Music and videos on my ipod lost after synchronizing...can I get them back?
First of all, I was looking on another site "answers" about how to copy music on my ipod touch with
out erasing the current music which are on it...
I did as instructed to copy them manually.....checked my ipod to see.....
All the music I copied were there but the original videos, music, pictures have been deleted...info (like pictures videos from another ipod touch were put in place...
I WANT THE ORIGINAL MUSIC AND VIDEOS ON THIS IPOD BACK BUT I CANT FIND THEM!!
the music and videos on the ipod were from my cousin's laptop....she's in the Philippines....instead of asking her, can I find a way of getting them back
or have they been erased?
PLEASE NO MORE SILLY ANSWERS....
They're not lost, they simply don't show because you settings ask it not to.
Go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendar --> Calendar --> Sync --> All events

I updated my I pad to iOS 6.1 and now all my notes are gone. Can you get them back?
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Offand, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"
If these do not solve the problem you can restore from a current iTunes or iCloud backup. -

Be sure you have the latest version of iTunes. If you don't, download and install it.
Launch iTunes.

Recently synched my iPad w/Mac computer at home and all of my iPad apps were removed. I purchased 11 apps on 9/20/11 and paid for 10 of the 11. Can I get them back without having to repurchase them???
I tried to edit my last post but did not get in under the time limit. Read this thread. It will give you all the information that you need to create your own iTunes library on the Mac.
There may be more information than you really need, but the instructions cover virtually every possible item that you would want to transfer over.
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3305461
Read my instructions and King Penguin's instructions. This was posted for a PC laptop user but it works the same way on a Mac - the instructions to turn off auto sync will be slightly different on the Mac - iTunes>Preferences>Devices>Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically. -
i have purchsed gem in clash of clan through my credit card but i didnt recieve the gems..it has also reflected in my bank account and my itunes purchase history...how can i get them back??who should i complain to??? plz help....
You need to talk to clash of clans first. The game should have a support link.
If they can't/won't help you then you turn to iTunes support.
There seem to be a lot of issues with in app purchases in this game because not a day goes by that someone doesn't post a thread asking something similar. -
I have the iphone 4 and just updated to iOS 6 and all my text messages are gone. Can I get them back?
Group messaging simply puts all replies in one conversation in Messages. It doesn't prevent the behavior you experienced.
My suggestion which would be much easier in my opinion, is rather than do a text, send out an email and use bcc: , which will keep the audience hidden from each recipient.
Otherwise, if you're determinted to do only texts, the only way is to send your message to one person at a time. You can of course copy/paste your msg each time which might be helpful. -
Mail application is still there. All of my emails and folders are gone since iCloud. How can I get them back using Snow Leopard? Or can I? Do I have to wait for Mountain Lion?
I need to check a few other things...
Click on 'Mail' in the upper left corner next to the Apple ()
Click Preferences
Click the 'Accounts' tab
Make sure your iCloud account is highlighted in the column on the left.
In the account information section what does it say next to:
Incoming Mail Server?
Outgoing Mail Server?
Also, did you use MobileMe before the iCloud? -
I recorded xmas morning with wifes new iphone 5. I then restored her old iphone 4 onto iphone 5. Are the videos of xmas morning now gone? Can I get them back? How?
Shawni'd say they are gone

i updated my ipod to the newest software and it delted every song ive ever bought, none of its not itunes either anymore it is all completly gone. how can i get it back!?
Why is it not on your computer in itunes and included in your regular backup of your computer?
You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music. -
Upgraded iPad, forced me to reset, lost pictures, how can I get them back
For the recent upgrade to the iPad ; I was forced to reset it. I lost six months of data. Would like to get the pictures back.
There are two ways to get photos and videos on your iPod:
- The can by synced to the iPod using the Photos pane in iTunes. Thises photos and video aenot port of the backup that iTunes makes when you sync.
- The other way is to take photos and videos with the iPod's camera (4G only) or to save like screeen shots or aved email attachments. This type of photos and videos are includd n the backup that iTunes makes. Thus, restoring from backup will retore those photos and video to the iPod up until the time the backup was made. Just make sure that you have auto-syncing turned off in iTunes otherwise iTunes will make a backup and overwite the old one. Do this by checking the box titled "Prevent iPods...syncing" in iTunes>Preferences>Devices. -
Basically, I updated my iPod and everything had been deleted and I can't get my photos back. Before i updated it I backed my iPod and still nothing has worked. Can someone please help me as some of the photos were very important to me
If the photos were synced to the iPod them yuo MAY be able to get them from the updated iPod by:
via How to perform iPad recovery for photos, videos
Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS: iPhone Data Recovery - Wondershare Official

-iPod touch Deleted Photo Recovery Tips You Should Know
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
When you update or restore an iPod via iTunes if synced medial like apps, music or synced photos are not in the iTunes library or not on the computer they will bot be on the iPod after update/restore since the iPod backup that iTunes makes does not included synced media.
DId anything get restored from the backup you made? -

I tried to erase some of the email addresses that i no longer email to - i went to window to delete some and ALL of them were deleted . How do i get the addresses back?
Thank you sooooo much!Go to Mail Preferences>Accounts, click the '+' button below the list of accounts and insert the settings, username and password as instructed. Some account types can be set up automatically as soon as Mail knows the emails address (because the server settings are built in), in other cases you will have to get them from your ISP.

Music, Apps, text message, Photos, Contact List, Notes Pad information. How do I get these Items back or can I?If you backed up the device, you should be able to recover it from the backup unless you somehow deleted the backup. See if it isn't recognized by iTunes, then restore it from backup.
