Muse crashes when I try to rename or rearrange pages

Since the update recently Muse crashes whenever I try to rename pages or rearrange them. This is my portfolio for jobs so it needs to be sorted asap.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Please send us the .muse file at [email protected] along with a link to this thread, so we can repair it and return it. If the file is larger than 20Mb you can use a service like Adobe SendNow, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.
Any (and all) details you can provide about recent changes to the structure of your site would be very helpful in our effects to find the underlying cause of this. What pages were added, deleted, removed? What gestures were used? In what order? Any operations undone? Or undone and redone? Some set of steps, probably related to changes in the structure of your site or perhaps your menus, introduced a minor corruption in one or more of your menu widgets. Thanks.

Muse Crashes When I Try to Save

Hello, I've been encountering an issue when I try to save a particular muse site. I don't get this on all of my sites, just one in particular.
I open this site, it asks if I want to recover changes made (it crashed previously) I say no.
It opens the file, I make a change, click save and it prompts me to save it to a new name, probably because I began this site using an older version of Muse, I rename it and click save, then I get the following message:
Adobe Muse CC has encountered an error and will now exit. Please report the last few actions you took leading up to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team. Dangling Ref or Ownership: NestedListStyle refers to unknown UID
Then the program locks up and I have to force quit. I'm assuming it has something to do with a Nested List Style? But I have no idea how to locate that.
I'm using Muse 2014.3.2.11

Muse crashing when i try to publish

I'm on a Mac trying to re-publish a site as I have made changes. I recently updated Muse to CC 2014.2. The files saves and previews just fine, but when I try to publish it, it loads to 10% and then it quits. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my computer, and even updated my OS. nothing. I need this site to be updated by tomorrow. Ideas of what's wrong?

Is it hanging or crashing? Is there any error reported? What's the progress message? Is it always the same? At 10% complete the problem is probably occurring during image optimization?
I assume exporting to a local folder has the same result?
If you select the first item in the Assets panel and then shift+click the last one, then right+click is "Optimize Assets" available in the context menu. If it is, does selecting it result in the same hang/crash?

Muse crashes when I add Vimeo widget onto a page.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this could happen?

Update:
I have just had Muse crash on multiple occasions now even when I get the iframe embed code from the Vimeo site and insert that into the page using Object / Insert HTML
This is the iframe embed code straight from the Vimeo site if anyone else wants to try to add it to a Muse page:

InDesign CS3 crashes when I try to insert a new page

I'm working on a document that is currently 70+ pages in InDesign CS3, and whenever I try to add a new page (regardless of where I try to add the new page at within the document), InDesign crashes. I haven't experienced this issue with any other documents. After not having worked on this document for several days, I was able to insert 2 new pages today before the issue started again. I've done several searches on the Adobe forums, and I haven't come across anyone who seems to experience this same problem. But if anyone has, or has a suggestion for me to try, I would really appreciate it, as this document needs to grow to 100 pages, meaning I really need the ability to insert pages!!
Computer: Mac OS X, 10.5.8, Dual 2.3 GHz PowerPC G5
Software: InDesign CS3
Error Message: InDesign has unexpectedly quit. A crash report has been generated....

Thanks, Peter. The problem still persisted through a new indd file created from an exported inx file though. I was able to work around the issue by setting my document to 100 pages in Document Settings. That added enough extra pages at the end of the document which I can then move to other locations within the document.

Muse Crashes when I try to use the magnifying glass tool

Im using Muse 4.1 Build 8 and when I am in Design mode and try to zoom in to get the location of an element exactly aligned, muse freezes and I have to force quit to exit. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to zoom in without getting this problem?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I know it is frustrating when you cannot use the Messages application as you would expect. The first thing I would suggest would be to open the multitasking screen and quit the Messages app. After It quits, relaunch it fresh and test. If the Messages application is still having the same performance issues, try restarting the iPhone. Those steps and others can be found in the following article.

Why does Firefox crash when I try to view my Twitter page?

For the past week, almost every time I try to open a new tab to go to Twitter.com (or right-click on a link in a tweet), Firefox crashes on me. Today when I tried to go to Twitter, Firefox will only load the Twitter navigation bar and not the rest of the page. I have attempted to view my Twitter page multiple times.
I can view my Twitter page in IE, Google Chrome and Opera, but not Firefox, which is my preferred browser. Have there been any changes to Firefox in the last week that could have caused this?

Firefox crashes when I try to print a html page to my laser printer

I used to be able to print html and pdf files to my laser printer when in Firefox, but now I get an alert that Firefox will crash. I check the box to send info to Firefox, but when I entered "about crashes" as suggested below, I got nothing but a 404 number showing and some text about not having information about crashes "on this server." Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Adobe Muse CC keeps crashing when I try to open my file.

MUSE has never failed before to me ... just after update to 2014.3 it crashes when I try to SAVE or SAVE AS .. it freezes and I have to FORCE QUIT from MUSE.
This site is already LIVE and need to make some updates for today .. I've emailed to [email protected] attaching the screenshot and the MUSE FILE.
Their answer is not clear ... I don't know if they will do something or I should do something in addition to what I sent ... PLEASE I have a compromise with my client and feel totally unsupported by you.

I had something similar happen to me yesterday and after contacting Adobe Support, I had to send in my file so they could repair it. There are several other cases of issues when downloading the update, uploading files, etc. If you can open the file inside the new 2014.3 update, make changes, but cannot save or upload to FTP, etc...it's probably a file error issue that occurred after the 2014.3 update. The tech told me to downgrade back to the previous version for the time being so that I can still work and update the website. That requires an older file that was not converted after the update though. Hopefully you back up your muse files.
To downgrade and work around this, uninstall the Muse app. Delete preferences. Go back to the CC panel/dashboard and install the previous 2014.2.1 version at the bottom (you'll have to click on the little arrow/gear icon just above the muse install button to select "Previous Version."
This worked for me. Hope it helps

Muse crashes when opening last edited site.

Muse crashed when opening last edited site. I completed revisions on the site then Uploaded to the FTP server. The FTP dialog returned the Error "Cannot verify site" If I launch Muse (launch OK) then try to open this site Muse hangs and must be shutdown with Task Manager. Using Windows 7. Also I can open other sites but previous version of this site stored on in backups will not open. Is there an FTP preference file to trash?

Could you please rename the preferences folder at the below location keeping Muse closed:-
C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Muse CC. Then try to open the site again.

Firefox crashes when I try to download a file

Hi!
I run Firefox Nightly 8.0a1 (2011-07-08) on Arch Linux 64-bit with Gnome 3, and I'm having problem with crashes when I try to download files. This doesn't happen in the stable version of Firefox (5) which I also have installed on my computer.
It's possible to open the download manager as long as there are no entries in the download list. But if I start a download of something - the download manager opens with an entry (the current download) and Firefox disappears. It instantaneously vanishes from both the monitor and the process list.
I have tried to remove the downloads.sqlite file from my profile folder, but it didn't help.
I have also tried to rename my whole profile folder to something else, and then created a new, empty profile folder with the name the first one had. When I then started Firefox, it recreated all the default content to the profile folder, so I ended up with a clean, unmodified installation. But it still crashed when I tried to download files. So it doesn't seem to be a problem with the extensions or similar.
Suggestions?

Downgrade to an older nightly that works for a week or so, then test again to see if the bug's still there. In the mean time, report the bug on Bugzilla if it hasn't already been. There's really nothing you can do about bugs in nightlies.
(A similar sort of bug that triggered 60 seconds after opening, every time, was what got me out of using nightlies as my main browser.)

Every CC program is crashing when i try to open a File.

Hello everyone,
we use Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Dreamweaver in the newest version.
Since this morning every one of these 4 programs is crashing when i try to open a file with "File -> Open".
When i open the file with a double click over the explorer it works without any error.
I renamed the folders under "C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014" but no success.
What can i do in this case?
