Multiple Toggle On Off Buttons

Hello, I have ten buttons on one frame that need to act independently from each other. By tapping each button they switch to a new assigned button and if tapped again they revert back to default button state, similiar to on/off or show/hide..
I am not sure how to go about creating the script for multiple buttons on one frame, layer. This is suppo@se to be for Air for Android...any guidance, tips on this greatly appreciated...

Hello

, Hello Ned, Basicly it suppose to allow end user to keep track of repetitive tasks and by toggling the button a new button of different color or even with a number shows up, in my case from 1-10
The enduser can click button again to reset, returns back to default state. The buttons should be re-useable throughout other frames...kinda like how the counter below functions but in a visual
horizontal linear manner..non modern. I hope that makes more sense...

  • Toggle on/off button

    Hi all!
    First of all, I'm new with Muse and I'm loving it.
    I'm prototyping a mobile app and I need to make some customized switches. Buttons that toggle on/off when you press them.
    I have two images for the button states but I was wondering how can I achieve this with Muse.
    Thanks in advance!

  • Multiple toggle buttons to the same destination causes conflicts

    I'm trying to set up multiple toggle buttons so that a user can click on a button at any time and set the state of the dashboard. Each toggle button has a unique value (and each one has the same static value for both on and off) and I've mapped all the toggle buttons to the same destination cell. But they all seem to be competing to set the desination to their preferred value even when they're not being clicked on and, as a result, the dashboard keeps changing state in unexpected ways. Is there a fix for this?

    When you have multiple components trying to insert to the same destination cell, the front-most object wins at load time. So, if tb1, tb2, tb3 (tb3 being the front-most object) are all set to respectively insert values 1, 2, 3 to the same cell, the cell will have value 3 initially.
    Now there is an issue when objects in different groups try to insert to the same cell. The release note for FP3 implies that this problem is resolved, but I think it is not fixed completely...

  • Having problems w on/off button on 4620LE

    Is it ok to leave the Jetpack 4620LE plugged into the wall charger and turned on 24x7?
    The on/off button is difficult to use.  It is rubber and is not easy to use when trying to turn the device on or off.
    Our reception and performance is fine. Just worried on whether or not
    it is good for the device to be always "on".
    Thanks for your help.

    Thank you for answering my question John. Its nice to know that I can leave it on for extended periods of time.  Our problem really is that it is so difficult to turn on and off. To turn it off we have resorted to removing the battery.. not an ideal solution.  To turn it on, it requires multiple efforts of pushing on the on/off button -- usually using my fingernail on an edge.. is what seems to work.  The button is not hard, it is a soft rubber. Wondering why.
    Was hoping to know whether or not this is a design defect? or something that I could get repaired.
    As of now, we leave it on the charger and plugged in pretty much 24x7.
    Thank you again.
    Any other comments on how to more easily turn it on and off?

  • PowerShot G9 on off button

    Camera Problem--PowerShot G9--Both my apparently charged camera batteries are all of a sudden not turning my camera on.  Maybe the on-off button is not making a connection in the battery compartment?
    Did something fall out, or did I overcharge both lithium batteries?

    Hi Karlyn, there is a pretty long list as to why your camera will not turn on including what you mentioned, the power button or batteries. To keep things simple at first inspect the battery compartment for signs of damage to the contacts and perhaps corrosion. How old are both batteries ? The likelihood  of both batteries being bad is slim but possible. If you have the ACK-DC20 power adapter you can try that and see if the camera turns on...that would narrow it down.
    Also be sure the battery compartment door is closing properly and not damaged, the camera will not turn on if it is not closed completely.
    Next your looking at an internal fuse or circuit board issue which would require service. Or perhaps the power button also. I did a quick search on the G9 with Google and saw multiple You Tube videos and "hits" with the same problem you are reporting and how to repair it...depending on how brave one is lol !

  • I need some information about using multiple toggle groups??

    Hi,
    I am trying to implement multiple toggle groups in javafx(one for radio button and one for toggle buttons).
    On selecting one of the radio buttons , the toggle buttons appear and I need to perform some operation based on the selected toggle button value.
    But for me only the radio button toggling is working.
    The toggle button is coming as disabled.
    Please help me out.

    Can you post a short, self-contained, correct example demonstrating the problem? The following example works fine for me:
    import javafx.application.Application;
    import javafx.scene.Scene;
    import javafx.scene.control.RadioButton;
    import javafx.scene.control.ToggleButton;
    import javafx.scene.control.ToggleGroup;
    import javafx.scene.layout.HBox;
    import javafx.scene.layout.VBox;
    import javafx.stage.Stage;
    public class MultipleToggleGroupExample extends Application {
      @Override
      public void start(Stage primaryStage) {
      final ToggleGroup radioButtonGroup = new ToggleGroup();
      final RadioButton rb1 = new RadioButton("Choice 1");
      final RadioButton rb2 = new RadioButton("Choice 2");
      rb1.setToggleGroup(radioButtonGroup);
      rb2.setToggleGroup(radioButtonGroup);
      final ToggleGroup toggleButtonGroup = new ToggleGroup();
      final ToggleButton tb1 = new ToggleButton("Choice A");
      final ToggleButton tb2 = new ToggleButton("Choice B");
      tb1.setToggleGroup(toggleButtonGroup);
      tb2.setToggleGroup(toggleButtonGroup);
      final HBox root = new HBox(10);
      final VBox radioButtons = new VBox(5);
      radioButtons.getChildren().addAll(rb1, rb2);
      final VBox toggleButtons = new VBox(5);
      toggleButtons.getChildren().addAll(tb1, tb2);
      root.getChildren().addAll(radioButtons, toggleButtons);
      toggleButtons.visibleProperty().bind(rb2.selectedProperty());
      primaryStage.setScene(new Scene(root, 600, 400));
      primaryStage.show();
      public static void main(String[] args) {
      launch(args);

  • How to create an On/Off button??

    I have tried now for a while (and searched the forum) to create an on/off button. I want to create a button in the library that I can drag onto the canvas in multiple instances (located in a grid for example) and the button should change appearance when clicked, AND also change back to the original appearance when it is clicked once more. How can I do this??

    I should add: the other buttons in the grid should not change when one of them is clicked...

  • On/Off Button on Shuffle (1Gb) Acting Weird

    My Second Generation iPod Shuffle started to act weird after about 3 months of flawless usage.
    When pulled from the charger, Shuffle will play music as expected as long as I don't touch the On/Off Button. (Regardless of the state of the button)
    If I toggle the button, the Shuffle will appear dead until I replace it on the charger again. (Nothing works in On or Off Position)
    At first, I thought it was a battery issue but was suprised to find that it played with the switch in the off position right off the charger.
    I did recently update my iTunes and also updated to the latest iPod software. (Problem may or may not have happened post-upgrade)
    I have tried the everything listed on the Apple Website except the Reset Utility. (Will try that tonight)
    Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue and also if anyone has any ideas as to the resolution. (Other than Sending it into Apple for Repair)

    I think your contact for your switch may be dirty or damaged
    Your best bet is to see if you can try to cleen under the button or take it to the store to have them replace the contacts on the power button pad
    And no reset will not help with it , your probally dealing with an electric problem.

  • My on/off button is not working. What can i do??

    My on/off button has stoped working for some unknown reason and im not sure what to do?

    If you device is under warranty take it to the Apple Store and have it looked at.
    Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch > Toggle On
    This feature can serve as the Sleep/Wake button at the moment
    Hope that helps

  • Disabled on/off button.

    The on/off button on my ipad2 has stopped working.  There has been no trauma to the device.  This is the button in the upper right of the device.
    When I press it once it does not turn off the display.  When I press it along with the home button (round button at bottom center) it no longer captures a screen shot.  When I press and hold it down the slide to turn off the device does not appear.  When I hold both the on/off button and the home button for an extended time (over 60 seconds) it does not reset.  I let the device battery drain completely and when I recharged the device the on/off button was still disabled.
    Any ideas?

    Try this, however, it's primarily for software problems.  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
