Muse gives "unexpected error I-200" message

Muse gives "unexpected error I-200" message. I had downloaded Muse Beta 7 but it wouldn't accept any of my passwords. I uninstalled Muse CC and tried the beta but still got the I-200 error. I got the same message after I tried to reinstall Muse CC.
Is there ay problem with running the beta and CC version on the same system? They had worked before.

if a customer has a valid subscription, and still gets this error, the issue gets resolved by three simple steps:
1. Close Muse application.
2. Delete the OOBE folder as explained in the step 1 of this article: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/unexpected-error-occurred-i-200.html
3. Restart Muse and select the "Sign in to Existing Subscription" option and login with your Adobe ID (that was used to subscribe to Muse).
This would fix the issue.
Also, to avoid wait times and transfers, I'd advise you come to the Muse chat queue directly by going to this page and selecting "Adobe Muse" from the dropdown (If you select any other product other than Muse, you'll land up in another chat queue and will have to be transferred to the Muse queue - so it's advisable you select the product that you wish to chat about from the dropdown): http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Also, please make sure the service SAPNSP_00 @ OS level is running. If not, start the service manually and proceed with the installation.

I cannot open Adobe Muse. (Unexpected error code: I-72)

Hello,
I cannot open Adobe Muse. It asks me to sign in with my Adobe ID at the beginning. After I sign in with my Adobe ID (I have a CC paid subscription), it gives this error message:
'An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later. I-72'
I tried maybe thousand times in whole day. Nothing changes.
I couldn't find any answer related to error code I-72. There are only answers for error code I-200, which I also tried but it didn't work too.
I also unistalled and installed again. It did not work too.
Please help me!

Please follow the steps below to delete current preferences for Muse :
If you are entering the Lessons using Jumpstart, you need to delete the current
preference files for Muse by following these steps:
1 Exit Adobe Muse.
2 Locate the AdobeMuse folder as follows:
• (Windows) The AdobeMuse folder is located in the folder
[startup drive]\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\AdobeMuse.
• (Mac OS X) The AdobeMuse folder is located in the folder
[startup drive]/Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/AdobeMuse.
Remember, the folder name may be different depending on the language version
you have installed.
3 Delete the Local Store folder.
4 Start Muse.
After uninstalling the folder launch Muse and check if it works or not.

Struggling to figure out reasons behind those "An unexpected error has occurred" messages in SharePoint 2010

We are in day 5 of using SP 2010 on our 4 server farm. The farm was created by taking our MOSS 2007 databases and attaching to our database.
We have had a variety of cases of users encountering the "An unexpected error has occurred". In perhaps 10% of the cases, we have found the correlation id in the logs - which are tracing using the default logging levels.
We have used the Merge-SPLogFile and get-splogeven cmdlets but get no records returned for the others.
They are not occurring frequently. But when they do, we don't have a lot to go on to figure out what is wrong.
I have read various other threads on the site. I have looked in all of the 14 hive logs on all 4 servers (which should not be necessary after having used merge-splogfile) but do not find the correlation anywhere. I have used uls viewer - still do not find
it.
This is a production system where users are making use of the system 24x7. I need to find things to try that do not take down the system.
Is there any way that increasing the verbosity of the logging might be requried so we can see these errors?

It truly depends on the error that occurs, but I would say that increasing your logging level would be the first place to start.
BE AWARE... Setting logging levels to Verbose WILL fill up drive space very quickly, so if your servers don't have much free drive space, you run the risk of crashing the server when it runs out of space... in the very least, server performance will grind
to very poor levels.
If you're not finding the correlation IDs, then upping the level might be the only way to get the messages. The best approach is to try and find a recreatable scenario. If you can recreate the error through UI actions, you can up logging levels
on an App server (to avoid impact on end users) and point directly to that App server (using HOSTS entries) in order to recreate the error. Once you've recreated the error, you can restore normal logging levels on the server again and then proceed to
parse the logs using ULSViewer in order to find the target correlation ID.

Getting this error upon trying to login. Yesterday it worked fine, this morning it forgot my credentials. I get this unexpected error after entering my credentials. And my password is not the problem, I checked that already...
Help?

"file in use" and other "unexpected" error messages

I may have found a bug in Tiger, and in case nobody has a plausible explanation for the problem, I will send a bug report:
I copied a locked file (shows a little lock symbol in its icon) from one Mac to the other via a network share (using Finder). I then tried to open that file on the other Mac, but failed with the error message "file in use". But the computer the file had been copied from had already disconnected and shut down, and the Mac I had copied the file to had booted once.
I then looked at the file security settings, but found nothing abnormal. But I was not allowed to change any of the security settings (owner and permissions).
I then tried the Terminal and tried commands like "sudo chmod" or "sudo chown", and got nothing but error messages.
What kind of operating system does not allow the supervisor ("root") to change file permissions?!?
I then tried to repair the volume, but DiskUtility thinks all is OK. Fine. And the file is obviously NOT in use (otherwise the volume could not have been unmounted).
I finally tried the tool SetFileInfo from the development system to change permissions and type/creator. "sudo SetFileInfo -whatever" gives "unexpected error". Aha, "unexpected". So there is something wrong in Denmark. Or California.
At least there is one hint what's going wrong: GetFileInfo shows an abnormal type/creation combination, something like "brok" and "macs".
The only thing I finally managed to do with the file was "sudo rm". I got some warning about unknown user and unknown group and override whatever, then the file was deleted. At least I think so. After removing the "locked" flag the copy process went fine, and the copy of the file could be opened on the other Mac, so it seems that there is a problem with copying "locked" files.

Thank you for that hint! It does not fix the bug, but opens a way to a workaround.
I repeated the test, i.e. copied a locked file, and indeed the copy is protected with a "uchg" flag.
Removing the "uchg" flag still left the file locked, i.e. no other attribute (owner/group/rwx) could be changed. But the SetFile command now was able to remove the creator ('MACS') and type ('brok') settings.
After that the "second lock" had been removed, and now the "locked" attribute could be removed, and after having removed this third lock the file was accessible.
So I think that was enough of (unpaid) investigation, and I am going to send a bug report to Apple.

I can't start Muse (Enexpected error I-200)

I can't start Muse (Enexpected error I-200). It asks me to log in, then I get this.
I changed passwords, but that didn't help. Other apps work fine.
I *really* need to use Muse today so I'm kind of stressing out about it.
Adobe's overly obfuscated "support" system isn't helping one jot.

Error I-200 launching Muse

Although it worked 2 days ago, I cannot launch Adobe Muse. I get an "Unexpected Error" I-200 that tells me to try again later.

hi everyone. it seems that some people have problem lunching the adobe Muse after installing it. here is a solution that might help.
steps:
1.-in windows 7 go to start.
2- go to control panel.
3- go to folder option.
4- go to view.
5- select ( show hidden files).
6- go to computer/local disk (C):/Users/your user(any name that you have specified for it when you were setting it up for the first time)/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE and delete the file "opm".
7-you have probably downloaded the Adobe Muse and installed it but when you were trying to lunch the application you were asked to input further information to authenticate your license or subscription. at this point you get the error I-200.
8- when it asks you to input your username and password, do not enter them. instead quit the program. it will ask you if you are sure? just say yes and quit. go to step "6" and delete the "opm" file because when you were trying to lunch your software the "opm" file is being created (again). just delete that and then lunch the software and input your username and password.
9- remember if you try to update your product you have to delete the "opm"/ download the update/ install it/ when it asks your information just quit and delete the "opm"/ then lunch the software and input your information and you will be good to go.
hope this helps to solve the problem and don't forget to change the attributes of the "folder option" from "show the hidden files and folders to" hide the hidden files" because you don't want to accidentally mess with this folder.

I downloaded Muse through the Adobe Cloud. I then tried to start it and it said "Further account information is required to use Adobe Muse. You will need to sign in to continue" It shows my Adobe ID and asks for my password. After I input it, it freezes and then gives the error message.
I do not have a previous version on my machine. This is the first time I have tried to install it.
I am using Windows 7.
