Multiple mail receivers?

Hello,
I need to send a file from the XI to numerous email receivers. I understand that I can put multiple email addresses separated by ";" into the "To:" field among the "Mail Attributes" of a Mail receiver adapter.
But the receivers should not see who else received the email with my file. But I can't define CC: or BCC: in the mail adapter.
In that case do I need to configure more than one Mail receiver adapter holding the different email addresses?

Here under "Mail Attributes for Message Protocol XIPAYLOAD"

it says "Under CC:...." and "Under BCC:...." define the other receiver email addresses.
But I don't have those fields among the "Mail-Attributes".
Can I make those appear somehow? I don't understand that.

Yes, this is possible. You should be able to use , or ; to separate the recipients. However, this functionality has not worked until version SAP 7.00 build M26.11 of the product.

Mail Adapter - Multiple mail ID and multiple mail servers config.

Hi All
I am doing BPM synch scenario in which i get the response from SAP box and send the response via email adapter. I am using mail.xsd and doing mail config. in message mapping. However in the TO field i am able to give only one email ID. If i give multiple email ID's mail is not received. I tried comma and semi-colon as separator. Still not working? I have two questions in configuring TO option:
1) How to send to multiple id's? I am using Lotus Notes.
2)How to send to multiple mail servers? I have to send to Lotus Notes id's and outlook express id's also simultaneously.

Please find here with some observations about it,
1) How to send to multiple id's? I am using Lotus Notes.
If you have specified an IMAP server under URL, the message is saved in the specified folder but is not sent to the receiver specified under To.
Then even if Under To, you had specified the e-mail address that will receive the message would be separated with a semicolon. It will not work.
Please verify about it .

If you want to send it to multiple email addresses and all email addresses are user of XI then you can define "Role" and attach that role to everyuser and make this role as receipent of alert .

Receiver Mail adapter with multiple mail ids

Hi Experts,
I am doing File to Mail scenario.
I am generating mail package structure using Java mapping.
Email is not going to multiple mail ids mentioned in To field.
I tried with , and ; but for both it is behaving strange:
When using ,(coma)
in case of multiple receivers:
only last mail id will receive mail in Inbox
when using ;(semicolon)
Every email id person will receive mail but with same name listed under To: that is last mail id.
For example:
To: abc.at.test.com,xyzat.est.com,def.at.est.com
Then only def.at.test.com will receive mail
In case of semicolon(;):
Every mail id will receive mail in Inbox, that is abc.at.test.com,xyz.at.test.com,def.at.test.com
will get mail in their respective mail box, but all mails will have same TO field: def.at.test.com
I hope it is cleared.
If you want I can send outlook mail headers from outlook.

How do I open multiple Mail messages at once?

I can select multiple Mail messages, but how do I get all of them to open at once? (I actually do want all of them open; I'm not just trying to mark them as Read.) If I double-click on the multiple selection, the first click un-selects all but one message, which the second click opens. I assumed there'd be an Open in the Edit menu, or a Command-O, or an Open button for the Tool Bar, or an Open on a right-click menu or other special menu, but I can't see any of those. The closest I've come so far is Forward, which quotes them all in one reply, but that isn't really what I want. What am I missing?

I don't think that you can. Yahoo's basic email features do not include mail forwarding.

You requirement is not specific.You want to print PO or want send PO via E-mail to vendor.
You can maintain multiple E-mail ID's for a vendor master.In standard possible to send PO by e-mail to vendor to single e-mail ID ONLY. If you want to send PO by e-mail in multiple (e-mail) ID's, you can go for development with ABAPer for using of function module OR can work with group e-mail concept( check with system admin team).

I apologize, but your scenario still does not make sense to me.
The user requests a URL, an XML page is returned to their browser, then immediately another XML page is returned to their browser?
Maybe try to explain in functional terms what you're trying to achieve rather than assuming that "forwarding" or refreshing is the solution. Stated this way, I still don't have an idea of what kind of application you're trying to build.

I tried by giving multiple mail addresses separated by semicolon(as well as comma) to the To field of the Mail Package structure, it gives Invalid Address error in Message Monitoring. But if i give a single mail address it works. How to address multiple email addresses.

BPM: Multiple synchronous receivers

Hi Friends,
   I am trying a scenario : File --> XI > RFC(Multiple Receviers)> File(single).
   Can i send the message to multiple synchronous receivers using BPM. My Scenario goes like this...
1). Send file to XI.
2).Use BPM to send it to RFC(Multiple Synchronous Receivers).
3).Send this response to Asynchrounous Receiver ( Write the response to a File using time stamp. So that all the response messages can be written) .
   Is it possible to do this using BPM... Ofcourse i have done a scenario for Multiple Asynchronous receivers using receiver determination and block step in BPM..

You can use send synchronous call in your scenario.
The point is, there can be multiple synchrounous calls from the send step.
You would need a way to distinguish the 1st response from the second response. Therefore,we need to make use of correlation.
After the send step, we need to use a receive step(with correlation), which will receive only the response corresponding to the correct request.
Basically we are using the receive step with correlation here, to make sure that, we donot receive and process, the 2nd response(or 3rd or 4th response) for the 1st request.
You said, your scenario is not working. Where exactly are you getting the error.

Multiple client receivers

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where the SENDER is SOAP and the receiver is RFC.
Sender send the data and it should be bifurcated to 6 clients based on some condition.
Previously I have created a rule in receiver determination to send the date to multiple receivers which are existed in the same client.
But now here they want to send the data to multiple client receivers based on the condition.
Do I need to create the CC and receiver agreement for each receiver or is there any other option available ?
Please help me out with this.

Yes. You can handle this in the same way by creating the condition in Receiver determination.
But here you need to create separate Interface determination and receiver agreement for each receiver. You can use existing RFC Communication channel in Receiver agreement.

Drag and drop multiple mail messages into finder

I am trying to move multiple mail messages into finder folders for organization and filing purposes. I know it will save these as mail files but that is what I would like anyway. It lets me drag and drop one message at a time but does not let me do it for multiple messages at a time. Does anybody know how to do this?

You might consider using the "Archive" capability of Mail. Look at Archive in Mail Help.

What are all the standard options to generate SD billing documents with multiple mailing addresses. Billing document contents will be same but they will addressed to different mailing addresses.

are fixed.
So, to print a hardcopies of invoice with multiple mailing addresses.
You can have Z table in the system with all the mailing addresses, say,
Bill-to Party
Sr No
Address

Noida Address
Then write a logic in your print program to call the Z Table with address while printing the output.
You can take assistance of ABAPer in your team for this.

I have a requirement to send the sales invoice by e-mail to multiple mail id's.
Mail ids will be maintained in the customer master record --> General Data -- > Contact Person TAB.

In our system we are sending the same invoice by e-mail to two partners. In the customer master we have maintained one e-mail adress on the adress screen and we have maintained another e-mail adress in a contact person. The contact person is assigned to partner role Z0.
In the access sequence for the invoice print we have the same key combination twice, the first one without the exclusive flag. This means we can create master data for the same customer twice using partner role RE and Z0 and the invoice is then send to the two adresses.
