Muse CC won't Activate

I have been haveing an issue with activating Abobe Muse CC.  It will not activate.  I have a Creative Cloud subscription that is up to date.  Other apps activate and open with no problem including
Dreamweaver CC
Photoshop CC
Code Preview CC
Illustraotr CC
InDesign CC
Edge Animate CC
The error message I get is Maximun Activations exceeded.  I have clicked on Lisence this Software and entered the login and password.  I get a messgae that I don ot have an internet connection.  But in fact I do have internet connectivity as I am using the computer I a having the problem on to write this message.  I have also clicked on Continue to deactivate my other devices and I get the same message that I have no internet connection.
I have signed out of CC on both my computers.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  The Creavitve Cloud App says that Muse is up to date when installed .  When uninstalled CC app lets me download and reinstall it. 
I have contacted Adobe Chat and they told me to call tech support.  Tech Support was unable to help me and reffered me back to chat and the forums.  So here I am.

    iMessage and FaceTime went down yesterday for some people. Mine is still down. My iMessage is saying the same thing about being activated. Sounds like you are still down too. Ignore the status page that says everything is fine - it lies.

  • Even after resetting apple id password still won't activate my phone

    I did a reset erase all contents and settings but i'm stuck at activation lock! The iphone is mine and email is correct but even after i reset my password, IT STILL WON'T ACCEPT THE NEW PASSWORD :(( please help! Thank you.

    But when i sign in my icloud account on the activation lock, it still won't accept it. Even if i tried resetting my password. I believe that i use the right icloud account but still it won't activate it. I tried locating my device on find my iphone and the device was not there, does it mean my device has already been erased?(i resetted all content and settings) but why does it still have an activation lock after reset? Tried everything but still no luck :( reset apple id or password but still nothing :(

  • After upgrading to a new 3GS, my original iPhone won't activate...

    After I upgraded to an iPhone 3GS, I restored the original iPhone with iTunes. Now, the iPhone says it's got an invalid SIM in it, and when I plug it into iTunes, it won't activate it. It's basically a brick now.
    Was I wrong in thinking I could now use the old iPhone basically like an iPod touch?

    I haven't seen any press release that supercedes that, but the one you reference refers to the ORIGINAL iPhone, not a 3G. There have been posts here and elsewhere indicating that the restore/upgrade function no longer works on the 3G once you update to 3GS.
    I suppose the original poster can put a phone call in to AppleCare to see if they might be able to get some help from them. I didn't make this rule, I am just reporting what everyone else is seeing, with or without the SIM card in the 3G.

As suggested in the support area I have gone through the process of backing up my profile, deleted existing profile, removed firefox from computer, reinstalled profile in fresh folder, reinstalled firefox 6. I have done this twice for no effect - may work as it used to for a while (30mins) then gets back to its old tricks.
    It is a bit irritating.

  • Messages and FaceTime just won't activate on my iPad Air all of a sudden; tried a LOT of solutions

    About two weeks ago, my iPad Air was spontaneously signed out of Messages and FaceTime when I was using it to browse the web while on the bus, connected via Personal Hotspot on my iPhone. Since then, I haven’t been able to sign in to either Messages or FaceTime. I can still sign in to my iCloud account as normal for other things like contact and bookmark syncing. It’s just Messages and FaceTime that refuse to activate.
    The error messages I receive vary between the following:
    “An error occurred during activation. Try again."
    “Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again."
    “Verification failed - The connection to iCloud timed out."
    “Unable to contact the iMessage server. Try again."
    This iPad Air is a replacement from Apple (quite possibly a refurbished one) that I received in November 2014, after the previous model developed a malfunctioning touchscreen in one corner. It’s worth mentioning that my iPhone and Mac are completely unaffected by any issues, and can also be signed in and out of Messages and FaceTime without a hitch.
    I’ve tried an awful lot of things in an attempt to get Messages and FaceTime to sign in successfully on the iPad Air, none of which have worked, and many of which I have tried multiple times.[1]
    Things I have tried in an attempt to activate Messages and FaceTime
    connecting to different wifi in multiple locations (work and home) and Personal Hotspot from iPhone
    signing into Messages and FaceTime with different Apple IDs (these won’t activate Messages and FaceTime either)
    wiping iPad with normal restore
    wiping iPad with DFU restore
    resetting network settings (both after fresh install and after backup restore)
    restoring from an October 2014 backup (still have to sign into Messages and FaceTime, still don’t work)
    turning off the automatic timezone setting and setting the date and time manually, even though it was correct anyway
    deselecting phone number and @me.com so purely using @icloud.com to sign in
    running the activation process through VPN connections via London and New York
    changing DNS on wifi to 8.8.8.8
    updating to iOS 8.2 beta 4
    I would love to hear from anybody who can provide the solution as to why Messages and FaceTime just won’t activate. Apple won't provide free support on this as the iPad is now out of warranty.

    My phone was saying searching since yesterday and I did everything from a soft reset to a network reset and nothing then tried to do a hard reset and it wouldn't let me so I went on phone my iPhone and erased it that way and now it won't activate and it still says searching...any ideas??

    Check and see if the SIM card is defective.

    Do not take it to a third party repair shop - downgrading causes problems and voids your warranty.
    I had to unlock it so that i could really use it as a phone.
    And that is the root of the problem. Unless you had your carrier unlock it, it was hacked and cannot be legitimately activated. Even if you don't care about warranty or problems, downgrading simply will not help an activation issue.

    Your ebay purchased phone was hacked/jailbroken. You cannot get help here for jailbroken phones. Sorry.

    Many of my apps stopped working because I was still running on operating system 4. I upgraded from os4 to os6 on my unlocked 3GS...and now it won't activate. I get the below error message:

    Well, I tried with iTunes and similar error message that activation is not possible at this time. I have waited and tried many many times over the past week and it won't activated
    This 3GS phone I bought from a friend in the UK. It was locked to the carrier O2 in the UK. I had it unlocked and have been using a prepaid carrier since. I am currently studying in Spain and need help how I can fix this issue?
    The nearest Apple store is 1 hour away. I took it to a local phone technician and he said it could not be fixed. I can't believe that this is true as it is just a software problem because the hardware of the phone works perfectly.
    I would greatly appreciated if any expert out there could help me please!

    Ok, I am student so buying a new phone is not possible ;( This experience has turned me off Apple anyway! All I did was click yes to their iTunes upgrade prompt asking me if I want to update....and now I don't have a phone and can't access all my backup etc on my iTunes because it seems the only way to get to it is with another iPhone!?
    I can't believe that through the Apple recycling program I could possibly get $50 for this phone because the hardware is perfect but there is no support for this issue...feels like Apple is just trying to force everyone with hacked phone to buy new ones!

  • Class Won't Activate But Methods Are Active

    We have a problem in our production system where a new method has been transported to production but when trying to activate the class I get an error saying "Method <methodname> does not exist"
    The confusing thing is that this method DOES exist but somehow somewhere there is some kind of reference missing.
    The BSP application based on this class works fine. All the methods are active and get called, yet the class itself won't activate.
    I have seen this problem once before in a report program and the solution was to re-write the report not using OO-ABAP.
    However our current problem is this is a BSP appplication and we not only cannot do that but simply there is 2 years development in this.
    Can anyone offer any suggestions ?

    I don't know the reason for this bad situation.
    Have you take a look in the protocol of the transport?
    Is the transport finished without any errors?
    Contains the transport the whole class or only a part of it? May be that transport was not complete.
    So you could create a new transport that contains the whole class in the transaction SE80 and transport it again to the productive system.
    When the problem still exits, you could open a call in the service market place.
    Perhaps SAP will then take a look on your system and find the reason.

    sounds like your phone was hacked to work with your carrier.  Now it is relocked to the rightful carrier.  It cannot be reactivated without a SIM from that carrier.
