Multiple Creative Cloud Subscriptions

I have multiple copies of Adobe Creative Suite purchased under my account and cannot find a way to add mulitple subscriptions of Create Cloud under that account. It apparently only lets you add one account.
For management reasons it does not make sense to add multiple Adobe accounts for additional Creative Cloud subscriptions.
Anyone know how to accomplish this?

Hi there,
Adobe's Creative Cloud uses a new identity-based licensing model which means only one subscription per Adobe account. You will want to look into the Creative Cloud Team Ready offer.
The Team Ready offer is a 12-month term based TLP (Transactional Licensing Program) offering that consists of immediate access to CS6 Master Collection and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom via ESD (Electronic Software Download). Customers of the Creative Cloud Team Ready offer receive ongoing value over time, including access to new Adobe tools, services, and applications as the offerings become available, including Adobe Edge, and Adobe Muse. You pay the same price as the Creative Cloud Team offering and will be automatically transitioned to the Team Membership when it is available later this year.

  • Multiple Creative Cloud Subscriptions vs Creative Cloud Team

    Hi there,
My company is currently using CS3 and looking to purchase Creative Cloud for myself and our Graphic Designer. So we will probably start with 2 subscriptions, possibly more further down the track but that may not be for a while.
My question is would it be better to just subscribe the both of us to Creative Cloud as two separate accounts, or should we go for the Creative Cloud Team Ready offer? I'm finding it hard to find information about pricing for Creative Cloud Team (we are in Australia), so it just feels like it would be easier to go for the two separate subscriptions.
My main concerns are if there is any major benefit in terms of pricing and features, given that we are a relatively small team.
    Thanks
    Dan

    Hi Dan,
The pricing differences might not be significant enough to justify it with just two members but you could contact an Adobe authorized reseller near you to confirm and get some quotes.

  • I'd like to add multiple creative cloud subscriptions to my adobe account. How can I do that?

We have several staff that need to upgrade their version of CS and are considering creative cloud.

Adobe is preparing Creative Cloud Team which will be exactly this. You can currently purchase Team Ready which is a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 with the ability to transition to Creative Cloud Team once available (later in 2012).

  • Can't Activate my Creative Cloud Subscription -- SERIOUS HELP NEEDED!!!

For the past 3 weeks, I've been trying to activate my Creative Cloud subscription (placed my Creative Cloud order on 12/29/12).  Like others, it appears that I’m trapped in perpetual "trial mode" status.  When I try to activate my subscription -- I click the “register product” button…sign into my Adobe ID account…and receive a prompt to enter a serial number.  Every time.  I’ve litterally read every post/link/tutorial/troubleshooting selfhelp in this forum and on the Adobe FAQ pages - with great attention, might I add - but nothing seems to work.
I've spent hours upon hours on the phone/live chat w/ Adobe reps trying to resolve this issue.  I've opened no less than 10 support cases.  EVERY SINGLE TIME that I try to activate my Creative Cloud membership, an Adobe rep feeds me the "I'll be sure to escalate this issue to the next level of support" line.  Likewise, Adobe support reps stated numerous times, that personnel from Adobe would contact me within 24 hours of my call to resolve the issue.  However, they’ve yet to follow through with this claim.  (Surprise)
Adobe should be ashamed by the egregious performance of their "technical support team.”  If Adobe won't fix the software, which they've already charged me for, then they've left me w/ little choice but to cancel my order before the initial 30 day period is up.  Enough is enough.
With that being said, Adobe, the following describes this dismal experience:
I bought a subscription of Creative Cloud on 12/29/12 (somehow I ended up w/ the Multi Language edition of Creative Cloud- yes I've fiddled w/ the language settings in the app manager.  Doesn't work.)
I received an order verification email from Adobe for my purchase, however, the order was never listed under the "my recent order" section of my Adobe ID
Despite telling Adobe support that I only had one Adobe ID, they insisted that my order was showing up in their system, of which, was accessible by logging into my alternative Adobe ID (this didn’t exist because I only have one Adobe ID).
Eventually, Adobe determined that a system error occurred on their side while processing the transaction, and fixed this initial issue.
After this was resolved, I was able to login to my Adobe ID account and actually see my Creative Cloud membership order when viewing “my recent transactions.”
After all of that, I'm facing my 2nd major issue w/ this program: the inability to activate my subscription.  As previously stated, I've tried everything to fix this issue.  I'm thinking that the initial problem w/ placing the order resulted in defective software.  Also, I’m not sure if this info is relevant, but I purchased the multiple language edition of Creative Cloud (somehow).  I live in the US, speak English, and am running OS X 10.8.2.
Someone from Adobe, please look into this issue and help me.  I’ll be glad to provide any other relevant info that you may need.

Had the exact same problem, just got it fixed. The solution is quite fast. Navigate to the hosts file. On a pc it's in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc folder, locate the file named 'Hosts' inside the etc folder. Open it with notepad. Delete everything underneath
" # Copyright (c) 1993-2006 Microsoft Corp. # # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows. # # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name. # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one # space. # # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol. # # For example: # # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host 127.0.0.1 localhost"
Save. Open the application manager again, click "License this product" and sign in. It should work, now.

  • Can I have multiple Creative Cloud under one account?

If we are a business and want to buy multiple copies of Creative Cloud, I was told that I needed to create an different AdobeID account for each copy of Creative Cloud. Is that right?
    Thanks!

Thats right for the Creative Cloud individual edition you need to have for each Creative Cloud Subscription a seperate AdobeID.
    http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html
Can I buy more than one membership to an individual offering of Creative Cloud?
No, Adobe has moved to identity-based licensing with a technology that will not support multiple same-product subscriptions, so you can only buy one membership per Adobe ID.  If you need two subscriptions to Creative Cloud, you will need to purchase each subscription with a unique Adobe ID.
When you install your software, you will be required to enter the same Adobe ID that you used when purchasing your membership, for the following reasons:
To help ensure that the person who subscribed is the same person who is installing the software
To enable Adobe to send you important account information in the event your subscription is about to expire or cannot be charged to your credit card

  • How to upgrade multiple CS4 WEB Premium to multiple Creative Cloud using the same Adobe account?

    Hi all!
    Sorry for my english speaking...
On my company Adobe Account I registred three Adobe CS4 Web Premium, that I use in my company on three different PC's.
Now I would to upgrade my three Adobe CS4 Web Premium buying three Creative Cloud subscriptions with the special discount that I find on https://creativecloud-specialoffer.adobe.com/special-offer/?loc=en_US .
So I registred three orders of Creative Cound subscriptions on my Adobe Account, but today I got a e-mail from Adobe that says that Adobe refuses two of my orders because only one Creative Cloud subscription is admissible for each Adobe Account that has at least one Adobe product serial number registred.
How can I solve this issue? Must I split my three Adobe CS4 Web Premium on three different Adobe IDs? Can I do it?
    Many thanks,
    Walter

    Hi Carol,
many many thanks for your quick reply!
In other words I must pay a 61$/mo subscription instead the 36$/mo subscriptions for 2 of 3 users, isnt it?
But in this way I will spend about 600$ more for the first year.
I always buyed genuine Adobe products, it is demralizing to spend 600$ only because a multiple-subscription restriction fot those that registred all the products per Adobe ID...
    Other solutions?
    Walter

  • Is Adobe Bridge included in my Creative Cloud Subscription. I have the Photoshop and Lightroom subscription for Mac

Is Adobe Bridge included in my Creative Cloud Subscription. I have the Photoshop and Lightroom subscription for Mac

Addendum: I can find this on Adobe's Acrobat DC FAQ page:
Can I get Document Cloud services if I’m an active Creative Cloud Member?
Yes. Many Creative Cloud plans include Acrobat Pro DC with Document Cloud services. Explore Creative Cloud plans.
However, if I follow the link to Creative Cloud plans, there is nothing to tell me whether Acrobat Proc DC is included in any of the plans. My plan is a yearly individual at $49.99/month.

  • Unable to unsubscribe from my Creative Cloud subscription.

Attempting to unsubscribe from my Creative Cloud subscription, I am presented with the following form error alert:
We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.
I have attempted this both in Firefox and Chrome with the same result in each.

Hi - thanks for reporting this.  I have gone ahead and stopped your membership.  You will continue to have access until 27 May, 2013.
    Kind regards

  • Where do I find the Creative Cloud Subscription Serial Number?

I'm trying to add my subscription to my products and services and need the serial number for Creative Cloud? Within my Adobe products subscriptions and services there is no Adobe Creative Cloud subscription listed? In order to register this subscription I am required to enter a serial number for it to register? I do not understand why this subscription isn't automatically added to my accounts products and I'll be damned if I can find its serial number? Good Grief lets complicate matters, RIGHT? As simple as this wshould be, does anybody know where to locate it, please?

Get in touch with support. CCM is automatically added on your account. If it isn't, then something went wrong.

  • Can I transfer my Creative Cloud subscription to another Adobe account?

    Hello,
How do I transfer my account to another email address that already has an Adobe account? We are a business and have a Creative Cloud subscription setup to a specific email address. We want to transfer this license to another employee as the existing one was laid off.  How do we go about doing this?
    Thanks!

    Hi JimmytheBullet,
If you are a Creative Cloud for Team user then you can simply remove the user from Admin console and invite another to be the team member. If it is Creative Cloud individual subscription then I am sorry to say but you cannot transfer the account to another.
    regards,
    Abhijit

  • Can I use my Creative Cloud subscription between a PC and a Mac?

The questions is pretty much that. I have a PC and a Mac laptop. I'd like to be able to switch between the two depending on where I am. Is this an option, as long as I have the programs / trial installed on both machines?

Yes you can install the software on MAC and PC both, with creative cloud subscription you will get 2 activation and work simultaneously on both the machines.

  • How many PCs can I use with one Creative Cloud subscription?

How many PCs can I use with one Creative Cloud subscription? For example I currently use Lightroom on a home PC with 2 large screens, but use a laptop or iPad when travelling. Does one monthly subscription cover all 3 or do I need 3 separate subscriptions ?

    You are welcome!
P.S. when using the adobe forums, please mark helpful/correct responses of Staff or helper, if there are any.

  • Creative cloud subscription problem

I have just purchased Creative cloud
I can install programs only as trials.
Adobe app manager is showing try at almost all programs
I have chated with some adobe reps but they could'nt solve the problem
    Any ideas?

FLo67 if you choose the option to License this Software and enter your Adobe ID, tied to your Creative Cloud subscription, what happens?  You can find more details at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4592768#4592768?promoid=KBHJO.

  • Creative Cloud subscription disapeared

Creative Cloud stopped working when I went on vacation from Bermuda to the USA on a cruiseship. Now it won't work back in Bermuda either and my account shows no record of ever paying for a subscription.
It lets me open the software in a trial version, which is strange because I already used up my trial time before subscribing for an education account (I work for a school in Canada).
I don't know if it has suddenly decided my country is Bermuda (I am Canadian and I live here part-time) and now doesn't want to let me use the product from here. Help is appreciated. Thanks!

Is the Adobe ID you are using to post here the same one you are using for your Creative Cloud subscription? The Adobe ID used to post here does not show your subscription or that you have accepted the terms of use by signing in at https://creative.adobe.com. Please email me at [email protected] to confirm about the Adobe ID and share a screen shot of where it shows you are being billed. We will work to resolve the issue.
Alternatively you can contact Customer Support to resolve:
    Phone 800-833-6687, Monday-Friday, 5am-7pm PST
Live chat with an agent: http://tinyurl.com/8kquhso
As long as your Adobe ID and credit card have a US billing address then you will be fine using the service from Vietnam.

  • Creative Cloud subscription in New Zealand

Yes I know, not many people care about NZ, and definitely not Adobe, but I wanted to start this thread to at least get my voice heard.
I am unable to purchase a creative cloud subscription in NZD. The only option I have is to buy in AUD. This is wrong on so many levels:
    1) the AUD price includes local tax, which I am not supposed to pay because I don't live in Australia
    2) I am unable to claim GST back in NZ, because I was charged in AUD
    3) Every time my credit card gets charged, I have to pay conversion charges
Apart from the unfortunate exchange rate, I also have 3 additional charges added to the final price, just because I live in NZ. Adobe, seriously, you have to sort your stuff out. This is unacceptable.
If there is no NZD purchase option, why not give us the choice at least which currency we want to pay in? What's the difference? Since there is no local retail operation here, what does it matter? If I could buy in USD, at least there is no tax included in the price. (and it would be a lot cheaper too)
I just spoke to one of the Adobe resellers here to ask if I could purchase a subscription through them and the answer I got was:
"It is only available direct through Adobe. The Cloud is pretty much direct competition from Adobe against our box product "
    Not a happy camper.

Creative Cloud certainly seems to be available through resellers in the US.  Even Amazon has a prepaid 3 or 12 month subscription available (I guess you're just buying a coupon which is then used to credit the account on Adobe.com):
    http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Creative-Membership-Pre-Paid-Product/dp/B007W7A1OY/ref=sr_1_1? ie=UTF8&qid=1336991606&sr=8-1
Also, Adobe's FAQ on Creative Cloud states it will be sold retail:
Where can I purchase a Creative Cloud membership?:
Memberships to Creative Cloud are available through Adobe.com and select retail and online stores. Find a store in your area.
When you buy at a retail or online store, you will have the choice of a prepaid 3-month or 12-month membership.
I don't live in NZ anymore, but I can imagine the annoyance of having to pay GST via Australia, and not being able to claim that in NZ. Seems like a signifcant oversight from Adobe.
