Multiple Exchange email accounts into one calendar?

I've been looking for a definitive answer for this for awhile now and searches always leave something to be desired. Anyway, if a user has multple exchange accounts with different addresses, is there anyway to combine all of those accounts into one calendar?
The addresses should be forwarding to the "main" one, but the issue comes when someone sends a calendar invite to the different account([email protected] instead of [email protected], for example), it will only show up on the email1 account even
though it was forwarded to the email0 account. This is causing people to be double booked in our environment when one calendar shows free because someone looked at the wrong one.
To further piggyback that idea, is there anyway to turn OFF the calendar feature with an account so one can not even book it?
Most of the answers I have seen say this is NOT possible, and only way to "combine" is to overlay, which isn't the same thing at all. Any ideas?

Hi,
Please refer to the link below:

Does that meet your scenario? If yes, disable users' access to the calendar in Outlook Web App by connecting to Exchange Online service and running the following command in PowerShell:
       Set-OwaMailboxPolicy OwaMailboxPolicy-Default -CalendarEnabled $false

  • How do I combine my Contacts across two email accounts into one?

Somehow my contacts got split randomly across two email accounts. One is IMAP and the other pop3. I am trying to consolidate all my contacts again under the pop3 email account.  iCloud support could not understand how the mixing occurred, but I need to fix it now.  Can anyone help?
Btw, I do use iCloud across my iPhone 5, iPad mini and MacBook Pro!
    Thanks

Contacts are not saved by type of account so your description is confusing. No matter if you have iCloud, Google, "On My Mac",  Exchange, Yahoo and AOL contacts, Mail uses them equally.
Please post a screen shot showing this separation.
    Command-Shift-3 takes the entire screen
Command-Shift-4 takes a portion of the screen. <--use this one

  • Synchronizing multiple Exchange 2007 accounts' contacts and calendar on Mac

    Hi,
I have 3 different Exchange email accounts running on my Mac - my personal, my business, and my business accounts. Is there an application which I can download to synchronize the contacts and calendar of these 3 accounts? I don't mind if it doesn't sync with my contacts on my Mac, as long as it syncs those three.
    Any help would be appreciated!

  • Multiple email accounts into one inbox

Is it possible to have three email accounts feed into one inbox on the iPhone? I'd like to not have to go through to each inbox when I get a new message to see what it is and who it came from.
In Mail on my Mac, I can just click "Inbox" to view this or I can click one one of the sub-mailboxes to view an account individually. Is there a way to do the same thing on the iPhone?
Maybe there's an app that I can use to do this?
    Thanks.
    Jeff

Thanks very much for that, I'll give it a go.
    And another if thats ok?
Do you know if I can send a hotmail through googlemail as well as recieve? Then, if so, i can send and recieve for both accounts within mail app and leave my hotmail page all together and just use Mail instead. The problems is that only the googlemail will sync to my googlemail on mac, I'm pretty sure my Hotmail wont sync to my hotmail on mac, even if I have it linked to my googlemail as discussed. ie if I send an email through mail on my hotmail address and then go to hotmail on the mac, I'm pretty sure whichever way I do this, it won't show the sent message on the mac, only the phone. I've tried the sync with googlemail and it works instantly but the only way I can do this at the moment with hotmail is by sending my hotmail message from MBox mail app which syncs fine with my mac hotmail.
Then again, from what you have said, I guess it wouldn't matter at all if hotmail didn't sync with hotmail on mac as I could use the googlemail on mac for everything.
so, to conclude, it should show me all messages sent from both mac and phone and from both accounts when I look at googlemail on my mac.
    Sorry for the long message!!

  • How do I merge two profiles (different time periods) on two computers for one email account, into one profile?

I have a primary computer which has emails back for several years (Thunderbird). One account is rather important to me and I created it with IMAP on a laptop which I took overseas. When returning, I noted that all of the emails to that date (January 2015) had downloaded onto the laptop Thunderbird for this account.
When I accessed the primary computer at home, for some reason it cleared every email I had in my profile up to the date I last used the laptop overseas. All the "Inbox.mozmsgs" seem to be there (whatever *they* are) but all the emails prior to January 2015 are gone in Thunderbird.
What I want to do is copy the profile *for this account only* from my laptop and somehow merge that (pre-January) with the same profile account in my desktop (post-January) so that once again I have the full email history on my primary computer, the desktop.
I cannot find any explicit instructions on how to accomplish this. I would very much appreciate well thought out assistance. There must be a way - otherwise I will need to set up a virtual machine and create an account on that on my desktop for the pre-January profile, which will be a little tedious).
    Thanks in advance...

There are two approaches which would work for you.
    # copy the profile folder ********.profile from your laptop to your home computer and use https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-multiple-profiles to switch back and forth.
    # export the mail from your laptop to an external medium and then import it to your home computer. There is an add-on to TB which allows import and export of emails in various formats to a separate storage medium (external disk, thumb drive, etc.). The instructions on how to download and install it can be found at http://barryduggan.info/exportMail.php

  • Delete Exchange email account without losing Calendar

    Hi there,
My Exchange is currently set up to sync with my work email, with a secondary Exchange for my gmail emails.
I have a new job now and no longer have access to the original main Exchange account, so need to delete this. However given that I have been using this Calendar for personal appointments / events I don't want to lose all this info.
How do I either backup my current Exchange calendar to iCloud, or to some other format that I can then re-import under a new Exchange account?
    Thanks
    Jenny

    Hey,
do you own a @me.com mail adress? If so try to login at icloud.com and then check your calendar there. When your appointments are all there I would create duplicates of them before I delete the exchange account just to be sure.
If this didn't work you are pretty screwd because as you said you have no access to your exchange account anymore and this means that you cannot create a backup right from the server. Best tip I can give you is never use a temporarily exchange server for your personal stuff.

In Mail Preferences/Accounts/each GMail account, set up the SMTP Outgoing Server for each account separately, going into SMTP name/edit/Advanced and specify the Username of each account.  The Outgoing servers must be two different servers, authenticated by the Username and Password of each.
Otherwise, the GMail SMTP server will change the from address to that of the account where the SMTP server was setup.

  • Can i combine multiple apple accounts into one?

I have multiple apple email accounts from :
    mac.com
    me.com
    iCloud.com
and all of them function.  I want to transfer all of the data into one account and terminate the other two.  Can someone guide me through this?

This is already 1 account, there is nothing to combine, versions of your address go to the same inbox. You can choose which one is used to send.
Go to www.icloud.com>Mail>Settings and choose which to the three you will use to send mail, you will receive mail sent to any of the versions.
FYI. You do not have a Powerbook G4 if you are running 10.6.5 (and why are you running a version that needs updating)
If you have more questions please accurately identify your Mac.

  • Two Exchange email accounts in Outlook - one doesn't send correctly

Hello. I currently have two Exchange email accounts added to my Outlook 2010.  The second email is shared by a fellow coworker.  Since I added the second account, I've received synchronization errors in my Unread folder.  Normally,
I've ignored these as there wasn't any actual functionality errors with Outlook.
Once in a blue moon though, the sync errors stop and I'm no longer able to email from/as that second email.  Instead, it simply gets stuck in the Outbox where it never actually goes through.  In the past, I've done a mish-mash of using the Repair
Tool on both OST files and clearing offline items for both Inboxes.
I was never actually sure if either of the above methods was the actual fix but Outlook eventually let me send emails again from the second account (and once more resuming the flow of synchronization errors).  Now though, it seems like neither
of those remedies actually work anymore.
I've searched online to no avail of what might be the cause of this.  Is anyone familiar with what might be going on?  I'm guessing part of the issue is because the second email is shared between two people and across multiple devices?

    Hi,
What synchronization errors have you received? The only thing I can think of on Exchange side is
Open Item Limit or Session Limits.
On outlook client side, this issue can be caused by numbers of possibilities such as Addins/the outlook profile.
And your two methods (clearing offline items will clear items from local .ost file) are related to OST files, so I suggest to create a new .ost file and synchronize the folders by the following steps:
    Exit Outlook.
In Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.
On the E-mail tab, select the Exchange account, and then click
    Change.
Clear the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box.
    Click More Settings.
On the Advanced tab, click Offline Folder File
    Settings.
Click Disable Offline Use, and then in the dialog box that appears, click
    Yes.
Again, click Offline Folder File Settings.
    Click OK.
In the dialog box that appears, click Yes.
Under Cached Exchange Mode Settings, select the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box.
Click OK, click Next, and then click
    Finish.
In the Account Settings and Mail Setup dialog boxes, click
    Close.
Start Outlook, point to Send/receive on the Tools menu, and then click
    Send/Receive All.
In addition, we should check this issue via OWA.
Also make sure that your account is not downloading the cache of the shared mailbox. Go to
account settings in outlook, more settings ->
advanced tab and uncheck download shared folders. Restart Outlook.
If this issue persists next time, I suggest to post on
Outlook Forum for more professional help about Outlook client side issue.
    Best Regards.

  • Multiple email accounts under one master

I have 2 kids that would like email accounts. I would like the option of reading their email, if I need to. How do I set up multiple email accounts under one master account? Can it be set up so that their email cannot be deleted by them?
    Thank you in advance.

You'll need a third party solution to monitor your children's email, etc. Anyone that can access an email account can create, read, and delete messages.
Spector for Mac is one product I found on Google, that appears to do what you need. I'm sure others are available.
Here's the search I used to find it.

    David,
    welcome to Apple Discussions.
I'm not sure if I understand correctly what you mean with "categories". Maybe you want to achieve what I described in "Publishing more than one calender" #1, 04:11pm Oct 19, 2005 CDT

OK, let's come back to the original issue; how are deleted messages retrievable?
First, is the account set up as an Exchange account or a POP account? I'll assume it's Exchange. If it were POP the answer is obvious.
If it's an Exchange account are you deleting the messages from the phone or from some other computer? If you are deleting them from another computer they will not be removed from the Trash folder on the phone until the phone next syncs AND the Trash folder is opened. But this will take time. You can force the Trash folder to sync in near real time by going into Settings/Mail,Contacts,Calendars, tap on the Exchange account, tap on Mail Folders to Push and check "Deleted Items". Note that doing this will result in increased data usage and reduced battery life.
If I haven't described the situation tell me what assumptions I made that are incorrect.
