Multiple Users has locked me out FOREVER!!!

I have stupidly activated multiple users, thinking I knew the password.
It does not work - I don't know why.
I am the "owner", but I can not log into the machine.
I am using OS9.2
When i used the start up disk ( which is only OS9) - I can get to the desk top - but I can not open any of the control pannels to turn multiple users OFF!
Is there ANY way to bypass all of this, and get multiple users turned off - so that I can use the machine properly again!

Boot the machine to a CD - any bootable CD should work, although an OS 9 Install CD would be best. I would not use a CD that boots to OSX unless you're certain the machine's firmware is current.
Once booted to the CD, go into the Preferences folder in System Folder. Locate the file named Multi-User Prefs and throw it away. This will get rid of all Multiple User passwords.
Then restart normally.

Placing your device into recovery (DFU-Device Firmware Upgrade) mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.
   1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the
       other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
   2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds
       until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
              * If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the
                Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off,
                release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the
       device. The device should turn on. Note: If you see the battery charge warning,
       let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some
       charge, and then start with step 2 again.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
       When this screen appears you can release the Home button:

My Iphone 4 has locked me out. Homescreen will show up but cannot get slider to open keypad. SOmetimes if I tap enough things the key pad will display. When I enter the passcode it will not register. If I hit each passcode number twice it will register but then tells me I have the wrong code. I also have boxes and rectangles that appear to highlight items which never used to come up. Ask Google... they locked you out of the email account.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

My iPhone 3 has locked me out saying it is disabled and to connect to iTunes. So I connect it to iTunes, then iTunes says it cannot connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a passcode? Both ways I'm locked out of the phone completely.

Unfortunetly, in situations like this, the ONLY other way to bypass that four-digit passcode and/or a disabled device is to connect to a computer with the most recent version of iTunes (11.1.3), connect the device in Recovery Mode and restore it to factory settings. Restoring to factory will completely wipe the device, including the four-digit passcode.
The steps to do so are outlined in http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212
(If there is any other way to bypass the passcode, it would have to be third-party, which I am not familiar with any program that can, sorry!).

my iphone has locked me out but will still allow me to use siri, how do i get it to let me back in? Also the phone will not let me power off and the reset of holding the home and sleep button will not work...HELP please!!!

Try reseting the phone, then connect it to Itunes and , Use "Help" run Diagnostics from the Itunes menu to check
communication between the Phone and Itunes.
If you are using a firewall such as Zone Alarm or similar check that it's no preventing communication between the Iphone and Itunes. Turn it off or if you can make sure that the correct communication ports are open.
