Hmm... I think we'll need a screenshot or a bit more explanation in order to help. Here's what that webpage looks like for me. Without knowing more of what's it's supposed to look like, it's difficult to know what's not working as you're expecting? Thanks.
If you're using Object > Insert HTML, you need to size the HTML object to the height the HTML will be in the browser. The output generated by Muse will attempt to maintain the distance from the bottom of the HTML object to the top of the first object that's lower down on the page after the HTML expands to it's full size in the browser. Therefore if you don't resize the HTML object to its expected final height, or larger, in Muse Design view, there will be a large gap below it in the browser. It sounds like that may be what you are/were seeing? Even though I don't see that on this page.

I am not sure if it is a problem, but some pages I have created do not scroll in preview. They appear to work fine in browsers on desktop, tablet or phone. Is this a common problem with preview mode? Is there some setting I am failing to tick?

Muse page content "jumps" when using menu button

I Created a simple portfolio website in Adobe Muse. Two pages (projects and contact) and for both using the same underlaying stramien page (don't know the English word for that). I added a menu widget to navigate between the two pages. Works fine, but whenever I use the menu button the page content (text and/or pictures) make a little vertical jump before they are in their right position. Obviously this little "jump" is not like it is supposed to be. The website is not yet published or online, cause it's not finished yet, but the problem occurs when I preview what I've made so far.
What could be the cause of this problem and how can I repair it ??

are you using Chrome?
try loading my page, www.stacystechpubs.com using Chrome.
Then you see a bar of menu items across the page (home, who am I, terms,...) try clicking on one, then the next one, then the next one. You'll see the box 'Stacy's Tech Publications' jumps when you click on a link.
If you still aren't sure what I mean I need to take a screen capture video and upload it.

Smartforms- want TEXT content could change at every print page

Hi Experts,
I would like to create a smartform to print many accounting document (include BKPF data and BSEG data)
at page 1 , I add some SUBWINDOW to put in TEXT , so I could move the subwindow to where I want TEXT to show,
and at MAINWINDOW , I add a TABLE to show BSEG data ,
then , I copy page 1 to page 2, and make some command , and run my program at SE38 ,
it could print two page while I give two number to parameter ,
but only the mainwindow content to be changed at diffrernt page , the TEXT content don't to be changed.......
Can you help me how to do could let TEXT change content at different page ?
Or there are other methods could hit my target?

I put BKPF data at TEXT , not page number , like bkpf-belnr,
for example: I give two document number to driver program parameter : 3700000001 , 3700000002
then I want the report page 1 to show :
accounting number: 3700000001
report page 2 to show :
accounting number: 3700000002

Can an i-frame resize the page height and itself with new content?

I built a website in Adobe Muse and embedded a blog within an i-frame on the portfolio page of the site here...

This approach was taken because the client needed the ability to keep adding videos to the portfolio section of the site themselves indefinitely and
i was short on ideas to implement that functionality with Muse. I've now exported the code as HTML to Dreamweaver to see what I can achieve there.
Using Dreamweaver, Is it possible for the page height and i-frame height to resize with new content as more videos are added to it? Is there some script I can add to the page?
Is there a better solution?

Ordinarily, Iframe re-size scripts will only work when the parent page (with iframe) and the external page (blog) both reside on the same domain. However, someone came up with a cross domain solution which requires you to put jQuery scripts on both sites. NOTE: I've never tested this.

IMO, a cleaner solution is to use scripts to parse the blog's RSS feed into the main site. You can use PHP code from FeedForAll or jQuery's jFeed plugin.

The main advantage in using a script to parse feeds is you control the appearance -- to match your main site & how many posts are displayed on the page.

I have over 100 contact forms and i want to make them reach the same email anyway I can do that without going one by one?

If you have placed the image in Muse using File > Place and then scaled the image down in Muse while editing, then Muse publishes/exports the scaled down/optimized image in final output. When using as a Fill, the output size depends on the Fitting option you setup in the Fill options.
As for the contact form email, you would need to specify the email address for each form individually. There is no workflow to edit the same for multiple forms at a time.

Can I design something in Muse and somehow get the HTML text fro it to plug into Business Catalyst to make a newsletter?

I guess since I don't know html, I was wondering if I could create a "page" in muse and somehow get the "HTML" text from it so I can plug that text into a Business Catalyst E-Mail Marketing Campaign template. since I am struggling so much with modifying one of Business Catalysts established templates.
I made my website with muse and I host it through Business Catalyst with a webMarketing Plan.

There is no direct way to achieve this but you may try a workaround which may work but would require testing on your end.
Create the site in Muse and publish to BC , master page will be included in template section. So in your published site , Page template will show you design from Muse.
Now from Partner portal , you can select the site to create email campaign template but please note that creating a template from PP will remove the default email campaign templates on BC end.
After creating the campaign template from PP , login to your site and create email campaign and in template section you will get the option to select the template which you created from PP.
Not an ideal way but can be used as a workaround.

Embed an Exported Muse Page Using "Insert HTML"?

Hello All,
I'd like to export a Muse page to HTML, then embed that entire page into another Muse page using Insert HTML. I've done some experimenting and haven't yet gotten it to work.
I'm familiar with embedding html in Muse, including the linking of external css stylesheets and js libraries, and I'm also reasonably skilled in post-editing my Muse pages in Dreamweaver. But this has me stumped.
Anyone have any experience to share? Thanks!

Hi Bart,
I am not sure why you want to first export the page and then embed it as HTML in another Muse page. However, you can copy all the content from a page and use the "paste in place" option from Edit menu and all the content will be placed as it is on the source page.

I cannot get jpeg I import to resize, move, text wrap. Extremely frustrated. Any help please?

I've gone through the help sections and tips. I bring in an image, and cannot resize it. I use the image mask and am able to crop the image to what I need. But, it is placed badly in the middle of the page, won't resize, and worst of all-I cannot move the image without it disappearing out of the box and removing itsself from the page. Text won't warp around the image, and all of the so-called controls are greyed out, wether I have the image selected or not.
My question is: How the H#%% do I work with an image in ibooks author? Is this program messed up? Is Apple planning to fix this? These actions are easy to do in Pages, but iBooks does not work! What box did I not check right to work with pictures?

Consider the image and tbe mask as two separate items.
You can move the image itself which is below the mask, and you can move and resize the mask itself as you choose to "crop" or size the image. Use the handles on each to move or resize and also the size slder on tbe mask.
Deselecting or clicking off the image closes the mask and you should be able to move image as you chose.
With regards your last paragraph....the answer is to learn about iBooks Author and what it can do, before starting out on a serious book project. The program is not messed up. You must have spent time learning tbe ins snd outs of Pages at first, iBA is similar to Pages in many ways.
Go to your iTunes Connect page and open the Deliver your Content, Top section Featured Resourses, there is a user guide and a formatting guide and below in iBooks Author ..is a superb instructional video. It will show you how to use many of the functions including the mask.

Auto Resize Header and Content Within?

I want a header that is always 20% the height of the webpage, so that when I resize, the porportions always stay this same. This isn't so hard to figure out. However, I also want the content within the header (buttons, etc.) to resize. Can anybody help? Here's my code.

Web Page height is ALWAYS determined by content; not explicit values. If I increase/decrease text size in my browser, it will change the height of your page. So page is height is an unknown variable.
I also want the content within the header (buttons, etc.) to resize.
Why do you think you need this? Your browser's Zoom feature is fully capable of re-scaling images and text on screen.

Is there a way to automatically add the filename in the page header when batch printing text files directly from finder?

hello, i have 80 text files (docx). the finder preview works great and i can open them in pages.
I need to batch print them from finder:
I select all the documents > drag on printer's icon> printer puts them in queue ( after an on the fly pdf conversion) ad starts printing.
BUT
i need the filename printed on each page ( in hearder or footer) , not only the regular text content.
Do you know if there is a workaround?

If that section has an ID or NAME attribute then you can add that to the URL (#anchor) that you want to reload.

Open xml relationship target is NULL when inserting chart into a mapped rich text content control in Word 2013

I have looked into the specification ISO/IEC 29500-1:2012 and i understand that the attribute Target for the element Relationship can be set to NULL at times(Empty header and footer in the specification).
Now, i have stumbled on Target being NULL also when inserting a diagram into a word document. For example:

The relationship in question is associated with the externalData element (ISO/IEC 29500-1:2012 §21.2.2.63). For the other two charts in this document, the corresponding relationships are of the other allowable form:

For charts 1 and 3 in your document, the data can be edited via the Chart Tools ribbon control. The option to edit data is not available for chart 2. The data used to create chart 2 is the same default spreadsheet data used for chart 1, and in fact the spreadsheet
references are still present in the file format, despite there being no apparent link to a spreadsheet for chart 2.
Thus, it appears that Target="NULL" in this context means that the chart is not associated with an external data source. The specification doesn't have much to say about the semantics of the Target attribute (ISO/IEC 29500-2:2012 §9.3.2.2) beyond
the fact that it be a valid xsd:anyURI, which the string "NULL" is.
It looks like there is some unexpected interaction between the chart and the content control. I don't think the file format is the issue. You will probably need to pursue that behavior from the product perspective via a support incident, if that behavior
is unexpected. If you still have questions about what is seen in the file format, please let me know.

Adjusting page numbering in the Table of Contents

I have a question regarding adjusting page numbering in the table of contents. I have manually adjusted my page numbering to start at page 3, which is now called page 1. But my table of contents still show this page as page 3, while I want it to be shown as page 1.
How do I do this?
I tried to find an answer somewhere on this forum, but I couldn't find one. Neither could I find a solution in the help file.
I hope you understand my question. I also included the document, which might be of help. Thank you!

This answer assumes that your document uses the Default page style for physical pages 1-3. You are going to need two different page styles to accomplish what you want. (I'm guessing you have used a page number offset of -2 to get your physical page 3 numbered as 1 and this simply will not work in the TOC.)
Put your cursor in the Title page (physical page 1) and open the Stylist (F11). Click the Page icon (4th from left) then click the New Style From Selection icon (2nd from right). Give it a name like 'Body'. Before you close the Stylist double click on Default just to make sure you did not change the style of the 1st page.
While you are still on the 1st page click into the footer and remove the page number field assuming you do not want it.
Put you cursor in the FIRST (1st) paragraph of the 3rd page and do **Format > Paragraph > Text Flow tab. In the Breaks section, check the Enable box, if not already checked, then check the With Page Style box, select the Body style from the drop down menu and set the page number to 1.
If the page number field is still in the footer on this page then delete it and insert it again. It should now show 1.
Click into the TOC, right click and select Update Index/Table.
Just in case you have trouble translating this to your version of SO I have fixed your document and have attached it.

Why does Preview automatically resize the text box to cut off the last character of added text? How do I fix it?
I use the Tools > Annotate > Add Text feature, and when I click away after adding text, it automatically changes the text box size such that the last letter -- or last word -- gets bumped off into an invisible line below it, forcing me to manually adjust every single text box. It is highly annoying when trying to complete PDF forms (e.g. job applications).
It appears to be a glitch, quite honestly, an error resulting from Apple's product design. Has it been fixed in the new operating system (for which they want $30)?
I would very much appreciate any help you can provide! Thank you for your time.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks for the links Aish, sorry for not being be more precise.
Firstly, the video I´d like to implement is on my own server hosted (one reason why I don´t use vimeo or youtube)
The second thing is I´d need also some kind of player for the video with a Play, Stop, Pause, etc. button not just the video on the page actually like video embedding via the widget works but without the necessity of a vimeo/youtube account.
Can that be accomplished with muse (without a big workaround)?
