Muse CC has stopped publishing my header images?
I can't figureout how this has happened, all of a sudden when I try and publish my site to BC it is going up without and header banner image. The image is in the main master page and works fine if I ftp it up with filezilla. I tried uninstalling Muse and re-installing thinking that it may be some of the settings that were not right, but that was no joy. Has any one else had any issue like this before?

Why iWeb has stopped publishing?
My iWeb stopped publishing. I cannot add anything to the site. I thought the problem was that the file I was trying to add was long but it is not the case. I have a 20 GB iDisk of which only 8 have been used, I can add an empty page but nothing else. The usual garbage pops up : "try again later", "error message" "Connection problems" What's going on? Does the Welcome Page have a size limit? Cannot be bigger that 8GB for instance? Anyone knows?

Adobe Muse CC has stopped working
I'm running Muse CC (2014.3) win 8.1
I tried uninstalling and re-installing same message.
I tried installing previous version same message
called support (ref 0186402096) Kamur took control of my PC uninstalled, renamed files, re-installed same message
finally told me to create new admin user - this also did not work.
I agree with other posts that it seems to be permissions(maybe)

Do you get this error when you install Muse through Creative cloud (during the installation process) or launching the product after installation? If you get this error on launching after install, could you please post the contents of the MuseLog.txt in your "Documents" folder (C:\Username\Documents\MuseLog.txt)? Camelio Z100 has stopped taking wide screen images and 3d images
For some reason I am not able to take 3d still with the Z100.h Also it is is not taking wide screen still. When I try 3d still image It takes elongated non 3d images.
There is not issue with video though, both 3d and 2d are wide screen and also able to take 3d video.My z100 is doing the same thing, but if I keep hitting the 3D button, it finally kicks in and gives me the 3D photo. When it shoots an elongated single photo when it is supposed to be shooting 3D, my LCD screen gets scewed like it is scrambled. That let 's me know it didn't take the photo properly. I then hit 3D again, and it usually works after that. It is annoying. Toshiba should put out a firmware update to fix this. I have attached an example photo where this happens.

After taking days to upload elements 13 I am now having trouble even trying to import my images and videos into the program for editing. Each time I IMPORT files an error message comes up that says " ....has stopped working, we are looking for a solution to the problem and will notify you if a solution is found" I have not been able to edit ANYTHING or even drag files/images to the time line.... is it me? is my computer too slow? surely if it was, then Adobe elements 13 would not have installed in the first place? please someone help me sort this out as I have a deadline to make for a docco! thanks in advance Lyddy

Just the one template or all templates?
Can you drag and drop an image anywhere on the page?
When you have a problem try and isolate it.
Not all images are placeholders.
Also if you get oddball things happening sometimes a simple restart of your computer will fix them.

I get and error message that Captivate has stopped working when I try to publish to an MP4. I am using Captivate 6. How do I solve this problem?

What is the Exact version of Captivate you are using (Go to Help > About Adobe Captivate) ?
Please try to clear the cache of Captivate ( Go to Edit > Prefrences > General Settings)

Please clear cache from computer as well..
Go to Start>Run>Type %temp% and then click on ok
Delete all the files from that folder(Some of the files which are in used will not get deleted , Ignore them)
Then try to Run as Admin and check if this works

DISM Image Servicing Utility has stopped working
Hello.
I'm on windows Server 2012 R2.
I'm using DISM.exe to deploy .NET 3.5 framework from the commandline.
When I enter my command I get this error in a popup window:
DISM Image Servicing Utility has stopped working.
In the Even log I get the following info:

Publishing error "MS Office has stopped working"
I have an issue with Presenter 6.1:
When I'm trying to publish a presentation it sais "MS Office has stopped working". When I'm publishing the same presentation on my laptop everything is working fine (same MS Office, same Presenter). I had a similar issue with Dreamweaver, but I found that it was due to uncopatibility of Adobe products with Empowering Technology of ACER, but after installing a patch from Adobe this problem with DW was resolved.

Maybe the trial version of MS Office is not valid anymore.
As far as I know if Windows 7 is available for this model then MS Works and MS Office Trial or ready are preinstalled.
What version do you have? Trial version or full version?
I assume you dont have any MS Office disks. Right?
Well, in such case either you will try to set the OS to the early time point before the MS Office has worked or you will try to recover the notebook using HDD recovery or Recovery disk. -

Canon utilities image transfer utility has stopped working
My Win7 Pro 64-bit computer give me the mesage, "Canon utilities image transfer utility has stopped working". It appears I need this utility to automatically download pics from the CANON iMAGE GATEWAY. The message comes with the following details. Can you help me get this working? I have CameraWindow installed and it works.

Locale ID: 1033I called Canon support. Did email support, too. Both suggested uninstall/reinstall, which was no help. Other than that they had no clue. Phone support thought it might be blocked by Norton Security Suite. I turned off the firewall and AV protection and Image Transfer Utility (ITU) still won't start. Still looking. Will post back here if I find a solution.

IPhoto has stopped loading images
I'm on a photography course - uploading images is critical. Two things; For some reason iPhoto has stopped recognising my images. Canon Image Browser still recognises them and uploads but iPhot claims they are unreadable. What has changed?
Also, some thumb nails won't happen. Is the image still on my HD, if so where and how do I find it. Or is it lost forever?

CheersWhat camera(s) are you using, and are you using RAW or jpeg format?
Usually a photography course requires you to start using RAW if they're teaching post-processing (i.e modification after the picture is on your computer) and I'm thinking maybe you're using a camera whose RAW files are not supported?
The Canon image browser doesn't use the built-in OS support so it would be able to see the files. But if you're using a very old or a very new camera, chances are it has a RAW file type that the OS doesn't support. JPEGS from the same camera are usually always supported since that format is a standard. -
Why does muse not properly support alt tags for images?!?!

I am fully aware that when you place an image on your site page, right click, click edit image properties, you can then create the title text (by writing the contents in the Tooltip box) and create Alt Text (by writing the contents in the Alternative text box).
What I cant get my head around is that when done, and published, most if not ALL seo checking programs (in my case ravens-seo-tools) bring up an error that images are missing Title Text and Alt Text. Yes I have gone through every image on my site and have done everything I can do, that adobe has stated in their SEO Optimisation directions to ensure each image is properly optimised.

As you can see, it appears my site has an unhealthy amount of image issues.
Looking at the third image above, an image on JEM Fulfilment Client Testimonial | Lin and Leo with the filename lin-and-leo-logo.jpg, the ravens seo tool program has picked up the ALT Text but has shows that their is no Title Text.
and looking at the image provided below you can see that I have filled out each part to ensure this image is optimised.
Can someone please explain, what is up with MUSE. Because I have been trying to figure out how to fix this situation for months and I havent been able to come up with any resolution.
