Muse hangs on sign-in when I try to publish...?

Are you able to publish to a new BC site? Is there an error message that you receive? Please refer to the following thread if the publishing process gets stuck while uploading a particular file - http://forums.adobe.com/message/6147520#6147520.

    Hi,
    Did the issue happen only for one user or for multiple users?
    If the issue happen only for one user, you can try to login on other well-worked computer with the issued Lync account to test the issue. You can also try to use another well-worked Lync account to login on the issued computer to test the issue.
    If the issue happen for all Lync users, please also check if Lync Server 2013 update to the latest version.

  • Muse hangs while exporting html

    The website have nearly 49 pages loaded with lot of photos and compositions,
    now when I uploaded it via muse inbuilt ftp it was fine,
    Now after some changes, in contact forms I am trying to update it Muse hangs and I have to reboot the comp
    I tried to export it as html but same problem.
    Need to upload the site.

  • Evolution hangs on signing message

    Hi!
    Since some days (I assume since the upgrade to 3.16.3) evolution hangs on signing messages with pgp. The message about signing the mail appears, but nothing happens. Confusingly enough, message encryption works fine, but decryption also hangs.

    What version of Windows are you on (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 )? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

  • Finesse hangs at "signing in" for one user only

    I have a single user account that is having issues.  Yesterday we temporarily deleted his UCCX extension off of his phone, which pulled it out of the IPCC Extension field for a few minutes while we were making phone changes.  Even after adding it back and setting him back up in UCCX, he is still having this issue
    When he tries to log in, it hangs at "signing in".  
    Notes:
    UCCX 10.5
    User account/password are correct - we can use them to sign into the CUCM Self Care Portal page
    It happens regardless of which PC we try to sign him in on.  Other UCCX users can sign in on those same systems (under the same Windows profile) without issue.  
    We have emptied his IPCC Extension field in CUCM to pull him out of UCCX then added it back and added him back to his team/skills, but it still hangs at "Signing In"
    The user is also an administrator and can use those credentials to log into the UCCX Administration page and make changes, verifying that UCCX is passing credentials correctly for the user.  
    While hanging, he does not show up in my Finesse Supervisor Team View page so the system does not see him as logged in.  
    The RMCM application user in CUCM is associated with his phone.  
    Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

    Make sure the correct extension is defined in CUCM Admin/User Management/End User/IPCC Extension. Also, I would try removing and re-associating the device to the RMCM Application User.

  • I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud and Muse hangs on publishing? Help?

    I am working within the Cloud now as subscribed. I installed Muse with intention of continuing building websites with the Muse Release Candadate, from Muse Beta that I learned and used for months. The sites that I had created with Muse Beta usually published without incident. But now that I've installed Muse RC, I find that I cannot publish at all. It either hangs or I get diverse error messages. The biggest tick of all is trying to get support! Is it because it's the weekend that I cannot find a phone number to call Adobe Support? Or am I meant to go around in circles seeking support that I cannot find an option for? It was easy to sign up and put money towards this program but be fore warned that this seems to be my only option for getting help? I have a client that I'm developing a website for and we were both happy to see Muse finally hit the market. I thought failing to publish issues would have been well worked out prior to release? Wouldn't you think so? I have to doubt the problem lies on my end and do not want to be pointed back in that direction again. Or I guess I could contact sales again for a support option there? Oh! I see Milton & Bradley have, Aggravation, Risk, and Life, named very well.     "help please"?

I have contacted a person at Adobe Muse Support and have sent him a copy of the website to analyze its publishing failure. I think it is now in competent hands to solve the problem.   • Trying to publish; Muse can't sign in to BC

    So I press 'publish' to get my newest site online, and the familiar 'Signing into Business Catalyst' window comes up. However, Muse appears to get stuck at this threshold every time, as the window never closes, it is eternally 'signing in', and nothing else happens. What should I do?

    I'm pretty sure I've tried that tactic before without success, but it did the trick this time. Thanks!

  • Skype hanging on Sign In

    I am no longer able to sign in after upgrading to Skype 7 on Windows 7.
    The program just hangs and then gives the following message:
    We cannot start Skype becuase your system is unavailable.
    Please trying restarting your computer and try again.
    I get the same thing after restarting.
    Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

    Try to reset all Skype settings.
    Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata% and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old.
    Next go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %temp%\skype and then press Enter or click the OK button. Delete the DbTemp folder.
    Restart Skype.
    N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.

  • Adjava hangs while signing jar files in the middle of patching

    While applying patch 8815204 (11g/11i interoperability patch) "adjava -mx512m -nojit oracle.apps.ad.jri.adjmx @c:\oracle\testappl\admin\TEST\out\genjars.cmd" hangs for hours.
    Even I tried with "adjava -mx512m -nojit oracle.apps.ad.jri.adjmx @c:\oracle\testappl\admin\TEST\out\genjars.cmd" command manually on console. This also behaves the same way. (hangs for more than 2 hours. Since this does not produce detailed log, I'm not sure what's going behind the process.).
    This is a Cloned environment.
    My DB is 10.2.0.4 for x86_64 bit windows Running on MSwindows 2k3 R2 64 bit server. The application tier is on MSWin 2k3 R2 32bit server. Installed with cygwin, MSVC++ 6, gnumake 3.81, jdk1.6.0_24 mixed mode. Perl is 5.005_03
    The patches '7429271', '9535311', '3453499', '9171650', '9874305', '8977646' are applied on my environment.
    The PATH variable's value is :

    Relinking works perfectly. Even I tried the adjava command after relinking all the AD executables. Nothing seems working fine.
    The adjava command hangs when it tries to sign the JAR files. When using "-verbose " parameter, the adjava produces more output and it stops while signing the JAR files.

    And I'm sure there's not much memory and cpu usage on my server. The resources are not utilized more than 40%.
    The problem in my instance is similar to the one descirbed in *Patch 9239090 R12.1.3 Upgrade Driver Hangs At Genjars.cmd [ID 1521006.1]*
    But, my instance is 11i where as the above doc tell about the same in R12. Moreover, the fix given by this doc is to replace the jarsigner.exe under JAVA_HOME/bin directory, with the one from $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Appsutil/jdk/bin. I'm sure 11i EBS dont have jarsigner under $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Appsutil/jdk/bin .
    Does anyone knows any fix for this problem ?

  • OBIEE 11g hangs while signing in

    Hi All ,
    I had a 11g OBIEE instance installed on windows (laptop) perfectly working couple of days back. Now when I started it , I cannot login to answers.
    Admin Server is up , BI Server is up . EM shows all services perfectly up and running .
    But when I try login to answers using the same weblogic/<pwd> , it shows the message "signing" in for ever.
    Checked the BI Server diagnostics logs and found the following exception.

    Same issue here. The only difference is that I changed my IP address in my hosts file to my current network address. If I set my IP address back to the Microsoft Loopback adapter IP address, it all works fine.
    So it must be hanging on to that somewhere.
    Anyone else have a similar issue? Any guidance Oracle??

  • Acrobat Pro hangs on sign in

    Using Windows 7
    Acrobat Pro XI trial is just installed, day 1.
    I double click to open Acrobat Pro.
    It asks me to accept a trial user agreement.
    I accept.
    It asks me to sign in with my Adobe user ID.
    I enter it and sign in.
    Acrobat hangs on the loading swirly.
    I wait, must close it through Task Manager.
    This is my first time installing and using Acrobat Pro.  I tried restarting, then I tried using Run as Administrator.  Nothing changes.
    I only need Acrobat to save a form I made through FormsCentral for an unusual specific job, hence a trial and not license.
    Help is greatly appreciated.  If I figure this out, I will post the solution.

    I left the loading sign alone and after 15 minutes it finally started doing something.
    Lesson: Let your program output some sort of log of activity or show delay expectancy, else it just looks broken.  15 minutes on a wait animation, seriously.

  • Muse hangs while importing or placing images.

    Gradually over time Muse is taking longer and longer to import. It's as if its cataloging and updating my entire computer and then it becomes responsive again. Now it hangs for about a minute when I try to import anything. I tried starting a new project and it does the same thing. I disconnected all my external dives and I get the same result.

    Is it with any specific file or any file ? what happens when you create a new site and add images ?
    Also the assets that are being used , are they placed locally on your computer or they are stored in any shared/external drive?

    So just Updated to Muse beta 7, but it wont load passed the Sign in stage when i launch the app
    it just does this for hours, and i can't actually open MUSE

    My issue is the same as the second greyed post - But on Windows 7 64-bit. I've done everything to open my computer up to your servers (Remove firewall, reset hosts file, enter computer into DMZ on router)... all to no prevail.
    My adobe ID is [email protected] <--- can an employee look into it and hopefully "an Adobe team member ended up contacting me via email, doing some magic and then telling me they fixed it, which they did." Will be true for me as well!

  • Muse hanging at "Optimizing Assets" stage of publishing

    Alrighty, so I recently published my Muse site to my personal domainn (about 5 days ago or so). Up until last night, everything has working great. Now, for some reason, when I hit the "publish" button and then hit "ok", it'll get to 60% and simply hang at the "optimizing assets" stage. The only differences I made between now and the last successful publish were with some of the text box sizes, so I know it's not a result of adding any more content (I don't even have much to begin with). Does anybody else have this problem/is there a solution?

    I had this problem earlier today. Have you included or updated any assets just before this issue started. In my case (in which it was also crashing out at the 60% mark) I had just added a new banner image and stupidly had failed to reduced it resolution from 300dpi, as soon as I removed the image and replaced it with a lower res alternative my upload returned to normal.
    I know you stated that that you haven't added anything, just double check all your assets are not too big. also try systematically deleting your recently adjusted text boxes and see if that makes a difference (remember to make a backup) check your asset panel for any warnings and unwanted assets and double check any HTML you may have added.
    Mine was definitely down to a rogue asset and I suspect that yours will be too, which would make sense as it is crashing out while trying to optimize your assets.
