Muse Crashes when I try to use the magnifying glass tool

Im using Muse 4.1 Build 8 and when I am in Design mode and try to zoom in to get the location of an element exactly aligned, muse freezes and I have to force quit to exit. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to zoom in without getting this problem?

I know it is frustrating when you cannot use the Messages application as you would expect. The first thing I would suggest would be to open the multitasking screen and quit the Messages app. After It quits, relaunch it fresh and test. If the Messages application is still having the same performance issues, try restarting the iPhone. Those steps and others can be found in the following article.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
Step 2
In the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports (not "Diagnostic and Usage Messages") for crash reports related to the crashed process. The report name starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report and post the entire contents — again, the text, not a screenshot. In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.) Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report — they're very long and not helpful.

PS 6 locks up when I try to use the image size tool

My system is Windows 8.1 64 bit
All the other tools seem to be working OK.
When I try to use the image size tool PS just locks up and the only way to exit the program is using Task Manager??

My phone keeps crashing when I try to use the camera or apps. how can I fix this

Most times when I try to use my camera, post a pic on instagram, or add lives on candy crush my phone just crashes. And by crashes I mean it goes to a black screen then to my home screen. Really frustrating! Any suggestions?

Since this all happening when using an app, you can try doing a reset.
Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

In Design crashes when I try to use the type tool

The problem arose when I deinstalled US version and installed the Middle Eastern version. I'm using it to do some translation texts. Can anyone help? Thanks very much!

Final Cur Pro X crashes when I try to use the title browser

I am on the new 5K iMac running FCPX on a 4K workflow. Everything works like a charm ... except the title browser! Every time I try to put on a title or graphic the whole system crashes on me. This is extremely annoying as I have to do all titles manually in Photoshop now...
FCPX is updated and my computer is a workhorse (32gb ram, i7, 4Ghz etc.)
- I have no 3rd party plugins installed.
Any answers to this?

Give this a try . . .
Corrupt preferences can create a vast range of different symptoms, so whenever FCP X stops working properly in any way, trashing the preferences should be one of the first things you do using this free app.

Shut down FCP X, open PreferenceManager and in the window that appears:-
1. Ensure that FCP X is selected.
2. Click Trash
The job is done instantly and you can re-open FCP X.

Ichat crashes when I try to use the camera? Why?

Hello, I am a new mac user and I am figuring things out opretty well but when I use Ichat it works fine texting or audio but as soon as I cliclk the camera the green light comes on and then I get the pin wheel of death and then ichat closes. It even happens if I go into the video settings. The page crashes and I don't even get to see my setting options. The camera works fine in photobooth but not Ichat.... Can anyne help?

Hi,
You should be opening your Hard Drive and in there the Users folder
In that folder you will have your Little House icon for your personal Home Account.
At this point you will have a Finder window open and your House icon will also be listed there.
Either in the main window after you have opened the House icon/folder you will see Library.
In the Library you will have loads of folders one of which is called Preferences.
This should have .plists for every app you have opened and some that are set up by the system for you like the Address Book and Font Book.
Some may be in other folders as well

Firefox 3.6.10 on Windows 7 crashes when I try to reset the master password using chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul. Is there an alternate way of resetting the master password?

You can delete the 2 files that contain password details, they will be re-created automatically. First open the profile folder, for details of how to find it see the [[profiles]] article. Now close Firefox and delete key3.db and signons.sqlite. If there are files called signons.txt, signons2.txt and signons3.txt you can delete those as well, they are from earlier versions of Firefox.

Firefox won't open at all, and when I try to use the 'run' feature, it says the file has been moved, etc. I use Windows 8 and I can not lose my bookmarks. Help?

Firefox has been working great on my computer for months, and then all the sudden it wouldn't load any pages. So naturally I restarted my computer, but when it restarted Firefox wouldn't open at all. The icon glows for a bit like normal, then it fades and never actually opens. When I try to use the 'run' command, I get this error:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location."
I also tried the same for the file in the x86 folder but it gave the same error, and I went and looked for the files in the location given and they were there.
Firefox didn't crash, so there aren't any other error messages I can give you.
The things I had bookmarked are really important, I can not lose those, but other than that I'm fine with anything else needing to re-installed, etc.

Unless you're talking about the entire Mozilla Firefox folder (which isn't what the thing you copied says,) there is no installation folder.

I suggets you contact the manufacturer. They may have a software update or a workaround.

Fixed the problem!
I tried to redownload itunes
delete plist
use time machine to get an old version of itunes
no luck
I called support
they had me redownload itunes. And before I started itunes they had me drag itunes off the dock, then drag itunes from the applications folder onto the dock and presto no more crashes!
Apparently the Mac will still use the old files unless you drag the icon off of the dock! She said a part of the upgrade must have been corrupted during download the first time

The video is 560 X 315. Is that a problem?
Also, does anyone know when Muse will get drag and drop video embeing? Can't wait!

There's a change to how YouTube's embed code works, and the crash is expected.

Quit the editor, then restart it while holding ctrl+alt+shift (command+option+shift on a mac). Keep the keys down till you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. You do.
