Multi-user license on creative cloud

Hello,
We have multi licenses of the creative cloud on the same user name but each time a user signs in, Adobe forces the other active users to be signed off. Is there a work around for this issue? (See the screen shot attached).

Yes, I'm sure we have multiple user CC because we have purchased 4 different licenses of CC, but I'm not sure if they have set up our main account properly as multi users. I'll contact Adobe directly.

Since this section deals with "Adobe Materials" I think that reference to "Materials" may have been in error and should be replaced with "Adobe Materials". Thank you

    Jennifer which End User License are you referring too?  The Creative Cloud EULA can be found at http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/#creativeCloud.  Section 5 though is referencing updates so I believe you may have referenced a different EULA?

    I am a new Indesign user and a Creative Cloud member.  I was using the Window/Pages drop down window to view my pages alphabetically or by page number and also to determine whether or not my JPEG files were sufficiently HI-Res for the printer.  I don't know how I did it but somehow the window has changed so that now it does not have the alphabetical/numerical/Hi-Res information.  It just shows the pages in a two page spread in numerical order.  How can I restore the window so that I will be able to view the information as I did previously.

    The pages panel is not the place where you see this information.  You can customize the Links panel to show all sorts of things, including the page number, effective and actual ppi, and whether the link is OK or needs updating.

    The license allows YOU to install on a 2nd computer... it does not allow someone else to use your license

    I do not  know how it is done, but you MAY be able to buy her a regular subscription and pay with your credit card... just not the Education version that has strict requirements

  • Standard user cannot use creative cloud

    The most recent creativecloud update made it so that my users can not use CC. Adding them to local administrator group fixes this.
    I only have 8 workstations to worry about so I never bothered with the packager and deployment tools. I thought maybe that would fix the issue by installing the applications through a package, however when I try to install a package I create the installer gets hung up.
    Will installing the CC applications work with this method and standard users? If so how do I get these packages to install? I created them with the creative cloud packager, did the exception deployment first (Acrobat Pro) and then ran the setup found in the build folder and it gets hung up at the above screenshot. I left it for over an hour like this on a high end machine running a SSD.

    If your subscription is not English-only then you can close the Creative Cloud app, remove the file the OPM.db file and launch then try to sign in. Here is where the file is on your system:
    Mac OS: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.
    Windows: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.

    I am a classified system user of the Adobe CS6 Suite of tools.  Am I shut out from the Creative Cloud updates going forward?  Have you arranged accomodations for us classified users or do we need to switch to other software over time as CS6 becomes obsolete?

    I own Lightroom 5 perpetual license and I also have Creative Cloud membership with Photoshop CC. For the latest Lightroom 5.6 updates, I tried to update within Lightroom, but a page shows up and ask me to do it thru Creative Cloud application. Once I update Lightroom thru Creative Cloud, I noticed that my license type becomes Creative Cloud which never shows in System Info in version 5.5 (I am using Mac). The Serial Number in System Info still remain the same. In such case, I am wondering if the Lightroom's Develop Module will be disabled if I cease the Creative Cloud membership.

    No, you won't lose anything. Your catalog, and preferences, and previews, will all remain in place. Just do it. I did it a couple of days ago and it was very straightforward and painless. My Nik plug-ins were still in place as well as a printer plug-in that came with my printer. The installer put an icon on my desktop. I expected to have to locate my catalog. Didn't even have to do that. Lightroom started and took me to right where I left off, everything still in place.

    I have 4 machines running Dreamweaver CS6, all with the latest updates. Two use my Creative Cloud subscription, two are licensed copies with serial nubers. There are significant differences in the two versions. The Creative Cloud version has a very handy search feature in the File Manager and the PHP code that is written is far less buggy. There are also significant differences in creating forms and binding server behaviors in PHP.
    Is there any way to get the updates in my Licensed copies to have the same updates as the copies from Creative Cloud? Opening the application manager in both apps gives me the exact same look. I'd just like to eliminate the funky PHP code and the errors and get to the more modern way of build forms that the Cloud version of DW uses.

    I only just purchased a CS 5.5 Design Premium (full license, not subscription) lincense 4 days ago, without knowing anything about Creative Cloud.
    Now that Creative Cloud is announced, I realized I should have waited a few more days. Creative Cloud is much more exciting and suite my work a lot better.
    Do you think there's a chance that Adobe will let me cancel my Design Premium licence and opt for the creative cloud instead?
