Multiple elements sliding : Make initial element visible on page load?

Hi Folks,
I'm exploring sliding mulitple elements as demonstrated on this page:
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/samples/effects/multiple_slides_sample.html
My question is if there's a way to set the first (or any) of the elements to be visible when the page first loads. The example is currently set up so that you have to click on one of the buttons before you can see any of the elements.

Thanks for the reply. I tried your suggestion, but it doesn't appear to
work for me. Deleting the display:none attribute makes Slide 4 appear on
page load and disrupts the proper functioning of the buttons.
I would like Slide 1 to appear on page load and for the buttons to function
normally (of course).
Any other suggestions? I do appreciate your help.

Sliding Panels hidden content shows on page load

Greetings,
I am working on a site for a child abuse prevention
non-profit and need some help asap!
I am using the unobtrusive sliding panels at:

I have two panels side by side. When the page loads, all of
the hidden content is briefly shown to the right of the panels. It
does this on the adobe sample as well.
Is there ANY way to hide this hidden content during the page
load? If so, could I get exact instructions? I am more of a
front-end person and not the best with scripting.
BTW, all of the content is static so the "Adobe Hiding Data
References During Page Load" does not work in this instance.

Try this:
1. Set a class that sets visibiliity to hidden:
.hideGroup{visibility:hidden;}
2. Add this class to your content group:
<div class="SlidingPanelsContentGroup hideGroup">
3. Add a line to sp_unobtrusive.js to remove this new class
after the widget made.
Spry.$$(".SlidingPanelsContentGroup").removeClassName("hideGroup");
Add that right under the addEventListener lines.
That should do it.

Why links opened in new tap not visible until page load?

When I open link in new tab by right click menu -> open in new tab, then the opened tab contains empty address bar until response from server is given. User have no option to refresh the page or see the url if server is not responding.

How to link a specific panel with spry multiple element sliding

How to everybody to the forum, I've searched into this forum but maybe this mine is a particular case...
I've a html page with 4 different spry multiple sliding panels, named "primo" "secondo" terzo" "quarto", and all worked fine :-)
When you go to this page the first you can see is "primo" (default).
But the problem/question is this: If i want to send an email link to my page and want to see the "terzo" panel. how???
I've try to search many examples but none one of them meet me.

Add multiple elements to a tree control at once

I am using a Tree Control to display customer and certificate information. However, adding 500 customer names or certificate numbers to the tree control one at a time takes for ever (well, 30000 ms). Is there any way to add multiple elements to a tree all at once, or is the only solution to use a listbox with 'forward' and 'back' buttons ?

Hi Michael
I don’t believe there is a way to supply a list of child items to a parent item, they have to be added incrementally. One way that you could speed this process up is to design your code such that only when you expand an item does it add the child items.
If you want an even higher update rate have a look at using the ActiveX TreeView control, you will find an example called Family Tree.vi in the LV examples.
I'll do up some code that makes using both of the controls more efficient if enough people want it.

To design multiple elements in the same row. Follow below Steps
1.) Open your View --> Select Layout Tab --> In the Outline Explorer --> There will be a Default " RootUIElementContainer " --> Select it --> Right Click & Select Insert Child Option --> A new Window appears --> Select TransparenContainer & Press Finish --> Now Select TransparentContainer --> Right Click & Select Insert Child Option --> Add TextView and Press Finish --> Similarly add InputField to the newly added TransparentContainer.
---> Now to add above two UI Elements in the same row in form design layout --> Select Newly added TransparentContainer --> In the Properties Change layout Property to GridLayout & set colCount --> 2 .
It will make the above two UI Elements in the same Row

How to get multiple elements into one element as multiple occurences

I can't figure out how to do this. I have an input message that has multiple elements and I need to take those elements and copy them into one element with each new element going in as a new occurence or instance. For example
I have this input under one parent node.
element1
element2
element3
element4
and this is the output I need

Element3[2]
Element4[3]
The input XML looks like this

Filter on multiple elements

Hi,
I have a message broker channel and I have processes subscribing to that channel. I was wondering if there was anyway I could have the subscribing processes filter on multiple elements of an XML document? For example, if the xml looked like this:
<aaa>
<bbb>bbb</bbb>
<ccc>ccc</ccc>
</aaa>
Now I want the process to only accept messages where element <bbb> = "bbb" && <ccc> = "ccc". Is there any way to do this? I looked and I couldn't find a way, I was hoping maybe someone could either tell me yes or no.

Hello,
if I remember correctly, the filter can be any valid XPath statement, which returns either true or false. You can always switch to the source view and edit the filter statement manually.

GAAP ETIF 00-21 Multiple Element Arrangements

Does anyone out there have any experience with GAAP invoice and revenue recognition rule EITF 00-21, dealing with Multiple Element Arrangements?
This is the scenario where a contract or sales orders includes support or service that is packaged with a product, therefore customer sees its price as $0; however, when is comes to revenue recognition, vendor needs to account for the revenue according to the typical price for the support or service and percentage of the total contract or sales order.
This would be something that is imlpemented in Advance Pricing, Order Management and AR.

The problem was that I have 10.10.1 installed, and the system profiler confirms that. I updated on the day of 10.10.1 release. Despite that, I got the above message. However, after uninstalling the previous symantec product as suggested by Eric, I no longer get that message.
I just found out many Yosemite users that have Comcast Xfinity and use the Norton Security Suite provided by Comcast have been having the same problem since upgrading to Yosemite. I checked with Norton today, and they now have provided Comcast with an updated version for Yosemite users [v5.7].
Apparently for all of us who had the Comcast-Norton Security product installed prior to upgrading to Yosemite, you have to uninstall Symantec products as Eric Root so kindly suggested and provided the link for, then reinstall the new product and run the update.

How do I search and return multiple elements of array quickly (like Matlab find)?

Hi, I am a fairly experienced Labview programmer, and I have always wondered if there is a way to quickly search arrays for multiple elements that meet a selection criteria, equivalent to the Matlab find command. While my inability to do this in Labview has always bugged me, I now have an application that requires this ability and I need to find a solution.
The fastest way that I have found to do this in labview is to perform comparisons on vectors of data, and then use the resulting Boolean vector to parse the array using a for loop and shift registers. I have attached a vi snippet of a benchmarking vi for one of the simple searches I need to do. On my laptop this search takes about 600ms. In comparison, the equivalent in Matlab:
newArray=oldArray(find(oldArray(:,4)./oldArray(:,2)>1.5),;
executes in about 1.2ms. So, the way that I am doing this in Labview is only 400 times slower
Needless to say, I need to do these types of searches many many times, and those 599 extra ms start to add up pretty quickly!

the slowest part is probably the "build array" node in the loop.
Try this:
Define an array of same size as input data (or simply use a copy of it) and wire that to the shift register. Keep a counter of found rows in the loop. Use IndexArray and ReplaceArraySubset in the loop to move the found rows to beginning of array (overwrite "bad" rows). After the loop simply ReshapeArray to the number of found rows...

Add multiple elements in response using rules

All,
I am very interested to know if anyone can tell me how I can add multiple elements in the response using the rules engine in oracle SOA 11g (version 11.1.1.3).
For every rule that fires I want to add a complex element named Rule which contains the elements code and description of the rule fired. This information should be returned in the response.
I hope somebody has the answer.
