Multi IDOCs to be sent to R/3 - how

I have a multi mapping that for 1 File produces 5 Finance IDOCS and 1 Stock IDOC.
I have figured out how to do the message mapping.
But now realise I cannot send all of these IDOC to SAP because IDOC Adapter is not in AE hence I get this error
Messages in multi-message format can only be sent to one Adapter Engine
Is there any BLOGS that explain how to create a BPM to now process my transformed MULTIPLE IDOCS and get them into my R/3 system.

IDOC and RFC sent by SAP PI , how to access in ECC.

Hi Everybody,
I have been working in SAP PI but have never handled the ECC part of the implementation.
Till now I have only dropped idoc or RFC to the ECC system and let the further processing to the target team.
But in new project the further processing part also we have to handle.
So could you please tell me, for any idoc (say ORDERS) once PI drops it at ECC , where to access it ? which table? for further processing of that data in ECC? Same for RFC?

Dilip, as soon as the system ECC receives IDOC file, IDOCs are created. For further processing
1. ALE attributes (BD51) must be defined.
2. Then Partner profile (WE20) must be active for the partner(vendor/customer) and message
(ORDERS/DESADV) combination which exists in IDOC control record.
3. If you want to manually process IDOC in test or dev system you can use test tool (WE19).
4. To monitor created IDOCs you can use WE02/WE05.
5. You can use tables EDIDC, EDID4, EDIDS to view IDOC info.
6. Also you can go to corresponding tcode to see the posted document.

There are IDocs in the source system ALE outbox that did not arrive in the ALE inbox of BI.
Further analysis:
Check the TRFC log.
You can access this log using the wizard or the menu path "Environment -> Transact. RFC -> In source system".
Error handling:
If the TRFC is incorrect, check whether the source system is fully connected to BI. In particular, check the authorizations of the background user in the source system.
Please advice how should i proceed in this case..

Transactional RFC is an asynchronous communication method that executes the called function module just once in the RFC server. The remote system need not be available at the time when the RFC client program is executing a tRFC. The tRFC component stores the called RFC function, together with the corresponding data, in the SAP database under a unique transaction ID (TID).
If a call is sent, and the receiving system is down, the call remains in the local queue. The calling dialog program can proceed without waiting to see whether the remote call was successful. If the receiving system does not become active within a certain amount of time, the call is scheduled to run in batch.
Ur trfc connection not available may be because due to the work processors in R/3 would have not been available for the whole period of ur loading process .
Pls wait for the parallel processes to end and then load ur data again after deleting the bad req from the manage tab
if this error persists then go for a Ticket

Hi,
The problem seems to be with "SMQS". Please check whether you get WAITING and WAITCONN appearing,it appears if the maximum number of connections has been reached or if the scheduler is waiting for a connection to become available again.

We are experiencing this error while loading data from R/3 to BI 7.0. The exact problem is that these Idocs eventually get transferred to BI but at a very very slow rate:
For a job that takes 10secs to load, you can have it running for 4hours.
How can we resolve fast pls?
Note there have been steps taken by our basis team all to no avail.
SM58 on BI doesnt throw up any hanging Idocs

I think that you should perform with your basis some checks in your R3 environment.
First go to we20 / we21 and check if you have the RS* message configured in the LSR3SID system.
Also ask to your technical team if they saw some RFC response time issue in the environment. Sometimes you have a large wait time and you can set a RFC groups in order to avoid that.
Be sure that the user used in the RFC connections are correct and if the roles assigned are the necesary.
If all of this points are correct you can try to reduce the amount of records and the size in every InfoPackage .

I think Prabhu means that he wants to search in R3 for Idocs that were sent there from PI to R3.
I dont think IDX5 can give you those Idocs. Idx 5 is only usable for Idocs sent from R3 to the PI system.
But than i'm not sure how to find the particular Idoc in the R3. I think it would be best to get a close range of date/time from PI and then use that same range in R3 in transaction WE02.

Idocs not being sent from 4.6c to 6.0 system

Hello,
I am sending Idocs from a 4.6c R/3 system to a 6.0 R/3 system. I can see that the Idocs are being created and sent to port OK (status 03) in the 4.6c system but not able to see the Idocs in the 6.0 system.
Actually, there are 2 cases but in both cases I am using the same function module 'ALE_DISPUTE_CREATE' to send the Idocs but only in the first case Idocs are received in the 6.0 system. I checked the parameters of the function module in both the cases and they are same in both the cases with the only difference being the values.
One more difference is the way the data is prepared . In the first case, 'FDM_CASE_DATA_PREPARE' is used to prepare the data and in the second case I am creating the data using normal data extraction and internal tables after which I pass the datas to the function module 'FDM_COM_CASE_CREATE' which is also used in the first case.
'ALE_DISPUTE_CREATE' is within this function module.
I checked the queues in both the systems and did not find anything stuck there. One more interesting case, If I copy the Idocs which are not being sent using WE19, the Idocs are being sent correctly and received correctly in the 6.0 system.
Please advice.

Hi Laxman,
You said that the Status of the IDOC at sender side is '03', have you checked the status of IDOC in reciever system. Check the details of DOC using WE02. Use BD87 to Monitor the messages issued during IDOC processing. These messages will help you to reach to the exact problem.

I've changed the bill payer to myself but it stills says on emails that I sent that its from my mother.

In order for the "From" field to show you options on the "from" addresses available, you must set them up in the Preferences > Accounts first.
I can't show you a screen shot of the from field because I currently only have one account, so the from address used is the default. However, when I had more than one, then options will show up in your compose/reply window.

To change the iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. I don't want all my mail to be marked as read, just the sent messages. I set Thunderbird up on my new PC and whenever I send an email it goes to my sent folder like I want, but it shows up as a new or unread message. I have Thunderbird on my two other PC's and it doesn't act this way. On the other PC's when I send out an email, it shows up in my sent folder as read. That's the way I want it to act on my new PC. With the other two PC's I didn't have to do anything to the setting it was like that from the start.

You cannot change your Rescue email address after you have forgotten your Security Questions. Once you get everything reset, you will be able to change it. For now, you are going to have to contact Apple Support to get them reset:
