Music activation problem

This phone is already registration with a Nokia Music unlimited subscription this error is coming while downloading music

After sofware reset you must have login with other nokia account. So, first delete your account which you have logined to download music...go to setting...go to nokia account....delete your logined account here(click on .... Sign to find delete option)...then go bach to nokia music ,there under setting you will find login option...try login userid you applied before reset..then enjoy downloading....

i forgot my first nokia account details. and i created a new one. may be that is why my nokia music is not working. i have given the complaint with Service Request Number is 1-14327247873. and they asked for few details which i have replied accordingly. after that there is not a reply. please reply.

What's the model of your device?
Where did you purchase your phone?
Did you purchase the phone second hand?
Did you log in with your Nokia account on a different device?
Did someone other than you, log in and activate the license before you purchase the device first hand?
Did you allow someone else to log in with their Nokia Account on your device?
Did you use your Nokia account to sign up or subscribe with Nokia Music before?
Where are you located?

Lumia 520 nokia music activation problem

When i try to download song in nokia music it says-this phone is already registered with a nokia music unlimited subscription. I don't know how to fix this problem.

Have you used your Nokia account to activate your Nokia Music Unlimited subscription on your previous devices? If you have, the Nokia Music Unlimited (NMU) subscription is tied up with your Nokia account and your IMEI number. This is the reason why for every NMU subscription, we recommend using 1 Nokia account. Try to create a new account and use it on your Nokia Lumia 920.
If the issue remains, I would suggest contacting Nokia Support to further assist you with this matter.
P.S: Nokia Music Unlimited is available in selected countries namely: China, Indonesia and India.

What's the model of the phone? Where are you located? Have you used the account you're signing in to another device before for a music subscription?

What is your phone model? Are you having the same concern when downloading an app from the store? Have you tried to restart the phone? Can you check if your phone is already updated to the latest version?

When I have given reset to my phone then its showing login.i have tried logged in with new and old user.with both user I am able to login.but when I try to download any song from store then its showing activation problem.'your phone is already registered'.

Just to clarify your concern, you haven't logged in yet before sending the phone for repair. You have sent the phone for repair due to the memory card issue. Is that correct? The issue happens after you received your phone. Is that right? Also, haven't you tried signing in your Nokia account with other Nokia devices?

IPad Mini Activation Problem

I tried to sync videos and music on the iPad Mini but it has an activation problem.It is already used by another Apple ID,i want to get rid of it and put My Apple ID in so i can Sync some in,When i bought it from a pawn shop in Knoxville,TN it had no APPLE STORE in the iPad and tried and tried and tried but nothing,I putted it on the computer to check so i can clear out stuff and put it from old to new.

In this case, think of the possible email addresses you've used before and login for your MixRadio app. If you have forgotten your password, you can use this link to retrieve it:

Activation problem - plz solve

I have Nokia Lumia 720, it has been a new purchased, not 2nd hand. While downloading songs, it shows, activation problem this phone is already register Nokia music store unlimited subscription. And it does not allow to download and save songs. Plz resolve the issue.
