Muse crashing on two Win 7 64 bit PC's, tried uninstalling all copies and putting back in with standalone installer and Creative Cloud installer

Can any one help me get Muse working on both my PC's, always worked fine until 2014 version. Problem happens after opening a past website and trying to delete pages which show in navigation but should be in sub menu.

    Adobe lässt einen also mit dem Datenmüll alleine, denn der Link geht davon aus, dass in Programme und Features ein Eintrag ist. Im Programmordner gibt's auch kein Deinstallationsprogramm. Wer also nicht kauft, kann den Rechner nicht bereinigen. Das ist ein nicht zu vernachlässigbarer Qualitätsmangel!

    Yes, this has been allowed with Adobe applications going back many years.  A program such as Photoshop can legally be installed and activated on two computers at a time for the use of the single licensed user.  You can't install legally on your own and a friend's computer for use by the two different people.  Prior to Creative Cloud, there was an unwritten limit on how many times a given application could be activated, but there is no longer such a limit under CC.  That means you could theoretically install on three or four computers, activating only two at a time, and then deactivating one or both before activating on another computer.

    yep, unfortunately can't reset without the passcode either.
    With regards to doing a restore, do you mean:
    open itunes on my computer
    click on my device on the left
    go to the device summary
    click restore
    it then asks if i want to back up before i restore (to which i say no)
    then it asks me if i'm sure I want to restore to factory settings and that all of me media and data will be erased and replaced with the newest version ( to which I say yes)
    then it takes about 90 mins to do this but when I look at my phone, everything is exactly the same.
    Am I missing something? Obviously I'm technologically challenged, but I HAVE to get to the bottom of this!

    I have a new iPad Air. Since I synched it with my itunes account - all my details have been uploaded which is great but Safari will only work with one page open. If I try to open a new Tab it crashes. I have tried turning it off and on again. I tried closing all my apps that were open - including Safari and opening it again. Not sure what else to try.

    2. Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo

  • Muse can't "see" my installed Add-ons from Adobe add-ons. I have a PC with Windows 7 and Creative Cloud.

    The Add-ons that I buy on Adobe is downloading and installing ok, according to the responds I see on thr icon of Creative Cloud in the right corner in win7, but they do not appear in Muse...I have re-installed Muse and Exhange CC. In Exhange CC all my Add-ons are under the catagory "Others" (Norwegian"Andre"), but I have installed a plug-in from Pond5 and Zencaptie for Premiere CC and they are ok. Its only Muse that have this problem, on my PC with Win7. Hope anyone can help, thanks!

    The five free hosting BC sites is only with the full CC Membership. If you are only paying for the Photoshop Subscription (or any single app) it does not include the hosting.

    This is a laptop, so I cannot update the driver through Intel (the update fails), so I updated the driver through Dell and still receive the error message.  I have seen other posts suggesting I disable the Intel graphics, unfortunately that is not possible as I use 2 monitors in addition to the laptop screen and the NVS 5200M can only power 2 screens so I would lose that additional screen.
    Are there any other possible ways to fix this error?

    Well, you're crashing in your Intel video card driver.  So you also need to update the Intel driver (from Intel's website) and double check that you have disabled the Intel GPU.
    You did not read my initial post thoroughly where I said that I knew it was the Intel GPU driver, I got an error when attempting to install from the Intel site, AND that I cannot disable the Intel GPU as I would lose the use of one of my screens, which is unacceptable.  It would be greatly appreciated if, being a staff member, you would take the time to read the entirety of my post before proposing a solution.
    I was finally able to manually update the driver using the 'Have Disk' method, which would have been helpful to know.
    To others - Should I expect to encounter this issue with every driver update?

    There is no update to do a wired sync (yet).
    It is worth it to get a bluetooth dongle (Probably a tiny one) to use with your laptop (They're less than $15 on most good online retailers) and sync that way.
    You can use XP Mode, but it's a hassle because you need to tell it that no matter what USB port you plug your Centro into, it needs to go to XP, then you need to have your calanders synced between XP and 7. Just get the Bluetooth dongle. (I have about 4, great little buggers for everything, not just a hotsync)
    Garnet OS is OS 5.x.x (What a Palm T|X runs (can't comment on any other devices because I only own the T|X))
    Access doesn't care anymore about the Hotsync situation. It's more in the hands of the community to develop a x64 driver and get it signed by something to have it work properly. Beyond that, You're stuck with bluetooth (which personally, is nicer. No need to have my cord everywhere if I want to back up data or install a new program. One less thing to drag around since my dongle is constantly plugged into my laptops)
    Plus, $15 is cheaper than a new phone with a 1+ year contract and the headaches of learning a new OS.

    Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

  • My hard drive crashed, but I've got Match. How can I get all 12,000  tracks back?

    I decided to go totally digital at New Year's and bought an external hard drive for my laptop and copied 400+ CDs to it. I also moved over my existing iTunes library and purchases to this external drive. I then subscribed to iTunes Match and sent all 12,000+ tracks to the cloud/Match and so I had my iPhone and iPad running my entire library, in addition to my laptop with external drive, which was great. For a few months.
    Then the other week, my external hard drive just totally crapped out. I had a technician look at it and he says it's toast.
    When I get a new external hard drive, what's the easiest way to get all my music from the cloud/Match (sorry if I'm getting the lingo wrong) synched to this new hard drive? I've been searching for the answer to this forever with no joy.

    The best way to get your music back is to restore it from the local backup you kept before the external HDD crashed. You might also find this Apple KB article helpful: Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store.
    Alternatly, multiple tracks can be downloaded from iTM by highlighting the ones you want to download, right-clicking and selecting "download."

  • Flash Player 10 Not installing on Win 7 64 bit PC

    Flash Player 10 download goes through install procedure and says it is installed but it is not.
    After that There is always  a Flash Player Install file on the PC.

    Always the same bad result.
    These two new PC's are both on WIN 7 64 bit OS.

    I tried the suggested method of uninstall and then install.  Also the disable instructions for Norton AV.
    Still no success.  When I again check the list of programs in Control Panel for possible uninstall the Flash Player 10 has returned there.
    But the player does not play when needed for some videos on Facebook, etc.
    One thing I could not find to disable on Norton AV was "Smart Firewall."  It was not in my NAV 2011.
    Any other suggestions appreciated.

    Hi, I would try this method and see if it works better. There is a link for FF(Firefox) If you don't use FF, ignore that. Also before you begin this procedure, I need to know what Anti-Virus/Spyware programs you have Installed. Some will block the Install of Flash Player and that needs to be taken care of first.
    Download and SAVE to your Desktop the Uninstaller:

    Run the Installer for IE, Run the Installer for FF(If needed/used) and when finished, Reboot.
