Got a html slideshow and making it into a Muse widget but is there a parameter to use to be able to choose and upload files? e.g. the picture to add to the slide show? Thanks

Can you try using the Send feature to do the file uploading and let us know if that works? You can use the Create Anonymous Link option, then click Create Link. This will upload your file to your Acrobat.com organizer. After uploading, you can turn off the sharing on the file if you want.

Is there a liquid tag for related products?

There does not seem to be liquid tag for related products. I'm now using {tag_relatedproducts}.
I would like to use {{relatedproducts}} because I would like to use useli="true" to get rid of the default table.
Am I missing something or is there no liquid tag for related products? It would be helpful to have one.
If it's not there, is there a different way to use a list instead of a table for related products?

The BC team is (rightly) getting away from the tags and parameters that involve HTML code rather than just the raw data. I would be surprised if this is not one of those on the chopping block. There would be a need to expose related products in the API though so you can compose a FOR statement and build your own collection but I'm not sure if that is supported or not yet. Try using module_data with the appropriate resource/subresource and the {{this | JSON}} tag to check.

Safari on iPads has no facility to upload files to web sites. You need to use an app made specific for that site or use a computer.

when will there be an update for Lightroom 4 which provides the option to import RAW-files from the Olympus OM-D E-M10 directly into LR4?

Lightroom 5.0 came out in June 2013 with a public beta for LR5 available at Adobe Labs back in April 2013. It seems you may have been unlucky purchasing the old version just before the new version came out, or perhaps LR5 required a minimum OS level your computer didn’t have.
Purchasing a new version every year isn’t necessary, but you do have to buy a new version whenever you buy an unsupported camera.
Adobe employees need to get paid just like the rest of us, and their releasing a new payfor version every so often is how they get paid.
Never mind that the new version has improvements beyond new camera support, so there was a full development-release-training-marketing effort behind it.

What Is iTunes Doing? 20 min. progress bar to write tags for 1 file?

What the heck is going on? I try to simply write info tags for one new movie conversion. I'm looking at at progress bar (??!!!) for twenty minutes now. What is itunes doing? This is beyond spooky.

ok, the writing tags to the video files thing I have seen before. I think in the end I switched to using a different program to convert videos, and it pretty much stopped happening. It puzzled me for a while, but after monkeying around with it I pretty much found it was a problem with the video file. If I had a problem with a certain file, then re-encoded it with different program, then the slow write to tags thing didn't happen. As for the hiccup playing video, that'll probably always happen to some extent. Is the usb drive idle before you are trying to play video off of it? Once itunes requests the video file from the drive it has to spin up the hard drive before it can play video from it. You could set your external drive to never spin down. Also check the firmware for the external drive, they often have updated firmware available for externals that no one ever checks on.

Is there a maximum size for Keynote files

I want to make sure my Keynote files are functioning well. Is there a maximum size, under which they function best? (either a number of slides, or MB/memory).
I've created the Keynote files on my iPad2, then uploaded them to my iMac desktop, used the "Reduce File Size" option on desktop Keynote, saved, then downloaded onto my iPhone4, and I'm "projecting" the files onto an Apple TV 2.

There's a mathematical limit due to the architecture of PDF object references but it's way beyond anything you could create in practice. Because the Acrobat Family are 32-bit applications you'll find there are performance issues if the file count gets too high - exactly when that becomes a problem depends on both the files and the hardware opening them, but given an XLSX file isn't displayed within the Portfolio (other than as an icon) it'll be less of an issue then if the files were PDFs, videos, etc.

Is there a size limit for pdf files in dropbox

pdf files will not open in Dropbox on my iPad. is it possible there too big?

On your iOS device or desktop of your computer, there are no size limits, other than the total size of your dropbox storage space. To open the file on you iPad though, you need to have as much space free on the iPad as the file is, since it must first be downloaded onto your iPad. So, how much free space is there on your iPad?

Can anyone help me choose files to upload?

Ever since my last Apple update I haven't been able to upload files to any website. When I click the upload file button the files come up, I highlight them but that's all I can do. Right click doesn't work, left click doesn't work and there is no choose button like I used to have. The updates are supposed to fix things not make it a hundred times worse to use. Thanks BD, your answer helped me to find things that I didn't know existed in the Utilities folder. The actual answer for my problem though was not in there, but it got me to thinking a little stronger. When all of the repair disk and repair permissions stuff didn't help, I tried another option, I eliminated one of my toolbars at the top and then the actual choose/cancel buttons appeared! They were still there at the bottom but inaccessible till I deleted that toolbar which moved the whole page up an inch! I am so happy now, I thank you for your help, Lee Tracey

How can I reset the default directory view to "Details" sorted a-z when I "Save As" or have to choose files to upload?

It's a recent problem. My default view now keeps coming up as "List", sorted z-a. And it returns to that even when I simply go up a directory level in the same transaction!
I've deleted my Firefox prefs files as in the instructions for settings problems, but that didn't fix it.
I run XP-sp3. In case Windows was overriding the browser, I reset my Windows Explorer Folder Options, to View All Folders as Details, a-z, then restarted Firefox, but apparently that's not the issue either.
It's a small problem, but I use that feature a lot, so it's really time-consuming - and frustrating. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks!

I'm not sure how, but the problem seems to be OK now. It reverted to normal after I deleted my accounts at two web sites I'd joined last week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Thanks.

I have the following scenario:
1.     Users would like to upload data from flat file and subsequently view their reports.
2.     SAP BW support team would not be involved in data upload process.
3.     Users would not go to RSA1 and use InfoPackages & DTPs. Hence, another mechanism for data upload is required.
4.     Users consists of two group, external and internal users. External users would not have access to SAP system. However, access via a portal is acceptable.
What are the best practice we should adopt for this scenario?

I can share what we do in our project.
We get the files from the WEB to the Application Server in path which is for this process.The file placed in the server has a naming convention based on ur project,u can name it.Everyday the same name file is placed in the server with different data.The path in the infopackage is fixed to that location in the server.After this the process chain trigers and loads the data from that particular path which is fixed in the application server.After the load completes,a copy of file is taken as back up and deleted from that path.
So this happens everyday.
