Multiple Creative Cloud accounts on one machine?

Is there any problem doing this?

Only one user ID may be active at a time, so user A will need to sign out of the Cloud before user B may sign in

  • Merging several seperate creative cloud accounts to One Team account?

    Hi there,
I run a media company, and until now our staff is working with creative cloud accounts that are specified to each employee.
To save some money I want to start up a Team membership. But off course I dont want to continue paying for single accounts our staff use for the moment.
Is there a way to merge the single creative cloud accounts into one Team account?
    All the best,
    Thomas,

    Hi Thomas,
Once you will purchase Creative Cloud Teams for the employees then you can cancel the Creative Cloud membership for individual by contacting Adobe Customer Support and ask them to cancel the individual memberships.

  • Merging Multiple Creative Cloud Accounts

If I purchase multiple creative cloud accounts using multiple IDs, will I be able to merge them or transfer them to a Team account or volume licensing account?
Really excited about CS6, dont want to wait till the Fall...

The current policy for Adobe IDs is
I want to merge/delete my account
You cannot merge or delete an account, including an Adobe Volume Licensing (AVL) account, on your own. Contact us to submit your request. Be prepared with your Adobe ID, or IDs if you have multiple accounts.
I am not sure if that is changing for this release. I am guessing not.

  • How do I merge multiple creative cloud account id's into a single account

We have multiple creative account id's and would like to merge them into one, moving the three licenses we have under one account id. We'd also like to be able to purchase additional licenses under this account id.  How do we do this.

Creative Cloud individual membership works on one membership per Adobe ID.
Multiple memberships require multiple Adobe IDs.
To get what you want, you need Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams
    http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/teams.html
    http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html#ccm-teams
You'll have to weigh up the cost vs convenience of the individual vs team membership.

  • How do I set up multiple Creative Cloud accounts for the same login?

I have a number of Macs of various flavors.  I want to install Creative Cloud apps on four of these units.
I have a subscription currently which I am using for my MBP 17, and a 27" iMac.
I want to add an account for my MB Air and Mac Pro, and I'm willing to double my subscription fees to do it.  (I use different apps on each of the computers, though I like the idea of having the ability to use them all on each.) How do I accomplish this addtional subscription without having to add a new Adobe account?
    Second Question:
I have the one-year special on my current subscription due to licensed PS 5.5. ($29.95/mo).  Would I be eligible on my second subscription for the same deal due to the license on the PS 5.5, or would I qualify due to being a Acrobat Pro 8 owner... or Licensed owner of previous versions of PS?  OR.... would I immediately be paying $49.95/mo for the second account?
Either way, I'm in. Just want to do it all under one account if at all possible.
Thanks in advance for resolution.  Cheers.

Currently all subscriptions (with the exception of Team Ready) require a separate Adobe ID for each Creative Cloud Membership. Its not possible to have two memberships under the same Adobe ID.
Adobe has a Team Ready offering for customers interested in a volume license for Creative Cloud. This is a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 and includes licensing for Lightroom and Muse. Customers with this will transition to Creative Cloud Team once available later in 2012. This product uses only a single serial # and Adobe ID. It's not the same as Creative Cloud Membership like what is currently available, but rather a means to get customers setup with something now to transition to the volume license Creative Cloud Team offering once available. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please contact a local Adobe Reseller for more info.

I just read over the terms of the introductory offer and it is a 1 per customer offer, so it would be 49.95/mo for a second account.

Yes. Creative Cloud desktop applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of operating system. However, activation is limited to two machines per individual associated with the membership. See the terms of use for more information. I have two Creative Cloud accounts, occurred by accident, I wish to merge them and have all my details and licenses under one account, how do I do that?
This is due to the different changes Adobe has gone through and unfortunately I used different emails at certain times.

Under one Adobe ID you can have one CC only,if by accident you have purchased two CC under one account, it needs to be cancelled & refunded, please contact Adobe Support at

  • I have two creative cloud accounts one for work and one is my personal, can I access files and settings from both on one computer?

Basically I have had my creative cloud account for over a year and recently at work they just set me up with one. Can I keep both active on the same computer? My home laptop is sometimes used to do work so I would like to access files on either cloud drive as well as share program settings.
    Thanks in advance!

This is essentially my question as well - I have a personal CC account and I would like to use my personal libraries on my work computer.
Since that involves signing in to CC on my work computer, I am wondering if that will mess up my employer's CC license on my computer (or in general)
Anyone at Adobe have an opinion on this question?

  • Two Creative cloud accounts - one computer. Help.

Here's the deal - I have a creative cloud account on my home computer for photography and I do photography for work so I installed it on my work desktop too. So far that's been great. Now, however, my boss is also in need of my work desktop and wants to use cc application from his account on my work station. I only have cc for photography (lightroom and photoshop) and he has the full suite. Do I have to uninstall CC for myself and install his or is there a way to switch between accounts (and available applications) on the fly?

    Hi ntsloan,
You just have to sign out from your Adobe Id and let your boss sign in with his Adobe Id.
Please refer : Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

  • Can I use my Creative Cloud account at College?

    Hi,
I'm doing a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) and my college has a Adobe Creative Cloud site license. I was wondering if it is possible to use my Creative Cloud account on the college machines without it affecting my student license?
The reason I am asking is due to my need to access my own Typekit library for the artwork I create in class.
    God Bless
    Scott

    Hi Scott,
    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
You had purchased CC on March 4th, 2014,
The Creative Cloud individual that you have can be activated on one more machine, as one CC allows two activation, till now it is activated only once.
In future if you want to switch machine, you will need to deactivate it first & then re activate on other machine.
    Please refer to http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html.
Regarding the creative Cloud site license, it can be installed only via packaging (CCP) & it is a volume licensed product, it can be used only on the machine on which it is installed.

  • Cancelling creative cloud account

Hi, can you please cancel my creative cloud account? i'm logging in, but when it comes to viewing my products it says that i'm not subscribed to anything, however i've been billed just today. it needs to be done today, or i'll have to pay more.
It's rather annoying that there is an easy two steps subscription scheme and there is no such an ease when it comes to cancelling the subscription. No one to call. No person to email to. FRUSTRATING!
    I need help today.

Where are you looking that shows no products, on the website under your AdobeID or in the CC Desktop app?  On the website it can take up to 30 seconds for the products list to fill in even after the webpage seems to have finished loading.  In the CC App, sometimes there is also a delay as it connects and checks things or sometimes it is just a blank white panel and you have to restart it or reboot to get things to show properly—this is more a display glitch not something to do with licensing.  It also might be that you have multiple AdobeIDs and the on your logging in with is not the same as the one you purchased CC with.
The reason you cannot cancel so easily is that you likely signed up for a full year at a reduced monthly rate and will be charged a cancellation fee for the months you were deemed to have used or not used, however it works, exactly.  Adobe needs to tell you and confirm that you know that and also probably wants to find out why you’re cancelling and ask if you’re sure since it’s gonna cost money.   Is the charge you see a cancellation fee or just a monthly subscription fee?
This is a user forum and I am responding as such, and cannot see the details of your account to see what you may or may not be subscribed to that is generating charges.
