Multi-links to Site

When an external site places a link to my web site www.sureaqua.com, Google analytics shows that there is between 60-80 links even though there is only one reference on there site.
Within the BC system, I have a multple domains, that are forwarded www.sureaqua.com. They are www.sureaqua.com.au, www.sureaqua.jp , www.sureaqua.us and a couple of others. Google analytics show that I have over 5500 links from www.sureaqua.com.au to www.sureaqua.com and over 2600 links from www.sureaqua.jp to www.sureaqua.com
For the ww.sureaqua.us there appears to be no links showing in Google Analytics
The reason I am concerned is that Google Analytics has written to and penalised my site for too many unnatural links. They have de-indexed my site. I am trying to resolve this issue

Hi there,
I had a look at your site setup and I don't see any issues there. You have a multi-lingual site and you have a domain for every language. Your content is in different languages, so you're not doing anything wrong. That said, what GA may want you to do is to use a different GA code for every domain. So, you may want to consider creating different GA codes for every domain and then adding them to the bottom of your templates.

What is the best way to have my web site switchable (initially from links on the main index.html page) between different languages?
Do I simply clone the English version (including all the sub-directories and structure) into a sub-directory and translate each page and put a link on the main index.html page to a translated copy of the index.html page in the German sub-directory
That would mean I effectively have two websites to maintain.
More when it is translated into more languages.
Currently all the English pages are made from a template (dwt file)
I assume this adds a level of complication to the design.
Or is there a better/easier way?

This is a website that the client did not continue with http://ncca.com.au/new/, hence it has not been finished.
In the top right hand corner are two flags, Dutch and English. By clicking on a flag, the language session variable is changed. This session variable is used througout the website to determine the content as in
if ($_SESSION['lang'] == 'en') {include("home_en.php");}
if ($_SESSION['lang'] == 'nl') {include("home_nl.php");}
If there are more languages it is better to use the select switch rather than an if statement.

All of a sudden the multi-links add-on is not working (and I use it a lot). All of this started with the 2nd-to-last Firefox update -- I refuse to do the new update because I'll lose an invaluable --to me-- add-on, ljlogin.

Multi-links won't even work a little bit. I've restarted Firefox. Disabled, restarted, and then flat-out removed multi-links, restarted, re-installed Multi-links, restarted my computer ... no dice.

Are you sure the multi-links icon on the bottom bar of your firefox window is enabled (ie not greyed out)?

Link to site-root relative style sheet not working CS4

I am trying to define links to site-root relative external style sheets - as I believe that IE conditional comments prevent Templates from correctly updating the links. The styles are not being applied when I use any href path begining with "/". So, the following do not work:
<link href="/styles/myStyleSheet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<link href="/myStyleSheet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
Dreamweaver can open the css file from a right-mouse click and even give me warnings about css properties as a tool-tip as I hover over the file. The styles are applied fine with document relative paths:

Any ideas?

Is there a way to know from what site and/or what link a site came from.

I want to use the same site and code but depending on fronm what link the site was created I want to forward to sit A.jsp respectiveley site B.jsp.
How can I check this.

the normal way is to use the Referer header (that's the right spelling, even though it's not spelled right), but that's not guaranteed. If it's within your app, passing it is the safer bet.

You will have to try to explain what you want a little more clearly. If you don't know Actionscript, then trying to explain what you want using it isn't likely to get the point across. As a minimum what you showed doesn't help me to understand. If you are changing to a new web page, what need do you have for dealing with some kind of event being processed? What is that event indicating? What purpose is it serving?

Hi, I have Adobe Acrobat Professional. I need to know how to create multi-links on 300 page docs

I need to know how to create multi-links on a 300 page document, showing "return to main Menu". Ideally placed on the bottom right of each page. I have adobe acrobat Professional.

Import a picture to be a button, place it, activate HYPERLINK tool, draw a rectangle around the whole button, in the window popping up select the link behaviour, submit with OK.
Then copy & paste the button object to every page. I don't know whether pasting it on every of the 300 pages can be automated, but if not, it is still done quite fastly.

I have an OSB 10.3.0.3.0 AIX client, and not all filesystem are successfully
backed up: some of them fail with the message

I used the following simple dataset:

Cannot link my site to SP 2010, says it is not a SP site

I am trying to link my site to SharePoint Designer 2010 however, I receive two error messages when entering the URL:
The first says "default.aspx is not a valid folder name."
The second says "Microsoft SharePoint Designer does not support editing non-SharePoint sites."
My site is hosted by SharePoint and I am curious to know how I can resolve this issue and connect my site to SPD.

There is no special process for multi drop shipments. Use standard 3rd party sales order process to fulfill the requirements.

Only one destination, but the truck has to deliver in multiple locations - In my opinion this statement is contradictory.
For a single customer, delivery at multiple locations - use line item functionlity in the sales order and in delivery. Meaning at line item level, change the ship-to party address details.
For multiple customers - create multiple deliveries and different line items.
The frieght varies from one delivery point to another delivery point - Use freight condition type at line item level (item condition type).

Correct linking within site problem

On the webhosting server that I am using (can't change it, my
company chose ...), there is an extremely strange linking structure
(or maybe it just seems strange to me?).
When you log-in into your account to upload your site, the
login takes you to the server/domain folder, where you simply
upload your site. Naturally, all ofther files within the "site" are
linked by /otherfile.html, because they are in the same folder.
However, the server that the hosting company is using requires the
link to be of the format /domainfolder/otherfile.html.
To illustrate it with code:
a) the way Dreamweaver sets up a link within a Dreamweaver
site relative to the index.html page:

title="mainFrame">
<frame src="/IndexBottom.htm" name="bottomFrame"
scrolling="auto" noresize>
b) the way I have to adjust the code for it to work on the
server

This means that I would have to go through every single link

You'd be ever so much better off without frames. But

Frames are rarely the optimal choice for your layout because

How do I link all site pages to a new site page?

I'm using Dreamweaver cs4 on a windows pc. I have 12 pages in my site with a vertical spry navigation bar. Each time I create a new page I then add that to the spry navigation bar. All the other pages don't show that new page in the nav bar. So, the spry nav. needs to be update site wide. Is there a way to update the spry navigation bar site wide in just a few clicks? Is there an easy way to link all the other page back to that new page? I have a template made but all my site pages are now detached from that template. Everytime I saved the template as a html file to create a new page the navigation bar had the word template in it so I just deleted it out of the code. As you can probably tell I'm pretty new to dreamweaver so any help will be greatly appreciated to say the least. I've checked pretty much everywhere I can think of for the answer

Yes, there are ways to have all the pages update when you make changes to a navbar. However, the way you describe the situation, you currently have to do it all manually.
Easiest way to update a navigation bar:
1. The use of serverside includes - here's a basic tutorial explaining what a SSI is and how it's done.

2. The other is the use of templates - which you've tried.

That's where you went wrong, you don't save the template with a new name and save it as a html file. You need use: Create New>from Template. This way you create a new page from the master template and save it into the root of your site - and this is called a 'child page'.

The differences between using SSIs and DWTs (template file):
With a SSI file, you make changes to the file and all pages with the include will will update automatically and you only need to upload the one SSI whenever you make a page.
If using a template, whenever you make a change, again all child pages are updated, but you have to upload *all* the changed pages.

Templates show up as having broken links in site link check

CS6
I have about 20 templates for my site, and a couple of them show up as having broken links when I do a check links site wide search?
When I make changes to these particular templates now, the new links and associated pages will show up as having broken links also?
Then when I map the new pages to the correct page, I get the template is locked message?
I suspect the problem starts with why are the templates being included in the link check to begin with.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.
