Multiple contact list for emailing -using Outlook f

Good afternoon,
I have a user that has set up a seperate contact group/list in her outlook 2003. She wants to be able to emal her secondary contact group from her blackberry while she is on the road. The question is can this be done?
Quick glance break down: Outlook 2003
-Contacts
+Global list
+Friends
On blackberry -Send email -starts typing letters-auto populates but from global ---- {user wishes to send friend and email } [ friends email address in not in the global list only in the friends contact list]

My address book groups in the Address Book on my Mac are synced and available on my iPhone, but addressing an email or an SMS to an address book group or distribution list is not supported - at the present time anyway.

In Address Book, File/New/Mailing List, name the list and close it, then add contacts to the list by dragging them from an address book and dropping onto the list icon in the directory (left) pane.

If you are having issues with your iPhone's Contacts application acting oddly, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups

Receiving multiple duplicate emails using Outlook 2010

I am receiving multiple duplicate emails using Outlook 2010. The email receiving, can go up to few hundreds copies. Not
all emails i receive will be duplicated. There is no common sender for those affected emails. Usually when i received email from my Outlook 2010 the email in Outlook Web Access will be gone. But this time round for those affected duplicating emails, it still
can be found in the Outlook Wed Access. Any solution for this problem? Currently
I would need to go into the Outlook Web Access to delete the affected email then the duplication will be stop. Or I would need to cancel the Send/Receive & restart Outlook. But this 2 method is only temporary solution. The problem will keep coming
back.

I think you are working with a POP3 account and issue of replicated emails in Outlook is common in the case of POP3 connection. So, first of all uncheck the
“Leave a copy of messages on the server” option and see the results.
Also, see the TasK Manager, if there are multiple “Outlook.exe” are running under the
“Processes” tab, then end the unnecessary programs as each of them downloading the same email multiple times.
Apart from it, if there are numbers of factors behind the replication of emails in Microsoft Outlook such as:
Rules (Exploiated Rules)
Scanning Programs Integration
Damaged Outlook Profile

I found the way the mapping file should be.
Entry 1: Organisation A, Person A-1
Entry 2: Organisation A, Person A-2
Entry 3: Organisation B, Person B-1
Entry 4: Organisation C, Person B-1
During mapping, the content of the fields ORG_NAME1, ORG_NAME2, ORG_NAME3, ORG_CITY, ORG_POSTL_COD1, POSTL_COD2, and ORG_STREET are used by the system to determine identical organizations within the list. The content of these fields must be identical for all records that belong to one organization.

Could it be possible to make multiple contacts lists in iCloud, just like you can make multiple Calanders in iCloud.
This could help many people who have multiple iPhone's - Mac's or iPad's and wan't everything to Sync using one Aplle ID.
This way you don't need your wife's/husband's contacts in your iPhone, but you can see them all on your Mac or iPad wich you share.

Is there any way to have multiple Contacts Lists on the iphone? I want to have one with my iphone contacts and a separate list that is synchromised with Mobile Me.Is that possible?

You can use the Group function on your MBP.
Establish a New Group in your Contacts on the MBP or icloud.com. These groups will the also appear on your iOS devices.

Receiving email using outlook

I am having trouble in receiving emails using outlook. I only some on my ipad but receive them on my PC!
Can anyone help?

We worked with Microsoft on this issue and updating our DirSync set-up solved the issue.
We are running a hybrid setup with Exchange 2010 locally talking to O365. We had set this up as a fairly standard Sync but did not enable hybrid when we set it up as it didn't seem warranted based upon our needs.
Our set up had been running fine for over a year and suddenly this issue cropped up. The MS engineers determined that Outlook would talk with our exchange and since we didn't have the Hybrid Sync happening, for some reason it wasn't passing on the Cloud
Exchange address when the mailbox wasn't found on the local Exchange 2010 server.
Nothing was explained as to why only accounts with Resource Account ownership were experiencing this issue, but updating our DirSync server and setting it to Hybrid did solve the issue. Curiosity is less important than my time so I'm moving on...

How to send multiple customer statements by email using RFKORD11 program. Is it possible?
As of now we copied the stanadard program and sending the customer statements by email, one by one.
if i execute the z program it will show the customer statement and send mail option.
if i click send mail it will send that customer statement to the corresponding customer.
then again i need to click back, it will show next customer statement and click on send mail.
Pl guide me, if any one worked on this program.
