Muse CC Sitemap Error

When I try to load the sitemap that Muse created into Google Analytics it comes up with this error | General HTTP error: 404 not found HTTP Error: 404 |
Any ideas whats wrong?

A site URL would be helpful in identifying the issue here. FYI, sitemap.xml is published to the root of a site so you access it through http://mysite.com/sitemap.xml.

Adobe Muse - submitting sitemap error

Good morning,
I am having an issue when trying to submit a sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools - It is coming back with the error 'Network unreachable: robots.txt unreachableWe were unable to crawl your Sitemap because we found a robots.txt file at the root of your site but were unable to download it. Please ensure that it is accessible or remove it completely.'
I don't have a robots.txt file in my folder so I'm not sure what's going on...

I found some known issue for these errors, according to google webmaster tools
This can happen when Googlebot encounters a time-out or other network related issue when requesting a file from your site, and thus is forced to abandon the request. This can be caused by one or more of the following:
Excessive page load times due to dynamic pages taking too long to respond
Excessive page load times due to a site's hosting server being down, overloaded, or misconfigured
The hosting server is blocking Google's web-crawler
A DNS configuration issue.
in short, ask our host, to make sure robots.txt file is not restricted. Also confirm, make sure you have robots.txt for each site.
I was unable to access this file for any site above. So either it is restricted or does not exist.

When exporting html and viewing locally we receive the following error... This error disappears after removing menu from top of page. This error does not occur when viewed on Outdoors360.businesscatalyst.com (our temporary site)

I fix the problem.
I have carefully reviewed JAVASCRIPT files and I could see that these are not a major influence within the site, only are reference code and utilities of the same application.
By removing these files nothing has stopped working, I thought I would have some error in the sliders, or opacities, but no, nothing happened.

Muse gives "unexpected error I-200" message

Muse gives "unexpected error I-200" message. I had downloaded Muse Beta 7 but it wouldn't accept any of my passwords. I uninstalled Muse CC and tried the beta but still got the I-200 error. I got the same message after I tried to reinstall Muse CC.
Is there ay problem with running the beta and CC version on the same system? They had worked before.

if a customer has a valid subscription, and still gets this error, the issue gets resolved by three simple steps:
1. Close Muse application.
2. Delete the OOBE folder as explained in the step 1 of this article: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/unexpected-error-occurred-i-200.html
3. Restart Muse and select the "Sign in to Existing Subscription" option and login with your Adobe ID (that was used to subscribe to Muse).
This would fix the issue.
Also, to avoid wait times and transfers, I'd advise you come to the Muse chat queue directly by going to this page and selecting "Adobe Muse" from the dropdown (If you select any other product other than Muse, you'll land up in another chat queue and will have to be transferred to the Muse queue - so it's advisable you select the product that you wish to chat about from the dropdown): http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Adobe muse cc 2014 error says assertion failed in file

am using a windows 8.1 on dell xps 15z and this is been happening since i installed muse cc 2014. can you guys help out as i use this software a lot for my works.when i leave the error code am still able to work but when i click ok it shuts down

I got the solution on this forum on another thread.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe(if you have 64 bit os, go to Program Files x86). There is a folder called "SLCache", go the properties of that folder & just uncheck the "Read Only" check box.
Hope this may solve your problem.

Muse JS Assert error

My Safari browser on my iPhone4s reads the following error when I visit my site www.premiercreativegroup.com: MuseJSAssert: Error calling selector function:TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'this.elem.get(0).currentStyle').
Not sure where I begin to start fixing this. Any ideas?

Muse crashed: Serious Error Occurred

Deactivated as per forum instructions and tried to restart Muse and now it won't accept my Adobe ID. Even if it's the same one used here in the forum. Tried also my second Adobe ID and I get the same error "An unexpected error occured processing your request. Please try again later".

I can´t activate Muse CC, I bought a new Windows 8 Tablet and I uninstall sall the adobe products from my old PC and deactivate, but now I can open al, the pplications except muse, the message said an unexpected error ocurred, please try again later.

Third Party Hosting Muse Site - 404 Error on Mobile

Hi guys,
I recently exported my Adobe Muse site files (pixelariumstudio.com), uploaded them into FileZilla, and then uploaded the site to GoDaddy hosting services using FileZilla.
The site looks great on desktops but I receive a 404 error whenever I try to view the site on mobile devices (even tablets). I called GoDaddy thinking it was a problem on their end but after two opinions from two separate calls, I've been informed it's the code of the site itself that is the problem. The funny thing is, when the site was hosted through Adobe, it appeared fine on mobile devices but when the site was moved over to GoDaddy, the 404 error arose.
I'm wondering if Muse writes specific code for displaying a site in mobile browsers that is not recognized by third party hosting services because GoDaddy is not redirecting the site to the mobile view and instead just coming up with a 404 error. If so, is there any way to change the code that Muse writes to display the site on mobile devices so that GoDaddy can recognize it? I've done some research online to see what basic code is used to redirect a site to the mobile view but all I came up with was:

Every guide I find says to place that tag right after the <head> and I do but still no luck getting the website to display on mobile devices. If anyone knows the proper coding to get GoDaddy to display a Muse site on mobile devices, I would forever be in your debt. Sounds like you haven't uploaded all the files exported by Muse.
Specifically, it looks like you didn't upload the 'phone' folder.
If you use Filezilla or another 3rd party FTP tool, you have to be sure to upload all the files exported by Muse for your site to work correctly.
You can also use the 'Upload to FTP host...' menu item within Muse to upload all the files to your web hosting provider.

I cannot open my muse project anymore (error: corrupt xml in database)

I am trying to open my muse project in Muse cc 2014.2 (mac version). This error occured when i am opening the project
"adobe muse has encountered an error and wil now exit. please report the last few actions you took leading up to this error to the abode muse cc team
Corrupt xml in database record U1175 class RectPageItem"
I placed same rollovers before i saved the project yesterday.
I tried the solve the problem bij uninstal and install Muse again.
Can anyone help me?

Please email it to [email protected] If your file is greater than 20MB you can use something like Adobe SendNow or SendThisFile or Dropbox. Muse 3500 crash error

I am using CC Muse on a PC with Windows 7 and am new to Muse. The site I am building began inconsistantly crashing with error 3500 upon opening the program past the plan. Finally the site crashes 100% of the time. I began rebuilding and on the first attempt the site crashed with error 3500 when I tried to open the master file. Muse and Adobe Air are both up to date.

Muse 2014 configuration error 5

After installing Muse CC 2014 I get Configuration error 5
when I launch the application.
As directed I uninstalled Muse and re-installed
- only to get the same error.
I'm on a iMac - OS 10.8.5
Any suggestions?

It failed at approx. 83% but didn't give a specific error message
other than "Errors encountered during installation"
All of the other apps have updated without an issue

Hi, as no response from anyone and the issues still causing problems this morning, I uninstalled Muse and Re-installed. Seems to work ok now. Hope that helps anyone else with same issue.

Muse - installation failed - Errors encountered during installation

Just moved from the master collection to the creative cloud. I have several problems with software not installing but I shall itemise them separately in case the errors are different.
The muse error is as per the discussion title. Clicking on more information presents a blank browser window. Has anyone had a similar experience. Please advise.

I realise adobe muse automatically creates a sitemap.xml file, however I am not sure how to submit this to Google?
Is there a way to upload the sitemap.xml file into the muse sites' root folder.
