Muse Error on Website

I am having a bit of a problem with a muse website I built. :-/
in safari it seems to work just fine, but in chrome it throws errors.

Any thoughts?

Im having the same error on my page.
I have used the Tooltip widget on my site and for some reason it just wont show properly in Chrome. Both Safari and Firefox can handle it.
But what does that errorcode really mean and how do I get rid of it?

    I have installed muse using the creative cloud, when I load the application an alert box with the tittle of 'Configuration error' pops up saying:
    'Please uninstall and reinstall the product. if this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for hekp,
    and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

    I have done as instructed.

    Are you using Publish or File > Upload to FTP Host... to upload your site? Or are you exporting HTML to a folder and uploading using a third party FTP program?
    Usually a report of a randomly scrambled site after update is due to now uploading ALL files and folders for the exported site. The files for a web site are interrelated. Every update of Muse includes changes to the generated code (i.e. for new features, to workaround bugs in browser updates, to improve page load performance, to address bugs, etc.). Thus every file and folder that's part of the export muse be re-uploaded the first time you export from a newer version of Muse.
    If this isn't the problem you're encountering, please provide the URL for your site so we have a better idea of what may be causing whatever you're seeing. Thanks.

  • Muse: error 1009: site doesn't open at all

    Hi,
    I've been working on a portfolio website with the muse beta version, but since yesterday I have been getting an error when I try to open it, I doesn't open at all any more.
    It gives the following error:
    Adobe Muse encountered an unexpected error and will have to be terminated.
    TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
    I've tried updating Muse to the non-beta trial version (didn't help), and a friend tried to open it on his computer (didn't help either). I starting to run out of ideas of how to solve this. Does anyone know what I could do to fix this?

    I have emailed you with copy and paste log page.  No point in sending file as couldn't create one.
    On could almost figure a virus has crept into the programme as I cannot believe software engineering at this level could produce something so awful, presuming it went through the normal QA procedure.  The previous version worked well for me but now Muse is unusable:
    Since the 2014.2 update I get the same "error 1009" to practically everything I try to do - create/open site, drag widget onto page, align image, place image, every command link I click on etc etc. causes the programme to crash with an attempt to reopen site.  Going around in circles and it seems this problem has reared its ugly head some time ago looking at these pages with similar problems going back to 2011.
    I also get a strange message on each of the links from the custom welcome/start page  inviting you to create/open, or got to whats new or getting started pages.  On each of the pages connected to these links is a picture of a dog in a round window with the name "Sophie" curiously written under each dog - different dog on each page - nice - but more worryingly an  "err= URL/ blahh blah etc etc - stack overflow ding bat wotsit" computer says no message appears on each of the pages in gigantic type clearly screaming that all is not well ....
    I did manage to close the start page and start directly from the programme menu instead to open sites or try to create a new site but invariably, within minutes, it will crash with the same "error 1009" message which is clearly looking for something it cannot find.
    I would laugh my head off if it wasn't so tragic...... I need to move forward (not backwards) now I cannot use Flash for mobile web design projects without being subjected to another high learning curve. Not particularly impressed with HTML5 or Jqwerty so far and its generic, buggy accordion sites we are being forced to go to on our 336 ppi smartphones although I admit I am a graphic designer not a programmer.

    To install the latest version of muse you need to have Mac OS X v10.7 as the minimum requirement. (System requirements | Muse)
    Please confirm what is the version of your MAC. You can Check it by following the steps in the link below

    If its OS X v10.7 or higher then you need to install Adobe Creative Cloud application and you will be able to install it from Creative cloud.

  • Help! Adobe Muse error 109001

    I've been using Muse with no problem for weeks now adding to my site. But today when trying to update new content I got an error. When I go to publish, halfway through it stops and gives me "Internal Error" 403: forbidden operation (109001). Can anyone help me?

    This error is 'not enough privileges' and it usually happens if you(or someone else) logs in to your Business Catalyst website admin, and marks your user account as not an administrator, or else edits the administrator role to not have certain privileges - this makes it so you're not allowed to make certain changes to your website. If that's what's happened, log in to your BC website at yoursite.businesscatalyst.com/admin and restore the privileges that have been removed.

  • Muse error in starting

    Well here it goes again.
    Muse wont start because when I login it says "
    An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later.
    I-200"
    I have been up since 5:30 am trying to get some work done on a Saturday.
    So I didn't have CC desktop running so I figured that was the problem. CC desktop would not run so I deleted the opm.db file which allowed CC desktop to work ... this is a common occurrence. I also have to constantly change my internet connection setting by turning off "auto detect script" under LAN settings.
    Still I get the same error when trying to start Muse, but Photoshop starts fine.
    This whole login in nightmare with CC is terrible, I wish I just got CS6 and stuck with that for the time I've lost.

    Hi, I downloaded a 30-day trial of Adobe Muse. All was working well. I published the site but it seemed to merge my site with another in Business Catalyst, so I deleted the site in BC. Then when I tried to publish again form Muse, I get 'An unknown authentication error has occurred using your AdobeID'.
    I searched online and was advised to uninstall Muse and reinstall. All done fine but when I try to open my muse site file, I get an error stating 'This Adobe Muse file requires a newer version of Adobe Muse. Please update to the latest version'.
    Meanwhile my Creative Cloud profile states its the latest version.
    Please help. I had considered just signing up and subscribing thinking this may solve problem but am a little wary to do so in case issues are not resolved even then and then I am paying fro an app I cannot use! Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Amen, same thing for me this is a big bug and leaves all the Muse users scatching their heads. Adobe is pretty arrogant about Muse users, they are targeted for abuse.

    It happens on all sites, old new alike. I have just attempted to create a new site and publish but the same error occurs.
    When I click 'publish to Business Catalyst' or Publish in the top bar it doesn't get past the first dialog box, see below:
    It hangs here for a minute or so. The Muse closes displaying the following:
    Yesterday was fine, all sites published correctly with no errors. This issue started early this morning.

    Hi --  I got a error message on my Muse site when I open the site now:
    "This document contains a link to an asset being unsampled. You should resize it smaller, or relink to a larger asset using the Assets panel." 
    Anyone had this error?  How do you identify what asset the error is referring to?  What is unsampled?

    You probably resized one of your asset iamges too large.
    If you look at the "Assets Panel" shown below, it will give you a detailed description of the error or problem, and give you a solution to fix it!!

    Muse displays an error message immediately in the welcome window in 'New Features', 'Getting Started' and in the 'Tips&Techniques' tabs.
    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it does not help.
    Does anybody know how to fix this?

    What version of Mac OSX are your running?  Are you within some sort of corporate firewall or maybe a cafe wifi hotspot that may be affecting communications with the Adobe servers?  Do you have other computers in your work area that you could check to see if they have the same problem or not?
    The contents of the New Features, Getting Started, and Tips & Techniques panels are HTML that comes from an Adobe server.  It looks like something has interfered with that communications link.

    I bought my device on 16.07.2010 for online stock streaming which requires java enabled device. I tried many sites which provide live stock market price but invain.Let me provide some websites: (1) https://trade.hdfcsec.com/ Or www.hdfcsecurities.com >Tradenow> Login with username>Login with Password>site map>BLINK (which provides streaming of live stock market prices). Issue will start after opening the page.
    (2) www.advfn.com >login (Issue will start after login)
    (3) www.sify.com >finance>stockometer (Issue will start after click on stockometer) and so on. In all these websites error message is same as follows. (Tried with Maemo default browser, Mozilla Firefox maemo version and Opera mobile also).
    Error messagege: Applet cannot be loaded in your browser. You need to have a java enabled browser to run this applet. Download java run time - version 6 from http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp .
    Java is free to download for all operating systems from sun java.I have downloaded the same and tried to install on my N900 maemo 5 device, and installation ends with application manager “file corrupt message”.
    Is there any solution for this kind of problem?

    I bought this device exclusively for live market streaming. Which does not address the purpose of the device for me?

    The N900 does not support Java. There is no simple solution to getting a web applet working in or outside the Maemo microb web browser..
    Oracle do not provide a version of Java for the N900..
