Muse error message

Why do I get his message even though my subscription is up to date and internet connection is fine? "We haven't been able to validate your Adobe Muse subscription for some time. Please connect to the Internet in order to continue using Adobe Muse". Thanks

Do you get this error launching Muse, or opening your site file? We've seen this bug in other Muse files, and we introduced a fix in the new version that will ship next week. You should be prompted for an update on Monday, June 17 and if you still cannot open your Muse file after updating Muse, let us know.

    Hi --  I got a error message on my Muse site when I open the site now:
    "This document contains a link to an asset being unsampled. You should resize it smaller, or relink to a larger asset using the Assets panel." 
    Anyone had this error?  How do you identify what asset the error is referring to?  What is unsampled?

    You probably resized one of your asset iamges too large.
    If you look at the "Assets Panel" shown below, it will give you a detailed description of the error or problem, and give you a solution to fix it!!

  • Muse error message in Welcome screen (err=RangeError;...)

    Muse displays an error message immediately in the welcome window in 'New Features', 'Getting Started' and in the 'Tips&Techniques' tabs.
    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it does not help.
    Does anybody know how to fix this?

    What version of Mac OSX are your running?  Are you within some sort of corporate firewall or maybe a cafe wifi hotspot that may be affecting communications with the Adobe servers?  Do you have other computers in your work area that you could check to see if they have the same problem or not?
    The contents of the New Features, Getting Started, and Tips & Techniques panels are HTML that comes from an Adobe server.  It looks like something has interfered with that communications link.

    This is a genuine security error generated by the browser when viewing a page with iFrame content locally.

  • Muse Error message when attempting to sign in / publish to Business Catalyst

    This morning I am experiencing problems when trying to publish sites to BC through Muse.
    Anyone else?

    Thankyou for the quick response.
    It happens on all sites, old new alike. I have just attempted to create a new site and publish but the same error occurs.
    When I click 'publish to Business Catalyst' or Publish in the top bar it doesn't get past the first dialog box, see below:
    It hangs here for a minute or so. The Muse closes displaying the following:
    Yesterday was fine, all sites published correctly with no errors. This issue started early this morning.

  • Muse form is not working on godaddy and no error message indicating a php error is occuring. Could something else be wrong? Do I have to manually set the form once loaded to go daddy to direct through their mail form system?

    I have read in multiple places on the forum that muse forms are now supported on third party platforms. however I am having a very difficult time getting mine to work on Godaddy. They seem to no longer have the "form mailer" option and told me to look at this PHP: mail - Manual to make the forms work. Muse is not giving any error messages indicating that there is a problem on the go daddy end, the form appears to function but no message is received at email address. can anyone help troubleshoot this for me.

    Thanks for getting back to me. So, I tried changing the address as Sanjit suggested, and yes an error message came up. But then I tested Brad's theory and looks like the form works with another email address other than that of the actual website email:( So I guess based on Brad's link I should reroute the form to the other (non-godaddy) email...or contact go-daddy to see if they can correct this? Would that be the final answer?

    I got the following error message.  The message told me to send it to the Adobe Muse Team.  When the error message appears, the program closes.

    There's one fairly common and well understood cause of a 3125 error, which we have a fix for that will be part of the next major update. However, that case only covers a 3125 error that occurs during the launch of Muse (and which doesn't reoccur when Muse is relaunched).
    If you're encountering a 3125 error at a time other than launch, we need more information in order to understand the context and possible cause(s). Please send the MuseLog.txt file from your "Documents" folder to my attention at [email protected] along with a link to this thread for context. Thanks.

  • I'm trying to e-mail music scores and audios, but I receive an error message saying Preview doesn't recognize the file format, regardless whether I use .mus, .pdf, or .mp3.  I haven't come across Preview or this problem before.  Any suggestions?

    Firstly, your country is detemined by several factors, including your phone's regional settings, your SIM card and your NokiaAccount settings, if you used this phone whilst abroad then you may need to check that your regional and account settings are up to date since you have arrived in Canada.
    For services like Gigs, you should also ensure that the MixRadio app has access to your phone's GPS location as well as the main location being on in the phone settings. To check this, as well as Location being turned on in the phone settings, in MixRadio itself go to Settings>Location>On:
    The concern with favourites may also be related to location, if the music from certain artists is available in Canada but not where the service might think you are, availability of content may vary from region to region.
    If all settings in both the phone, your Nokia Account and the MixRadio app are correct, we may have to investigate deeper.
    It is impossible to comment on your camera without seeing it, you cold have the phone checked by Nokia Care locally, but of course if it was supplied in Europe it will be covered by the European Limited Warranty which is not valid in Canada.

    Davidv82268468 have you removed and reinstalled Adobe Muse using the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed?

    From Help Menu-> Sign out and Close Muse.
    Restart Muse, and from Help menu-> Sign in again.
    And see if that resolves the issue.

    First, go back into the CPTX source file and check that LMS reporting is indeed turned on and that it is set to SCORM etc.
    If that is OK.  Republish and use the Zip option in the Captivate Publish dialog settings to zip the file.  Don't zip it yourself.
    If your LMS still rejects this zip file, upload to SCORM Cloud and see if it rejects it too.
