Music does not stop playing when I disconnect from USB in car

When iphone is connected to car stereo, music does not stop playing when I disconnect the usb cable. If someone is calling me and I unplug from USB, all I hear in my ear is music...I cannot hear the person calling me. Not sure what's happened but it never used to do this. Any suggestions?

Nseries phones have behaved this way since forever.
I don't know any way to change this. Same behavior happens if you unplug your headset or headphones.

Are you using version 6.80.20 of pc suite ? (the latest version).
Rip tracks from cd's using windows media player or nero and then transfer to phone.Works just fine for me.I just copy and paste the mp3 file from pc to phones memory card.I use dku-2 cable connection.

I was having the same problem where only 1.7GB of 10GB of selected music would sync so I decided to start fresh. The following steps worked for me:
1. Open itunes and connect iphone 5 if not already. Uncheck all playlists, artists, etc. till nothing is checked to sync. Then uncheck the sync music box so that all music will be removed from the phone. Sync iphone
2. Eject device. Quit itunes (don't just close). unplug iphone.
3. Restart imac, macbook, or PC.
4. Restart iphone.
5. Now after power up, restart itunes then plug in iphone, check sync music and select music to sync. Sync iphone
6. It worked for me!!! Good luck.

One device does not stop ringing when answering FaceTime with another

Does anyone have this problem; I have a 15'' MBP 2011 OSX 10.8.2., and an iPhone 4 running iOS 6.0.1. When my FaceTime receives a call, both devices are ringing just as they should, but one device does not stop ringing when I use the other to answer the call. However, the call is disconnected after some time (like, if you don't answer at all, the call attempt is dropped). So, my FaceTime calls are constantly dropped. IF I answer and then choose to reject the call with the other device, the call is disconnected.
This problem occurred some time ago, perhaps with the Mountain Lion upgrade, but not sure - I don't get that many FT-calls but from my family abroad.

I had the same issue pairing a Mac G5 powerpc with a 2014 Macbook Pro and resolved it. In addition to pairing the devices through System Preferences>Bluetooth, make sure that "Bluetooth Sharing" is checked in System Preferences>Sharing as well. In my case, the devices always say "disconnected" in the Bluetooth panel, but change to "Connected" during an actual file transfer. Try sending a file even though it says "disconnected" and it may very well work fine. It also helps to check "Show Bluetooth in status in the menu bar" so you can quickly initiate a transfer from there.

Youtube does not stop playing?

I'm able to embed the youtube videos through iAd Producer in order to include as a widget that's in iBooks Author. They play on the iPad in iBooks fine. However, when I close the full screen widget without tapping the pause button, the video does not stop playing. The screen will go back to the text of the book but the sound of the video keeps playing until it ends. I have to swipe two pages away for it to end.
Is there a way for it to automatically end when closing the widget?

Executable does not stop running when closed

I am trying to build an executable, but it does not stop running when I quit. I have to stop it through the task manager. How can I make it actually stop the .exe thread?
I have confirmed that the loop stops running, and have even tried connecting it to the "stop" function.

I'm sorry, but I can't see th eexample because I am running 2009. I think I understand. I've cleaned up the code a little bit, and added a shift register for the events. Is this what I needed to do? This still does not solve the problem, unfortunately. If I close, the "Quit" sequence properly executes, (including closing of the front panel), but the thread still does not close.

My config is OSX 10.9.1 new macbook pro 13 retina (2014).
The wifi does not reconnect automatically when waking up from sleep mode since I have a Bluetooth apple magicmouse.
It was not the case before I bought the BT mouse.
Is this problem between Wifi and bluetooth coming from the OS?
Is there a fix already available or scheduled?

Check your TCP/IP settings in the Network pane of the System Preferences. Click the "Renew DHCP lease" button
Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu.
Choose Network from the View menu.
Select Wi-Fi, then click the Advanced button in the lower-left hand corner of the screen.
Click the TCP/IP tab from the top of the screen.
Click the "Renew DHCP lease" button.

Hi. I feel your pain my friend. This is so annoying it makes me want to cancel my "pro" subscription. I think it has to do with other audio from a web page (includes Facebook) overriding Spotify's audio. I have looked all over Spotify to see if there is an override the override setting. I can't find it. Maybe this bumps up this thread so we get some sort of answer. I wouldn't mind it even if we got it's not possible. At least then we'd know. First, Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), use Disk Utility from there to Repair Permissions, test if things work OK in Safe Mode.
Then move these files to the Desktop for now...

Reboot & test.
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.

Battery charger does not stop charging when battery is full

On my G4 laptop, the battery continues to charge even after the battery is obviously full charged. Also, the battery life indicator in the menu always says "calculating" rather than giving me the remaining time left on the charge.
I've tried two different batteries, and I've reset the PMU.
Any ideas or help with this problem?

I have the same thing happening to me. My indicator at the top right of my screen shows the plug sign at 99% or 100& but the amber ring doesn't change to green. After a while the symbol changers to charge but the ring remains amber no matter what the symbol indicates. I've also reset the PMU. Waht worries me is that something is wrong. Should I ignore the improper amber ring color?

just an idea: Output is configured for a certain printer and the printer can not be reached because switched off or not configured correctly. Output can be see in SP01 spooler in status WAITING.

Probably because Google did not program it to keep running in the background.

Vibration does not stop near my ear

I think this happens after the iOS 8 updates.
After pressing the green button for receiving a call, the phone keeps vibrate a while and does not stop even when it's close to my ear.
This is really annoying!

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.
Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).
Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).
