Multicam 2 cameras more than one 4 gb clip per camera

I am new to this forum and to premiere pro after having used final cut express for many years.
I have read several posts on this forum and other google search results to determine work flow for the following.
I video classical recitals with 2 identical cameras where one piece of music can exceed 16 minutes/4gb clip.
This is my workflow for do multicam/2 angles with more than one 4gb clip for each camera
Import clips
create Master sequence
create multicam sequence for each camera (2 total)
edit each multicam to determine which angles to use
nest each multicam sequence
copy nest of first 4 gb file into master sequence
copy nest of second 4 gb file into master sequence
rendered entire master sequence
This seemed to work fine for me except that there was a little overlap end of first 4 gb with beginning of second gb, I simply edited the overlap away.
Is there a "better" workflow for this?

I have a canon 70d. So you are saying that I should copy the entire card (EOS digital) which contains folders DCIM (100canon, eosmisc) and MISC to a FOLDER in the finder level of my imac?
Then when I bring the video clips in via media browser, I just choose the 4gb files from the same camera and import at once?

Company Code 1 pays for the invoice booked in Company Code 2.   This calls for cross company code transaction. When we say cross company, it means we need to create a Reconciliation Account which will have those transaction posted which are cross company
Let me give you accounting entries:
1. Invoice Booked in Company 2
    Dr. Expense / Stock
    Cr. Vendor
2. Payment of above invoice made by Company 1
     Dr. Reconciliation Account
     Cr. Bank
     Simultanseously, in Company Code 2
     Dr. Vendor
     Cr. Reconciliation Account
The companies has to settle this reconciliation periodically.
For doing the above, following are the customisation:
T.Code: OBYA for assigning the reconciliation account
             This account can be a GL / Vendor / Customer
T.Code: OBVU In company code 2, we will assign paying company as 1.

I have a problem with dealing with java media frame work and i want to solve the problem as fast as i can since it will delay my work..

The problem:
If any one use JMF Studio it is known that any one can captre any device connected such as ( camera , mic,...) using JMFStudio..
I do the capturing very well but the problem i face it is HOW I CAN CONFIGURE MORE THAN ONE CAMERA AT THE JMF??
If i connect 2-cameras from different types ( sony , web cam) then the jmf registary will register the 2-cameras with only one difinition is( vfw:Microsoft WDM Image Capture (Win32):0 ) so when i use the java code to access the 2-cameras then i found only one difinition for one camera and i can access only one camera!!!!!!!!!
I don't know how i can solve this problem??

How do e-mail more than one photo from the camera roll at a time?

Go to the camera roll, open the thumbnails, click on the arrow in the top right, select up to 5 photos, click on share in the top left and select email.

We used to be able to select more than one image from a folder and process one after the other in camera raw. Now we can only do one at a time. Is there a secret keyboard short-cut to allow this still?

One should still be able to open multiple files into camera raw.
Camera raw files. tiffs and jpegs.
If in the pse 13 Editor in the Expert mode you go to File>Open in Camera Raw, you aren't able to open more than one file into camera raw?

I don't know if the topic still matters, but as I took advantage from the information in the preview posts, I decided to give my share.
I successfully ran three webcameras at the same time in a Linux machine with JMF.
The two main issues are:
1. It is necessary to run the binary "jmfregistry" ($JMFHOME/bin/jmfregistry) to detect the cameras every time a new one is added to the system. (Remember to run the binary with a user with write privileges on the registry file ($JMFHOME/lig/jmf.properties)).
2. It is mandatory to plug each camera in a different usb bus. In my case, the PC I was using had three accessible two-ports buses, two in the rear and one in the front of the box. If we try to use two cameras in the same bus, one of them won't work or the detecting procedure in the "jmfregistry" program will hang.

Viewing More than one report at a time

Hi guys, i have an application developed with 6i forms, when i call reports, it shows up fine but users cannot open more than one report at a time. All opened reports are cued up.
Is there any parameter i can set so that many reports can be viewed at the same time. Am using run_report_object to call reports.

Yes best tool is FinalCut Pro and it's MultiCamera function.
But one can do it in a fairly easy way in FinalCut Express
• Drop Camera one clip into video track 1
• Camera two => V-track 2
• Camera three => V-track 3
Double click on the clip in track 1.
Now You see it in Viewer
Turn on Image + Wireframe (above the picture in viewer window)
Now shrink it to take up a Quater and move it up to the left hand corner
Repeat with track 2 and three but move them into a free corner
Now when You play TimeLine You see all three videos playing in concordance.
Now You have to move them so that they sync. I use a photo flash during recording
to get one white frame on all cameras
Then to the edit.
Turn on Toggle Clips Overlays [alt+W] - this turns on the transparicy line in each
videoclip and audio level on those
I use the transparicy line and the Pen tool to increase transparacy to 100% on the
part of a clip I want visibly and drag down the other two to 0%
When I've done this trough out the full TimeLine
• I go into each Video track and restore size to 100% and that they fill window
Now playback and see if You are satisfied.
Still - You now have to figure out on which Audio that works best.
Good Luck
BUT in FinalCut Pro this is very much more better and most of all time saving.

Encore can't burn more than one DVD at a time: Sense Code 56400

For a long time now I've been unable to burn multiple DVD's at a time. I burn more than one and I get an error and have to make a coaster out of yet another DVD
I just upgraded to 24 gb of DDR3 PC 1600 RAM, I have an 6 Core Processor, I have 7.8 on everything accept my hard drive which is 7.0 out of 7.9 according to my Windows 7 Pro. 64 bit system.
I have 2 different DVD burners, one is a blu-ray burner too. I have the same issues, only different error readings it seems, on both drives. The first drive didn't burn even one for some reason so I tried the second. The second drive would burned 3 and on the fourth I got the errors' which I've included screen shots of below. I was surprised I got through three before I got to this error. By the end of the week I have a large project I need to make 30 DVD's of. HELP!!!!!
A long time ago on my older machine I had similar problems and I went through different drives and discs until I seemed to come up with the magic combination which seemed to be a Plextor burner and Verbatim. But, then i got a bad batch of verbatim and tried Maxell and used those successfully for a while. Right now I'm using what a friend gave me, TDK's. I'm wondering if that's what the problem is... HELP!!!!

I have managed to get it to work consistently now. I just burned 20 DVD's without a problem.
I tried everything you suggested except the imageburn software. I didn't like that site, I was too anxious to try and figure out where to download that software in the midst of all the advertisements on that site.
After clearing out everything in startup and services except what I needed I still wasn't able to burn successfully. Finally I went and purchased some Verbatim DVD-R discs and wahlah! Actually, after the first try with the verbatim I had an error code when trying to burn with Encore. So, I created and image file as you suggested and then I used Cyberlink's Power2Go to burn the image file and from there on it seems everything is solid.
I think the biggest problem was using TDK discs. I came to the realization a few years ago that certain disks are not as predictable as others and that verbatim and maxell seem to be the best. I did get one bad batch of verbatim though one time and that's when I switched to Maxell. My friend gave me 200 of the TDK's and I've been having problems ever since. But, I wasn't sure what it was exactly because he gave me those around the same time I rebuilt my system.
I had also found the Plextor seems to be the best bet for burners. But, I had been using an HP one lately and thought maybe that was the problem. However, now it seems to be fine.
I really don't know what fixed it. I mean, nothing definitely worked until I started using the Verbatim today. But, that first verbatim erroring perplexed me. I had done some other things too, like removed some programs, like a bunch of HP printer crap. I even removed my virus software, Window Security Essentials. I just reinstalled it so now I'm wondering if I can burn as consistently. I had seen somewhere where someone said they removed Windows' Defender to get theirs working.
Anyways, I guess what I need to do is format my main hard drive, only put adobe stuff on it, and then take my old computer set it up for everything else. That'll probably be the best thing to do... If I have anymore problems like this I'm doing that right away!

Photoshop can't open more than one graphic at a time without crashing

I get the error:
The instruction at "0x7c918af2" referenced memory at "0x00000010". The memory could not be "written".
Anytime I try to open more than one image in Photoshop at a time, regardless of how I do it - doesn't matter if I choose the image and "open in photoshop" or if I am in photoshop and go to "file/open".
It's Photoshop CS3. I have already uninstalled, restarted the computer and reinstalled. I tried to "repair/change" from Windows, but it asks for the CS3 cd and then CS4, which I don't have since I'm using CS3.
This is quite frustrating as it would be nice to be able to merge photos and the myriads of other things you can do with multiple images at once, if opening them does not crash your program.

Many FireWire hard drives have 2 firewire ports so that you can daisy-chain devices and connect the camera that way.
Daisy-chaining is not the most reliable method, but it works, so you could buy a FireWire hub.

Can you use more than one scanner?

Just got an Epson Artisan 810 All-In-One Printer-Fax-Copier-Scanner. It has wireless connection (or USB). I set it up on both our G4 12" PowerBooks for wireless Network connection. Seems to be working fine (so far) for me.
Here's the problem. My wife has another Epson Scanner on her desk that she wants to keep using. It's a USB connection. But now Epson Scan doesn't give her the option. She's on the phone with Epson right now but I spoke to the support person first and I'm not optimistic about a happy outcome.
My short question is: If you've set up a wireless all in one which includes a scanner, can you also use a usb-connected scanner. If so, how do you configure it? (I have a sinking feeling it's going to be one or the other--Network or USB--but not both, which would be a big drag, as hers is an excellent scanner but she doesn't have a good printer.)
But it seems there should be a Select Scanner option, just as there is a Select Printer option, and then the computer should just use whatever connection is available for that machine.
Please help--we've had the computer year from **** and I can't wait for it to be over.

If I read your question right, yes.
My pad has two e mail addresses, and my phone has a phone number as well as a e mail address. For each device you can add additional 'receive at' addresses in settings.
Note, when you add a new address, apple will send an e mail to that new address that you need to respond to, to show that it is a valid address. So look in the inbox of that e mail account for the verification e mail. Note further, some spam filters think that the verification e mail might be spam, so if it does not show up in your in box, look in any spam file you might have.
in my case, the verification e mail came within a few minutes of declaring the new address.
The multiple address are useful if you have more than one device under your apple id, and want to be able to send stuff to that particular device.

Select and Drag More Than One Photo

I can no longer select and drag more than one photo at a time. With one photo it works fine. If I select more than one, I can't move them, so I have to add pictures to albums one at a time, which is rather tedious.
This has only started happening recently. Possibly after updating to 10.6.8????

Then I would try a reinstall:
To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store or have a Recent Mac you can find it in your Purchases List.

Using colorTrans:ColorTransform on more than one movie clip

Hi I am very new to Flash and action script so please bare with me...
I would like to be able to change the color of more than one movie clip in the same layer in the same frame. Basically I have place two different movie clips with defined instances,i.e. body and shoulder onto the canvas in one frame on the timeline.
I have created three different buttons (red_btn, blue_btn, and yellow_btn) to use to change the color of say the body or shoulder. I would use red and blue to change the body and say yellow and green to change the shoulders. These are also on the same layer and same frame on the timeline as the movie clips.
The problem I am having is how would I declare the two movies or variables to change independantly? Would I need to place one movie clip on one layer and then place the other on a different layer so that when I press the button I want i.e. the red button, it only changes the body and not the shoulders.
Here is my actionscript that I am using to change the color of the clip(s)

body here is my declared variable wich is the body of a shirt that is one movie clip. When you place both clips on the timeline ontop of each other, you basically get a shirt with different color shoulders and body.
I need some help to know if this is possible first of all, and then what would be the best way to delcare the variables in one actionsript.

every movieclip has a transform.colorTransform property that you can use to assign a color transform (with any rgb property). so, for example:
