Muse does not Preview and Publish anymore

Hi all,
I have been using the Adobe Muse (trial) for some days now, and all of a sudden I can not preview or publish my website anymore. Upon publishing I get the message:
"Unknown Adobe Business Catalyst error has occurred.
Status: 0, 0."
Muse was working perfectly until now, what do I do? Publishing the site earlier did not seem to be a problem either.

Hi,
Please Deactivate Muse from Help menu and relaunch Muse and follow the on screen prompts. Once done try to publish again and let me know if you get any error message.

Hey Apple Community! How are you guys? I got a problem please help me if you can:
Ever since I updated to 10.8.4 my Quicktime is acting up. It doesn't preview video or audio files, and quits when I try to open a file. Here are some screenshots.
It previews pictures fine, but audio and video files do not preview. I can't use Skype anymore either cause Quicktime is acting up. Look:
I cannot uninstall Quicktime because OSX says it's required and cannot be uninstalled. Look:
I have the latest updated software as well. I am sure a lot of us are having the same problem, what do you guy's think is the solution?

Ever since I updated to 10.8.4 my Quicktime is acting up. It doesn't preview video or audio files, and quits when I try to open a file. Here are some screenshots.
QT and QL are related but different functional technologies. I would probably look for something common to both causing the problem. Normally, the first thing I would do is check to see if the problem is local to a single user account or is global. If global, I would initialize an external stratup drive with the same system and see if the problem is duplicated on that drive. (I.e., develop a troubleshooting process.)

Not a Skype user so I don't know anything about potential associated QT/QL problems.
I cannot uninstall Quicktime because OSX says it's required and cannot be uninstalled.
QT is actually a structure embedded in the operating system. As such, it cannot be removed/deleted. The QT X Player, on the other hand, is a GUI app used to access the embedded QT structure. Unfortunately, since users of previous versions of the QT X player have created self-inflicted problems by moving the app and/or accidentally deleting it, my guess here is that Apple decided to institute safeguards to prevent users from being able to "modify" or "delete" the QT X player app at all. If you really feel the app or the structure is in fact corrupted, then re-install the entire Mountain Lion operating system. (Again, I personally would try creating a secondary startup external drive to test this hypothesis before doing anything further to the primary startup volume.)

An swf file does not show up in the website even though you can see it in preview and publish

I created a swf file from a mov file in Adobe Encoder. Thge movie shows up in Muse in both the preview and publish mode.
Does not show up in the webstie. The html file is in the assets foder and the swf file is in the image folder and the space is blank.
When i encoded the .mov file I saved it as FLV. Web 1920 x 1080, 16 x 9 5.4 Mbps is the setting for Flash Web Video when i encoded the file.

To see all the History and Cookie settings, select:

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your printer and check to see if they have released an updated driver for your particular model.

Might be a caching issue. Have you tried different browsers or clearing your browser cache?
Are you hosting on Business Catalyst or a third party hosting service?

I have tried rebuilding the site but the same problem appears. Everything else seems perfect up to tha publidhed file.

Muse will not preview with edge animate

Once I have published my Edge content I place it in Muse and then try to preview it using the preview button. It will not work. I preview my work using the Edge Animate previewer and it plays just fine. I play the HTML file in Firefox and it works. I have scanned the web for two days without any luck to a solution. Thank you in advance for any help.

I have a project created in Captivate 6 that will not preview or publish in Captivate 7. I can make edits to it and save in Captivate 7 though. Does anyone know what may be occurring here?

Preview from this slide does nothing, and does not show an error message.

I have an established project that I am having a problem with
on just one topic. The topic basically has just a Snag-It image and
a title on the top of the page. When I preview it in RoboHelp it
looks fine and displays the style sheet but when I publish it the
image does not display and the page does not use the style sheet.
This is a topic that has been published several times and has
always worked fine up until now. I have deleted the topic and
recreated it and have also recreated the Snag-It image and continue
to have the same problem. Any suggestions?

The three Firefox app. into garbage, emptied garbage and redownloaded new version from Firefox. Reinstalled but same thing happened again... no connection.
What can I do, I like Firefox better than Safari, had it for years on my Mac.
Please let me know.

I think it might be the problem with one of your plugins.
Try to uninstall the webbrowser AND remove the storage from Firefox in your user-account (Linux: /home/username/.mozilla). You can check the list of installed Add-Ons in Firefox under "Extras => Add-ons" or by pressing Shift + Strg + A (Linux).

Losing links of images on Preview and Publish.

Some images are not linking on Preview and Publish (Beta7). I have relinked (even going back to the original in Photoshop) and re-published again, those link up but then other images stop linking and do not load. Ones that were working fine just minutes ago.

Here is the link to a recently published site. On the Publish I did about 30 min. before all the images were loading. Now on this page two are not. When I wrote the question yesterday 6-7 images were missing, randomly. One than publish again three, than more. Since yesterday I went back to a earlier saved version and made some minor type changes and links, not involving any of these images. The first time I published today, all the images were linked. It seems the longer I work with the file the more images seem to disappear. I'm still having the same problem ... 6 months after your original post! I've just had to reset my pw 2 days in a row, and I've been through so many resets over the past 6 months that I'm running out of ideas for passwords that I'll have a reasonable chance of remembering. But I also always make a careful note of my important passwords, and after the 1st "password error" message, I check my list and enter the password very slowly and carefully. So, I think I'm pretty safe in claiming that neither entering the wrong password nor making a typo is the problem!
Oddly, though, I could usually cancel the password-reset process, then go right to the the iTunes Store, where my password would work fine, allowing me to open and view all my account details.
Several months ago, I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Tech Support trying to get this fixed. He was great and we thought he'd found the problem with my account. (When I originally set up my iTunes account 6 years ago, I used a different email address than I used when I set up my new Mac last year, and that seemed to be causing some sort of conflict within my account. Hard to imagine someone might change email addresses sometime over a 6-year period, right? But apparently, the software designers didn't cover that possibility with one of their recent updates of the master system for customers' accounts -- that's the Tech Rep's surmise, not mine.)
Everything seemed to work fine for a few weeks, but then the problem started occurring again ... over and over and over ...
