Muliple attachment coming in the inbox

Question

Dear Freinds,
            I am sending the   file by using the FM CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF
and sending to the
SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1.
Iam getting the attachment for the same employee multiple attachments.
When iam looping at each employee first employee iam getting only one attachment in the inbox, for second employee (i.e second record) iam getting
two attachments i.e duplilcate attachment ,however again i check for third record i found that for third employee iam getting 3 attachment ( i.e two duplicates).   What could the problem iam not able to trace it out, could any one help me out.
