Muse still not launching.

I have searched all the discussions and still muse won't launch.
Error message:-
An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later.
I-200
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting OOBE file and still get the same problem on my Mac.
I have a creative cloud subscription but also have muse as an individual sub since May last year.
Does anyone have a solution?

You mean your Creative Cloud Files folder? You can install Creative Cloud Connection from Adobe Application manager or directly access your files at https://creative.adobe.com.

Try using the Adobe Cleaner Tool (available for free download here: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) to completely unistall Muse. Once uninstalled, you can download it again from Creative Cloud.

Photoshop will not launch. Window indicates need JAVA SE6. Already have it, but re-installed. Photoshop will still not launch. Help! MacOS 10.10.1

Since installing Mac OS 10.10.1 photoshop will not run, it will not launch. A window indicates that it needs JAVA SE6 to run. JAVA SE6 is installed. I have re-installed and restarted but photoshop will not run and I get the same message window that I need to install JAVA SE6. How do I make this work?

Have you added any Photoshop Add-on that uses an external JavaScript. Photoshop itself has is own ScriptingSupport Plug-in and does not use an external java. Also Java SE6 is old and has security issues you should update to version SE8

Muse will not launch after update. App is not in Application folder

Muse update indicates it was installed but no were to be found. Launch App nothing happens. Nothing in Application folder. ????

Muse will not Launch, very frustrated with no actual customer support.

When the icon is double click the splash/home screen opens, covers half my screen and stops, It will stay their until it provides an error then closes, this time it closed without the error.
In task manager one time it said it was running but most often it is not in task manager so not running. I have been advised to download cc cleaner, did and ran every location in my PC. I have been told to clear everything, I did. reloaded Muse and the same problem exists. I have been dealing with this for over a week and very disappointed with Adobe. It is not possible to contact them directly regarding muse however I have a website that I designed on trust that is not useful and I have taken too many hours away from business, let alone the months building a site.
Just received an error that says to report the my last actions to creative team, that would be fine if I could find the creative team.

Hi, Thanks for trying, I am not sure how to install the update when the
muse splash screen opens then freezes. If you want I can completely clean
my comp for the fifth time and reset and try again but all the advise I
have received so far is similar to what I just received. A basic fix but
I am not sure if the how it is ever considered. IE, How to update when
program wont open. I wish someone would take the time to really consider
my situation. It really has been more expensive to use Muse then pay a
designer and now you have me.
Please, as a company that \I trusted and have used for years. Please help
me fix this problem.

Itunes will not launch (Windows 7)

After repeatedly deleting and re-downloading both Itunes and Quicktime, i am able to launch Quicktime, but Itunes will still not launch. I have both the updated Itunes and Quicktime. If i restart Windows Itunes will launch the first time, verify my library, pull up, then ultimately crash when i try to access either Itunes store or try to finish updating my recently purchased Itunes Match account. Could someone please assist?

Now nothing happens when launching iTunes. No messages appear.
Could you check something further for me, please? Is your QuickTime Player also currently failing to launch (with or without an error message)?

After HUGE document, Pages will not launch

I've been helping someone build up a big "photo-book" in Pages. We've scanned 700+ hi-resolution (300 dpi) images and filled a Pages document to the tune of 106 pages. The document itself is now 3.17 GB. Ouch! (This is all happening on an iMac with 4GB of RAM, running Mountain Lion, 10.8.2 or .3? and Pages 4.3.)
Pages won't launch now. Beachballs = Unexpected Quit.
I could tell that Pages was trying to auto-open the Photo Book document upon launch. So I went to the 'General' area of the System Preferences and checked the box, 'Close Windows when quitting an application'. The I did a restart and here I un-checked the "Reopen windows when logging back in” option. Then I restarted.
Pages will still not launch. Beachballs for a few minutes, then Unexpectedly Quits. Can't break this cycle.
Any ideas how I can get Pages to run again?? Photo Book document, or not?
PS: I realize this 3+ GB Pages document is enormous, especially w/4gb RAM (only). I tried to use the "Reduce File Size" option, but that was a separate fiasco. But, outside of the Photo Book, I simply have other Pages work that I need to do on this machine. Any suggestions are appreciated!!

Thanks for the suggestions. This job has been on the back burner for a while. My "colleague" and I are both freelancers and have buried with our own, separate projects as of late.
I'm hoping to try some of these fixes soon and will report back when I know more. I don't like to simply let these posts dangle off into nothingness...

LR CC will not launch after downloading. Do I need to do something with my standalone LR5 version first?

I just downloaded LR CC after using the standalone LR5. But when I click on the new LR icon to launch it nothing happens. The splash screen appears for a very fast split second, but that is it. I tried restarting my computer, but still not launching. Do I have to do something with my LR5 first?

Well, it worked, but it is ridiculous, that Adobe hasn't tested even this obvious and simple case. It is a shame.
It costed me several hours to find out what is going. I am very disappointed.

ArtRage demo will not launch after upgrade to OS10.9.5.

Gives crashed thread 11, problem with fonts. I cleaned up the Font Book which had a few duplicates. Cleared the Font Cache. In safemode ArtRage demo will still not launch. Worked fine before the 10.9.5 upgrade. Is this a known problem with 10.9.5? How do I identify if a particular font is causing this issue? Other apps seem to be running fine. Anyone else have this issue?

The problem only seems to be with stub applications used to start Java applications wrapped in a Mac OS X application package. All Java applications I have tried starting from the command line and using Java Web Start have launched and run without trouble. For example, the SmartCVS application package includes a stub application launcher in:
/Applications/SmartCVS/SmartCVS.app/Contents/MacOS
This application stub is named JavaApplicationStub, the command name reported in the previously posted crash log excerpt. It is this application that fails. However, I am able to successfully launch and run the SmartCVS application with the following command line:
( cd /Applications/SmartCVS/SmartCVS.app/Contents/Resources/Java ; java -cp help.jar:tools.jar -jar smartcvs.jar )
Note: This is more conveniently done from a shell script containing the following:
#!/bin/sh
cd /Applications/SmartCVS/SmartCVS.app/Contents/Resources/Java
java -cp help.jar:tools.jar -jar smartcvs.jar 2>&1 >> /dev/console &
The line beginning with "#" must be the first line in the script file beginning at the first character of the file.

SAP JVM switch SAPINST GUI not launching

Hi All,
I have performed SAP JVM switch in all portal servers. One of the server is giving issue. I is not launching sapinst GUI screen. There was 2 JDK versions installed j2sdk1.4.2_13 and j2sdk1.4.2_29. I keep tried changing j2sdk1.4.2_29 in some properties file besides java home is pointing to j2sdk1.4.2_29. I also changed SAPINST_JRE_HOME property in environment variables with j2sdk1.4.2_29 to be in sync. Now below log is showing j2sdk1.4.2_29 but it is still not launching sapinst gui. Please help. System: Portal 7.0.

Kavitha, you just need to make sure that the instance profile has the right details.
    SAPJVM_VERSION. Enter the new version of the SAP JVM e.g.:
    SAPJVM_VERSION = 4.1.028
    and
    jstartup/vm/home = <location of the new jdk>
    for example:
    jstartup/vm/home = /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/jvm/hpia64/
                       sapjvm_6.1.028
After the change, delete following files (they will be recreated after the j2ee restart):
/usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE>/j2ee/cluster/instance.properties.vmprop
/usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE>/SDM/program/config/sdm_jstartup.properties.vmprop
Now do a complete cluster restart.

LR CC does not launch

Just installed LR CC.
It will not launch.
Rebooted, repaired permissions, ran scripts. still not launching,
mbp 16.gb ram ssd 10.9.5
Any ideas?

Could you please try to Sign-out and in via the Creative Cloud app (possible via the preferences)? Restart Lr Desktop afterwards and let me know if this helps.

M93p tower - ThinkVantage System Update will not launch

I have an M93p tower, and for some reason System Update no longer starts successfully. The opening Lenovo logo showing Version 5 of System Update appears for 3-4 seconds and then disappears, but the actual program window never appears.
Same thing happens no matter whether I try to launch System Update directly from the Start Menu or from within Lenovo ThinkVantage Tools.
I have tried uninstalling System Update, and manually reinstalling the very latest version obtained from the Lenovo M93p driver/software download site. No change. Program window will still not launch even though the opening logo appears.
I have 10 other Lenovo machines (M91p, M92p, W530 laptop, multiple M93p SFF) and System Update has never failed to start on any of them. Only this one machine has this strange system appeared.
Any thoughts? Something I should look for in some log somewhere that might provide a clue?

TS3212 I have now installed and uninstalled iTunes 10.7.0.21 about 5 times and still iTunes app will not launch. I have uninstalled my Norton AV and still nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm having problems installing iTunes on a Win 7 machine. The app will not launch correctly. It was working at one time, but now I have no idea why it would not work. I tried uninstalling some applications and still nothing. I did have to delete the Quicktime folders because it did not show up as being installed. Should I reinstall it since it doesnot look like iTunes reinstalled it?

Are you getting an error message when you try to launch iTunes? If so, what does it say? (Precise text, please.)

Muse mail link will not launch email client

I have typed "mailto:info@unlockingequity" as a link to text in a footer on this website:

but when you click on the link, it will not launch an email client, it just goes to a blank webpage. Help????
Not crazy about the latest Muse update, seems like things that were working before (like FTP upload, now this) are not working now.

The link to text in a footer on this website http://www.unlockingequity.com works perfectly fine. It might be due to the browser protected mode the link didn't work, brought up a blank page instead .
Please try on different browsers and let me know how it goes.

I use to be able to click on a link in a website to watch a video and it would launch windows media player. I have installed the plugin but it still will not launch

Windows Media player will not launch from a video link within a website. it worked until I installed FF4. I did install the plug in but still nothing it just goes to a black then blank page when you try to launch the video.

After installing, reboot holding down CMD+s, (+s), then when the DOS like prompt shows, type in...
applejack AUTO
Then let it do all 6 of it's things.
At least it'll eliminate some questions if it doesn't fix it.
The 6 things it does are...
Correct any Disk problems.
Repair Permissions.
Clear out Cache Files.
Repair/check several plist files.
Dump the VM files for a fresh start.
Trash old Log files.
First reboot will be slower, sometimes 2 or 3 restarts will be required for full benefit... my guess is files relying upon other files relying upon other files! :-)
Disconnect the USB cable from any Uninterruptible Power Supply so the system doesn't shut down in the middle of the process.
Then... Try putting these numbers in Network>TCP/IP>DNS Servers, for the Interface you connect with...

208.67.220.220
Then Apply. For 10.5/10.6 Network, highlight Interface>Advanced button>DNS tab>little + icon.
DNS Servers are a bit like Phone books where you look up a name and it gives you the phone number, in our case, you put in apple.com and it comes back with 17.149.160.49 behind the scenes.
These Servers have been patched to guard against DNS poisoning, and are faster/more reliable than most ISP's DNS Servers.
The Interface that connects to the Internet, needs to be drug to the top of System Preferences>Network>Show:>Network Port Configurations and checked ON.
10.5.x/10.6.x instructions...
System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.
