling just gives me the same message. And yes my virus program is not on when I install. Any answers?
