Multiple selection in the ALV is not possible after system upgrade

Hi Colleague,
I had been using an ALV, which was performing as desired before, but recently we had a system upgrade to NW7.0 and after that in this ALV multiple selection of records/rows is not allowed.
The colleagues who upgraded the system suggested that this may be because this ALV is instantiated at many places. I would request you to kindly provide a solution for the same ASAP, as I am not able to proceede ahead.

Thanks for your replies, I had figured out the actual problem. The reason was, the referance of the selected rows was lost as I was doing bind elements to the context after moving to wddomodify.
So I figured out an alternative solution to avoid binding on selection of records.

Approver specfication section not displayed after system upgraded to EHP6

We have just upgraded our eRecruiting development environment to EHP6 from EHP3. However, as a manager who creates the requisition and subsequently the job posting, there should be a place that allows the manager to specify the approver for this requisitiion. This is not displayed in the upgraded version. I have checked our authorization setup to ensure the manager does not have too wide an access that will bypass this approval specification process, and everything is in order.
I am wondering if anyone else has run into the same problem.

you are probably aware the huge changes in the eRec application when moving from EhP3 to EhP 4 or any higher enhancement package. The whole user interface for non-candidate roles is completely replaced. This includes the manager as well as the recruiter and the recruiting administrator.
In principle it should be possible to run the old BSP applications as long as you do not activate any business functions for the enhancement packages (aka "pure technical upgrade"). But when I did such a pure technical upgrade from EhP 3 to EhP 4 for a customer about 4 years ago we already faced several serious issues with running the old ui and functions. So what you experience are very likely such issues as well.

I recently upgraded to Mac OSX Yosemite and unfortunately, my Photoshop CS4 will not open. The message says it requires Java SE6. I now have Java 7 update 71. I would appreciate suggestions from anyone who can help to resolve this problem. Thank you.

I can now open my PS CS4 again. What a relief!

I am creating a report. in that for one field, i need to create a multiple selection screen. i mean in the output screen , i need to get the multiple selection screen for that field. in that i should be able to select multiple values, or single values or range of values.
eg: if i take the field kunnr, i should be able to select the multiple kunnar values in the output screen.

Multiple selection" in the field property in ACROBAT XI

When the "multiple selection" in the field property is available in FormsCentral, I can't find it in ACROBAT XI (Just bought it).
If this field is not available in ACROBAT XI, how can I modifiy the form uploaded (already built) in FormsCentral to be able to use this fonction ?
What I want to do is to have a mandatory field with several possible answers.

If I use the Radio Button, every selection are mutually exclusive.
What I need is to be able to select several responses, but to have to select at least one of them.
People may have the choice of responding by checking one, two or more items but they must answer the question.

Well, I contacted SecCommerce about the issue, the response was, that I should sign the file later (afterwards). This is a solution, but not the best in my opinion.
When I sign the document the SecSigner window/Java window appears and freezes. Adobe is not responding. I have to terminate Adobe because the program is not responding.
I only found this support website, so I have realized that this is a User 2 User site, but it was a try to get some help.

Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. For some prerecorded audio files the Transpose slider will not work reliably. I found no clear pattern, when it does and when not.
If all fails, create a loop from the audio file. Select the region in the track and use the command "File: Add region to Loop library".
Set the current key and tempo, name the loop, and save the loop.
Now add it from the loop browser to a new track and delete your old track. The search field in the Loop browser will help you to find the loop quickly.
You will be able to transpose the sample as described above, like a regular loop.

You will not belive how I accidently solved this - !!!
Yes I had the problem immediately after the 5.1.1 'cloud' upgrade, the problems started (on my iphone 4) ... I followed the 'get power down button, then hold HOME for 30 secs' solution, but no result, nothing seemed to work and I was starting to get a bit agressive with the keep it pushed, multiple double click frustrations, icopybot multigesture solutions etc. and paid money ... but this comedy solution now works ...
I discovered it because I ordered a waterproof case for my iphone for my motorcycle ... I've just fitted it to my iphone and all the problems have gone ??? what! ... so wondering why I looked at what the home button on the casing was doing - it was pressing ACROSS the home button i.e. it converted my finger point into a wider 'PRESS
so taking the new case off, instead of using the point of my thumb to press HOME, I used the flat of my thumb to emulate it ....and initially nothing, so I wondered if it wa making better 'cross button' contacts, so I licked my thumb, wiped it and then tried again! - it worked!
I can't explain it but it seems to work - try it! if the double click on HOME doesn't work lick your thumb dry it and try again! I've just done it again
what a mad techno world we live in! :-)

I believe we have fixed any possible input directory issues but the error message continues to be written.
I expect that redeploying (rebooting server?) should end the messages but, either way:
Do you know if there is a setting on either the BPEL development process (jDev) or the SOA server where I can limit the number of attempts?

We are running on Unix.
The BPELs were deployed before the respective in-/output directories had been created. I think this might have caused the initial problem.
Once the directories were created (with full permissions -777), though, the messages continued.
I checked the descriptors on the deployed bpels and they seem to be pointing to the correct absolute path for the input files.
So, ASSUMING that the paths are now correct and permissions are ok:
Is there any way of making the attempts stop (as in "kill -9 annoying_bpel_process" ;) ?, or,
Is there a setting in the server admin side to limit the number of attempts in the future ?, or,
Do we need to redeploy the same Bpel after we created the directories ?
