Multiple email accounts but receiving emails through 1 account all the time

I have a multiple email accounts set up (called email 1,2,3 and 4 for simplicity) through BIS. Every time I receive an email message irrespective of the email address its sent to it is received through just one account all the time (Email 3). For example somebody sends me a message using the email 1 adress. Its received through email 3. If i hit reply to sender the reply is sent through email 3 (i cannot change this). If I forward the response rather than reply to the response I have the option to send it through email 1,2,3 or 4. If i delete the email 3 account I do not receive any emails. Have tried changing phone, sim card, deleting and resending service books, all email settings and defaults set to email account 1 etc. Has anyone seen this before or does anyone have any suggestions..........

Can you tell us which is the mail account ( hotmail, gmail or any personal)

In case anyone has had the same problem as me, I have just managed to fix this by doing the following:
Switch off Mac
Switch back on in Safe Mode (Hit power button, then hold Shift key until a loading bar appears at the bottom of the screen).
Switch off Mac again
Remove power cord and wait 15 seconds
Plug power cord back in and hold down the keys alt, cmd, p, r all at the same time until you hear Starting chime for a second time and hopefully your audio will back.

Need to load only delta where I receive full initial file all the time

Can any one let me know is there any feature in DS where we can load only delta/updated/changed fileds from the flat file (which is full load)...
Scenario is : system will send all the time full initial load in a flat file format where DS need to load initially all the records later it has to update only the delta changes... So wondering do I need to perform full load in DS all the time or is there any feature to load initially full file and load only updates moving forward?

If you are indeed getting a full dump of the entire target table from the source system, every time, you may find it faster to truncate-and-reload your target table, depending on what else (if anything) goes in there, the number and nature of transformations, etc. Running a really large set of records through a Table Comparison transform, comparing on all fields (which it sounds like you'd need to do), can take a while, and given that you've always got "all the records," may be beside the point.
You also may want to investigate the use of checksum fields. It's possible that adding (and, of course, calculating) checksum fields on each row in both the source and target and then comparing those to identify updates would be faster than doing a Table Comparison transform-based comparison of each field, for each record.

You may have to contact your email provider or ISP, though you may be able to set up the email account to be used via the portable device you could carry with you in your travels, but access may vary, depending on the data plan you have, if cellular based; if not try a web-mail based account such as gmail and see if your other mail can be forwarded so you can check it via browser online.
I'm sure there are some options, ones I'd probably not consider. You may find that if your iPad and Mac desktop share an account or sync, email would still be in the Mac's account once it gets back online to the email server.
Some variables likely exist, so beyond this, I won't speculate further.

How can my bf and I share are itunes on our computer together but with separate apple ID's so we DO NOT receive each others iMessages all the time?

My boyfriend and I both share an itunes together on my mac book pro, is there away to have seperate apple ID's but both are connected to the shared itunes and have access to all of our purchases? All apps and purchases are linked to your apple ID, so you can't share them across 2 devices that are using different apple id's, it won't work. the purchases that are on your mac at the moment will only work with the apple id they were brought with.
the only thing thats possible to share is purchased music. you have to first covert it to mp3 within itunes, then your bf can import it into his own itunes library and sync with his phone.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

How do I set up an account to receive email from my SMTP Relay Server?
I've setup the SMTP feature and set my Server to use anonymous authentication.
Things appear to look ok.
But I can't connect make a test connection to it when I am trying to add an email account in Outlook.
I could be doing something wrong here.
This is my process.
1. I have setup my SMTP Server.
2. Created a user account in AD and given it an email address.
3. Opened Outlook and tried to manually add a POP3 account by specifying the incoming and outgoing Server details.
But when I go to test the connection on the email setup it keeps failing.

Both of my imap accounts stopped receiving email.

Both accounts quit receiving emails at about the same time. One on 5/28 in the evening. The other on 5/29 in the morning. They had been working fine for years. I deleted the password from one of them to see if this was an issue, but neither account requests the password when I restart TB. They both sit with an hourglass symbol without requesting pwd entry. I have sent test emails to these accounts. All of my POP3 accts are working just fine and my iPad can pick up email from both of the imap accounts. Is there something else that I should try to do?

never asks for a password. sounds like an anti virus issue. ie your anti virus is not letting the process of getting mail happen.

I got a family pack .mac long time ago. the main account use just find without any problem, but recently one of the family members account(which now each member account is individual now already) it has a @mac.com account still can login icloud and sent the email just fine, but this [email protected] cannot received any email, I have test that [email protected] [email protected] can received email without anyproblem. No, I would recommend you to directly contact Apple, because it's anything but normal that you can use your @mac.com only for sending emails, but the other two "versions" with the ending @me.com and @icloud.com for sending and receiving email.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Once you have created a rescue address, you cannot delete it, nor can you change it to the same address as used by your ID. There are numerous providers you can get additional email addresses from, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Google etc etc.

I have deleted and created the account several times. I have checked the status of the account and it's active and works either from safari or from my Mac or iPhone. I have turned off both my Mac and my iPhone as not to have competing devices, I can even send emails from the account successfully. It simply won't download the content of the inbox. Help!

Hi Csound1, thanks. The email host is 1and1.co.uk, however, i am going to fess up and make myself look like a plonker now -
the email account in question was set up in Outlook as POP - stupid, stupid, stupid me, wasted an afternoon on this! I have now changed the Outlook account to IMAP and Mail.app works perfectly - and looks much nicer than Outlook did. Im in the middle of converting from Windows to a Mac, and still finding my way around the Mac
The lesson learned, never assume - always double check! All my other email addresses with 1and1 are all imap, except this one, and it happened to be the first one I set up in the Mail.app. (bows head in disgrace!)

You cannot change your Apple ID. You can get a new one if you want, but all of your Apps and media are linked to yoru old Apple ID. And no, Apple won't transfer your old ID purchases to yoru new ID.
