Multiple printing

Hi,
This is an email we received from a customer, is there a way to fix this situation?
When I print and I ask for multiple copies, for some reason it sends one copy at a time to the printer instead of sending multiple copies and then the printer does the multiple printing.
for instance when I ask to print a sales order, I ask for 10 copies it sends 10 documents to the printer instead of sending 1 document and the printer would print 10
so it slows down my network too.
Is there any way to fix this?

1)      No, Iu2019m not. I use the printing document feature. Choose Sales Order, then enter 10 copies. Then another window pops up, and then I choose which order I want. Then I say OK. The Choose Printer window pops ups, and then I press OK. What SAP does, it sends 1 copy to the printer, then another, and another, until itu2019s 10 copies. Now, Iu2019ve tried choosing 1 copy from the Printing documents window. And then choose 10 from the Choose Printer window. But then it only prints 1.
2)      And no I cannot use the print document default quantity, as itu2019s never the same amount of copies. As mentioned above, it should be chosen as 1 copy, and then the printer should be the one deciding on how many copies you want. That way it would send only 1 copy to the printer, and then the printer would make 10 copies. Now as it stands, the way SAP works, it bogs down the network, and also the program (client). As sometimes we print 10 sales orders with 3 copies each. So that means SAP sends 30 copies to the printer.
Oh also, itu2019s for everything (not just sales orders). The ones that we ask multiple copies is Sales Orders though, we also do it for A/R Invoices,
