MTTR MTBR Report on Assembly Level

Dear All
Standard MCJB report give the MTTR and MTBR report on Equipment Level. we need it on Assembly level. for that we did changes on LIS. we create the new Info Structure by coping S070 and added Assembly.
with this Assembly is now coming in the report but the Time is not getting Update. Please help me on this..

Hello
First You need to create the notification for assemblies then you can see the MTTR & MTBR Time in report.
Can you explain that ,your creating any Notification for Assemblies if so please check the weather that notification in Completed status

As per my knowledge we have mttr/mtbr reports straightway available in system, but they calculate from the start date till current time..............accumulative.
But if i want some month wise comparison, or monthly MTTR/MTBR reports,,,,,,,,and others like COST Comparison,,,do we have available in SAP??

Dear
For SAP std Report u have the look at MCI1 to MCI 8. If you need any specific dates not from Period wise , Better u can create ABAP report.
The Breakdwon, Costing (MaterialactivityServices), Planner Grps, Actions (agst Brk down) in one report.
Make mandatoty fields for Planr Grp, Wrk center, Cause, Damage at Notification , order.
U can go for own according to the client requiremnet. I think u got some points from all submited earlier post also.

Dear All,
As per my knowledge MTTR/MTBR reports are calculated on the basis of START UP that we maintain in equipment master...and VALID from date have NO ROLE in this report.?? AM i rite ? One more thing there is one field 'TIME BETWN REPAIR" wat does it show, can anyone help?

Hi deepak
As you said for calculating the MTTR/MTBF the start up date will be taken up by the system,whereas if you not specified the start up date then the date of first malfunction end will be considered.
you can also specify what is the MTTR/MTBF for the time period ie for last year by specifying the valid from date
Time between repair is tme actauly take to get back the system in to operation, whereas Mean time is the average calculated based on time taken and breakdown entered

Dear Guru's,
My client has a query that why SAP not Provides MTTR/MTBR report for functional location when an equipment is breakdown corresponding functional location is also breakdown but the system consider only the equipment, not consider the functional location that is linked to the equipment.

When you are saying that the Equipment is in Breakdown, it may happen that the whols FLock could be considered in Break down, but not necessary,
say we take an Example of a Work Shop, where Mechanical Workshop is the Functional Location and it has N no of Equipments like Lath, Grinding m/c, Welding M/c, Shaper Etc.... in this case can you please tell me if only one of the above mentioned Equipment is under Break down can the Whole Mechanical Workshop be termed as under Shut down.
What you are saying is correct in the Line Production, where we can have the Predessing as well as the Succeding Equipments, there for the Critical Equipment you generally have a Back-up Equipment, may be possible the capacity of the Backup might not be same as the mail Equipment, but still it can serve the Purpose for the Time Being. in that condition how can you say that the whole FLock is in Breakdown.

In My case ,My MCJB Report is running correctly .But one notification type is not a breakdown. I want to generate the report without a one notification type.How to edit the report without one notification type.

Query on MCJC - MTTR/MTBR Functional Location report in Plant Maintenance

We have recently upgraded our SAP 4.7 system to mySAP ERP 2005 ecc6.0.
We are facing problem in report derived using tcode'MCJC' in Plant Maintenance.When we execute MCJC (MCJC - MTTR/MTBR Functional Location ) transaction, there is no data appearing in the report output.This report is used to get the functional locationwise data from maintenance order. The transactions are entered for creating maintenance order & notifications through IW31. This is getting updated in table s070.
This is a standard report and was working fine in SAP 4.7.

Transformation for MTTR / MTBR

Dear all,
The requirement is to create a report for MTTR & MTBR with total no. of breakdown and no. of breakdown during production hours.
I'm trying to use the standard DSO's 0PM_DS01 (Downtime Notification) & 0PM_DS02 (MTTR / MTBR).
When I'm migrating the standard update rules 0PM_DS01 2LIS_17_NOTIF & 0PM_DS02 80PM_DS01 into transformation system gives syntex error in routine (Rule (target: 0DWNTM_EFF, group: 02 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine).
When I checked inside the routine the following error message is displayed.
(E:Field "RESULT_TABLE[]" is unknown. It is neither in one of the
specified tables nor defined by a "DATA" statement. "DATA" statement)
Please suggest the logic which needs to be followed while migrating the update rule into transformation.

You need to re-write the code in the end routine with the records that are available in the result_package.
RESULT TABLE concept no longer exists in BI 7.0.

PMIS : MTTR/MTBR - Equipment

Hi Experts,
I want to know the data in PMIS : MTTR/MTBR - Equipment, but after input equipment, there are no data record. I also do set the breakdown indicator check box in the notification and also enter malfunction start date and mallfunction end date and in SPRO setting, creation of notification type I have to give update group -26 but the result is still no data.
How Should I do to get the data in in PMIS : MTTR/MTBR - Equipment?thx for the great answer.

MTTR / MTBR Calculation

Dear All,
I just want to confirm one thing that mttr/mtbr is calculated from breakdown notification from Breakdown Duration. But now if we are also updating Malfunctioning start and end time in other notification types (Because we need to know time occured in other maintenance also) but NOT doing tick on breakdown.
Hope it will not make any impact on mttr and mtbr reports.

ZReport for MTTR & MTBR calculation monthwise?

Dear Expert,
We are exploring a way to show the MTTR and MTBR through Z reports for the particular period say for the month of June where the Value of MTTR is coming out correctly but the MTBR is showing from the date of Go live , can there be a field from where I can select from date wise, I check in table S070 with EQUNR. Put SEQTBR/SMSAUS data in this field but value is not what I want.
I need some tips from this community to solve this dilemma...

Can you explain your MTTR / MTBR defination.
As you wrote it is for specific duration it means that there should be some diffrent time zones for same z reports.
Please ealborate on requirement.

Report at Material level(for all the plants)?

We have simple query which gives following output.
&Plant&Material No&Creation Date&Issue date&QTY issued&
P1      M1         01/10/2004    01/01/2005        10
P2      M1         01/12/2004    15/12/2004        20
P3      M1         01/01/2005    15/01/2005        30
Actually I want to report at material level ( for all plants in one shot ) , additionaly I want to show the minimum creation date for that material and minimum issue date and sum of all 3 qty issued.
The output should look like
&Material No&Creation Date&Issue date&QTY issued
M1           01/10/2004    15/12/2004       60
Can any body suggest how do i get the date fields with the above condition

Try this:
Take two more KFs in the cube.
1) Creation Date as KF
Type: Date
Exception aggregation : First value
Aggregation reference : 0material.
2) Issue Date as KF
Type: Date
Exception aggregation : Last value
Aggregation reference : 0material.
In the query take 0material in rows and above 2 KF in the columns (May be , here , you need restriction also. 'Creation Date as Characterstic' > 01.01.1000 ,Issue Date as characterstic' < 31.12.9999 )

Pre-requisites are:
Maintain Start date in Equipment / Functional location master
Maintain the Malfunction Start date & time, Malfunction End Date & time in Notification
Maintain the Breakdown tick mark in notification
Maintain update group (stats) in Notification type configuration (IMG - Plant Maintenance & Customer Service - Maintenance & Service Processing - Maintenance & Service Notifications - Notification types - Define Notification types)

Report at Customer Level

Hi,
I am working for my Sales Application, In that i have Region,Customer,Product and CustomerAccount dimensions etc.
In Sales input Template
I am entering sales at Region, all products and customer level .
In the other Rates Template:
I am giving salesrate,salestax,excise duty at Region Level and customer level,(within the region).
Now in my Report
I am able to see the report at Region level , All customer level but not at customer level for all products.
Required,
I would like to see my report at individual customer level.
I feel rates are to be given at No Product and no customer level in Rates Template,because Taxes are based at region level, but then i am not getting any caliculations in my report. For that any script logic to be maintaned?

Is this a script logic issues or reporting issue?
Are you trying to calculate values from the salesrate,salestax,excise duty entered for your rates and your logic is not finding rates?
You need to be a bit more clearer on your question and the things you have tried to resolve it.
