Music i uploaded is not in the cloud

I've ripped CDs to my computer and the music is showing up on my iPhone, but not my other laptop. I have iMatch and home sharing. Plus, music on my one laptop is also not showing up on my iPhone or other laptop. What am I doing wrong? Is it because I have music saved in different locations? I thought iMatch was supposed to save any music I buy or upload in the Cloud???

Music not in the cloud

There is some of my music not in the cloud. How do I get those albums in the cloud?

Go to Settings>Music on your iOS devices and make sure "Show all Music" is on. Otherwise you will only see music that has been downloaded to your device, not your entire library. If it is on and some albums are still missing, try turning iTunes Match off and on again.
If the problem persists, you may need to start over by turning off iTunes Match on all of your iOS devices as well as in iTunes on your computer (Store>Turn Off iTunes Match). Then turn it on again in iTunes on your computer (Store>Turn On iTunes Match>Add this Computer), allow the match process to finish, then turn on iTunes Match on your iOS devices again.

Need FB app, but not via the cloud

Hi. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 6 and I am having trouble loading the Facebook app onto it. I had the app on my previous iPhone, so it is stored in my cloud. I no longer have the old email address to access the version on Facebook that is in my cloud, so I am needing to load the app from someplace other than my cloud. I am not given the option to do this when I go in and try to load the app. I have temporarily worked around this issue by accessing Facebook from the web, but it is not the same as logging in through the app itself, and does not offer any sort of notification feature when doing it this way. Does anyone know how I can upload Facebook onto my new phone but NOT via the cloud?

I am not able to download it by just going to the app store. It indicates it is in my cloud, and that is where it is pulling it from. Specifically, the issue I run into when I download it is that when it asks me to enter my password, it is asking for it under my previous account, which I no longer have an email address for since the account has been deleted. Since the old data in the cloud has my old email address, it will not allow me to access it.

When you save them just make sure you save them to your Mac and not iCloud. For those that already exist, you can move them from iCloud by dragging and dropping them to somewhere else on your Mac. To see all the files in iCloud choose file > open in either pages or numbers.

You should be syncing your contacts with your computer regularly.
If you have failed to do this then they are likely gone.

If you are wanting a cloud storage option for photos you may want to investigate something like Flickr.

By default, Acrobat DC for iOS displays recently viewed files. You need to switch to other file location (such as Local, Document Cloud, Creative Cloud) to delete, rename, move, or duplicate files.
You can switch to Local, if you would like to see the files and folders that are locally stored on your iPad.

Why Has Adobe Removed The Option For Individuals To Purchase Software And Not Use The Cloud?

As an individual who has been using Adobe products for about 25 years for my personal use and not as a business, I find the new policy of "renting" the software and using "The Cloud" for, at least in my case, a prohibitive monthly fee, to be totally unacceptable and will result in my no longer being able to afford using Adobe products. I do not understand why Adobe cannot offer their new cloud program for individuals and companies that may wish to use the new system and have the resources to pay in perpertuity, but they should also have the option for those of us who would rather purchase upgrades for whatever programs we use and keep them on our computer without "The Cloud" service.
I am 67 years old and living on a fixed income. I basically use four adobe programs... Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Audition as I do volunteer work at a local non-profit radio and tv organization. If I were to "rent" those individually it would cost $80 per month... so I could take the next deal and get access to all software for $50 per month... I cannot afford either of those. If I could upgrade one or more of the programs every two or three years... keeping them on my computer and not using "The Cloud," then continuing to use the products would be doable. However, being forced into a program that requires a monthly fee and use of "The Cloud" which I do not need to use, seems totally unfair. I certainly understand that there are businesses and individuals who will love the new program, but why not have the option? Or perhaps a "Senior" discount as you do for educators and students?
Something to think about. It seems Adobe may be moving to the "Cable Television" model of monthly fees that will go no where but up.

Hey there, you may have heard that Adobe is continuing to sell and support CS6 for customers who prefer traditional licensing. It's last year's version instead of the latest-and-greatest CC release, but it's something to consider if that's important to you.
As far as a "senior discount" on Adobe software, there has never been one – but one thing to consider is becoming a student or teacher because there is no age restriction on that, in which case you may become eligible for education discounts.

Just turning off Cloud will not prevent him from turning it back on.
Rignt now, if he uses the App store, iTunes thinks it's talking to me.

First, turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account, while your sim is still in the phone. Then: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. Give it to your grandson & he gat then set it up as he wants.
Important your turn iMessage & FaceTime off to disassociate the phone from your Apple ID. Apple "claims" to have fixed this with iOS 6.0, but until I can absolutely confirm such, I still recommend you turn all of that stuff off first.

You don't send it back to the cloud since it never left the cloud.
You can delete indovidual songs from the iPod, or if all music is available in your iTunes library on your computer, you can remove the music from your iPhone via the iTunes sync process.
