If I buy this for the company i work for, can anybody with a Adobe ID use this? or does this only work for one Adobe ID per company?

Each person who creates forms will need to purchase the FormsCentral service.

We have one family computer with iTunes, my older brother has an iPhone and I have an iPhone. A family ID was previously used to purchase songs for the family to share. My older brother has created an apple ID for his iPhone, and l have a yet unused apple ID. my brother downloaded songs etc onto the family iTunes that I would like to share, there are songs on the family apple ID that we would both like. Can you download purchases from multiple apple IDs into one iTunes account, then sync that data onto multiple phones that each have a separate ID? Is iTunes linked to one ID? Can purchases from multiple IDs be grouped together in our family account. Also do I Actually need a separate Apple for my iPhone to prevent private messages and contacts being shared?

I forgot to add my iPhone is brand new and unused, and also that the iTunes account has non purchased songs on there. Can these be shared. As it is a new computer the purchases from the family ID have not been downloaded yet

What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? I'm sincerely trying to get this cleared up once and for all----just need guidance from someone who has a true understanding of the whole Apple iCloud/Itunes system!

Sending email notifications to multiple IDs from lookup?

Is it possible to send email notifications to multiple ids by putting them in the decode column of a lookup separated by semicolon or nay other identifier?
OR is there any other way of sending email notfications to mutiple ids (not through Java mail) ?

Try this to fetch the emails ids from the Lookup.
Suppose you have got a string say x from Lookup using "Lookup Definition.Lookup Code Information.Decode"

Signature Appearances Available to Multiple IDs?

My wife and I both need to digitally sign a bank document. The document requires us to both place full signatures and initial several locations. Since I received the document in electronic format, I would prefer to electronically sign the documents.
I'm using Acrobat 9 Pro on Window XP 32-bit (my work computer), and I've never used digital signatures before, so I began by creating an ID for myself. I used the following steps:
I created my ID with my contact information (name, email address, etc).
I applied a strong password to the signature.
I created an appearance that contained today's date and a JPEG of my signature.
I created another appearance that contained just my initials.
I created a final appearance that contained just my name.
I saved the key to a PFX file.
I then began the same steps to create an ID for my wife (on the same Windows account and without closing Acrobat). I thought that when I created a new ID that Acrobat would create an ID without appearances. Instead, all the appearances I created for my ID were available for my wife's ID, too. Thus, I was able to place a signature using my wife's ID but the image was of my signature.
Did I miss something? Are appearances stored with the ID, and if so, how does Acrobat separate them amongst IDs? I looked through Acrobat's help, but the only site I found was one talking about creating appearances, and it didn't talk about working with multiple IDs.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Matthew,
Acrobat (and when I say Acrobat I really mean both Acrobat and Reader) saves the appearances and digital ID files in the user's space as allocated by the operating system. If you have no log on when you start the computer (that is, it just boots up and you end up on the Desktop) then there is probably only one user that was created when you first set up the computer. If you have a log in screen where you select a user name and type in a password then there are probably accounts for both you and your wife. Whomever you are logged in as, that's where the files are going to be stored. More specifically, I'm referring to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\9.0\Security where <user name> will depend on the log in name.

Buddies with multiple IDs: how to message to a specific one?

Here's a relatively simple problem, on the face of it, that I can't figure out how to solve. Is there in fact a solution?
I have an increasing number of buddies with multiple IDs (almost always AIM), for instance, one for home and one for work. Because most of them have broadband in both places, they don't shut their computers down in either location and are usually signed in to iChat/AIM in both. I've got their various IDs noted in their cards in Address Book, but in iChat I only see one entry for the person regardless of which ID, or both, is signed in at the moment. There doesn't seem to be much logic to which picture iChat displays along with the entry, so I can't ever tell which ID I am looking at. I know that a mouseover on the iChat entry will tell me the status of all IDs associated with that person, but how can I send a message to the ID that I want?
Example: buddy is at work and signed in using work ID. Buddy's spouse is at home, also signed in, using home ID. I see one entry for my buddy, showing as active. It might display the home picture and it might display the work picture. If it's the home ID, and open a message window, I'll be messaging with the spouse at home, instead of with my buddy at work -- and I don't see any way to get at the other ID. Is there a way to pick the ID I want to message with?
I see that I can keep them separate if I create different groups and add each ID, from the same card, to each group. But that's clumsy (as is creating separate cards altogether) and basically removes the meaningfulness of the groups. Is there some obvious trick I am missing, or is what I want to do just not possible?

You're exactly right; I need to do the opposite. I suspect it just isn't possible or the solution would be more self-evident. As I mentioned in my original post, the only way I've been able to make it work is to add the IDs separately in iChat and make sure they are added to different groups. Doing this will keep them separate but based on the same Address Book card. In the same group, however, they collapse into one entry and lose their meaning. Unfortunately, keeping separate groups for such a purpose makes the groups essentially meaningless.
As I would imagine this to be an increasingly common occurrence, this seems to be a definite shortcoming of iChat.

Multiple IDs+One Computer=Wrong phone account.

So, there are 3 of us in my house who have iPhones and we use one computer which means the same iTunes pops up everytime time we plug in our phone. But sometimes after unplugging our phones from the computer and we try to download an app on our phone it says one of the other Apple IDs that isn't mine. How do I get my Apple ID back on my phone?

Your Apple ID is on your phone unless you actually signed out of it on the phone or restored it from one of the other devices backups.
The issue is that content linked to one of the other accounts has been synced to your device.
You really should read this article about how to manage multiple devices on a single computer. Doing so with the same iTunes library under a single login is not an ideal choice.

Aha! I see the problem but don't know how to fix it. Multiple IDs!

Over the years, my apple reliance has increased. I have two different email addresses in a bizarre combination on my iMAC, iPhone, and iPad. It prevents me from doing backups completely, getting the latest version of some apps, and using the cloud as it was meant to be.
IDs, next, are shortened to make this more readble.
My iMAC uses an itunes ID called TAR. This is where I have bought plenty of iTunes music, but always export to MP3 -- so if I have to trash this ID it'd be ok.
My iPad shows an iCloud ID of TNT, an iTunes store ID of TAR, and my appleID as TAR.
My iPhone shows an iCloud ID of TNT, and an apple ID of TAR. I have purchased some apps and I fear not using TAR on it may nulify all of those purchases.
Should I simply DELETE my iPhone and IPad iCloud accounts and then create new ones on those devices with ID of TAR?
Please advise! What do I need to set where so that I have one and only one email address for everything.
If this is NOT the cure to my problems, what else can I check? (Eg. when I do a backup in iTunes on my iMac it says that my iPhone and iPad are not recognized... yet it proceeds with a backup MOSTLY. Authorizing/reauthorizing it from the iMac seems to make no difference.
The password guesses and resets over the years have been insane, as you might have gathered.

yeah, remove the icloud accounts, and choose to keep the data on the device when you do so. then, when you sign in with the other id, it'll ask if you want to merge, and you will. then all your information will be in one id

How to send 997 for a partner documents to multiple IDs?

We are using EDI X12, and we are facing a challenge to send 997's to different IDs based on transaction type. The partner in this case sends documents to us from different ISA/GS IDs for different document types, so we are required to send 997s to the respective ISA/GS ID.
In B2B agreements we can't define more than one agreement with the same document type so we are restricted to only one ISA/GS ID for all the documents acknowledgements.
One other option I thought of was to defer the acknowledgements and let SOA composite handle it, but again as we can't specify the ISA/GS ID in the message header, we will be restricted to only one ISA/GS id which is again an issue.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to achive this?

Multiple IDs sharing single cloud

I currently have an iPhone 4s, 2 iPads and a mac mini. My itunes library, music, apps, and contacts are all with my ID. I have setup the iCloud and I love the syncing of mail, contacts and calendar. Here's my question: I just ordered an iPhone 4S for my wife and In order for her to sync her own email to her phone and iPad, will she have to have her own ID and iCloud? Or can I add her to my cloud? Can a cloud support multiple users?

My wife and I are using multiple devices on the same iCloud. 2 iPhones and an iPad to be exact. Its working out great. We have a shared Gmail account on both iPhones, I have my personal email account that's tied to my GoDaddy account, and an Exchange account on my phone and she has her work Exchange account on hers. We don't synchronize our contacts to iCloud, nor our reminders. She syncs her calendar, but I do not. We share the same iTunes Library and account so there's no issues there.
For the most part, its pretty customizable so you pick and choose who syncs what and who has access to what.
iMessage was interesting to get working on the iPad. We wanted our son to be able to iMessage us when we are leaving him with a baby sitter, so the easy fix for that was to just create a Gmail account for him and setup iMessage to receive his messages using that address. I'm was surprised that this was all possible within the settings, and the way it all worked made it appear that this was all by design from the beginning, to allow families to use multiple devices all on one account.

Multiple IDs **** when I attempt to update an APP!

I sync multiple ipads and iphones with the same itunes account on my W7-64 PC. Now when I try to update an app on the app store my wife's account pops up. This is fregging annoying. Is there any way I can get the apps to update using my apple ID WITHOUT having to uninstall and reinstall which is a PITA?

You're not telling me anything I don't already know. Notice the emphasis on not wanting to delete and reinstall apps. I can understand apple wanting to keep a tight grip on paid apps but consider the following: You can upload any paid app to any device so long as the app is saved (transfered) into your itunes on your PC or Mac so its pointless to annoy the end user by not letting the end user consolidate updates under one apple ID. At the very minimum is should allow you to do that with FREE APS. Either way its crappy that I have to guess which apps on my itunes library were downloaded with my wifes apple ID when I sync any future devices from scratch (I.E. restore, buy new, etc) so that I dont have to deal with this very annoying NAZI like apple feature. Itunes works like crap on windows as it is. This is another kick in the nuts if you ask me. Thanks for the reply though.

Splitting existing account into multiple IDs.

We currently have 1 Adobe ID that is used for multiple CS5.5 subscriptions. How do you split existing subscriptions from a single ID so that each one has its own ID? I know I could simply create a new ID for each subscription but then I am only eligible for 1 lower cost subscription.

With Creative Cloud Membership you would need to create multiple Adobe ID's (each billed separately) or you may want to consider the Team Ready (not available yet) option depending on how many individual memberships you have.

Game center with multiple IDs

Hi,
I have a single iTunes account with all my apps etc. However, I have an iPhone which is mine and and iPod Touch which I let my kids play on.
When I upgraded to iOS 5 I now can't seem to get Game Center to login to my account on the iPhone and my kid's account on the Touch.
Any ideas?

I've got the same issue. My master account is under my email address, I have to other accounts for two other iphones and two other accounts for ipod touches.
I want to have my wife and kids use their own account in Game Center. I've verified all email addresses, however, when I log into game center under the sub accounts, I get the "Incorrect password error". I'm using the sub accoutn email addy with my master account password. I've tried to reset it a few times and Ive yet to get the email from apple support for password reset on the sub account.
Any help or ideas?
PS. I've also associated the sub account to the master in Game Center.

Linking multiple ids?

My husband just recently got an iPhone and and iPad for Christmas. As of now his devices are registered under my iTunes account. Is it possible to link two accounts, as in his appleID and my appleID so we can share app/music content, and billing info, but also use iMessage/iCloud independently? Right now iMessage is off on his device and he can't sync with the cloud because our devices get confused and end up mirroring each other. Any help on how to separate them, but keep them linked so we don't have to buy our contents twice, but can sync separately. We use one computer (MacBook,also using my id) and he knows nothing of technology, so it's all kind of on my end to figure out, any helpful hints/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

just sign in to home sharing with the same apple id (pick one among your family members... it doesn't really matter).
when you can see each other, you can play their music...

Digital Editions 1.7 : not able to install, 1.8 does not allow to authorize for multiple IDs ?

I just created an Adobe membership account in order to be able to install Adobe Digital Editions 1.7 on my Mac. When clicking on the install button on your website, I get error message "safari can't open the page "http://%25%7benv:www.adobe.com%7D/special/errorpages/404.html" because the page address is invalid.
We have purchased a number of e-Books some time ago, and based on the information I could find I should be able to authorise more than 1 computer in my family to read these books.
So, after some looking around, I found the possibility to download a preview of Adobe Digital Editions 1.8, and I authorised it with my newly created Adobe membership account. Next I also want to authorise my computer for the account of my Partner, but the menu option for "Authorise computer" is grayed out.
Please advise
(note : my system is identical to that of my partner, and she has been running Adobe Digital Editions for some time without problems … so it can't be a system problem on my end of the connection)

Please try the solutions provided in http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/403/kb403051.html if you can't install Adobe Digital Editions 1.7 from Adobe.com.
You need to open the PDF/EPUB file instead of the ACSM file to authorize your Partner's computer with your newly created account. You may select a book and then press Command + I to know where it is stored.
