Music in Source doesn't load into Ipod mini

I purchased an album, and it shows in the source column as "digital booklet". It doesn't load into my ipod. Am I doing something wrong? What is a digital booklet?

I have no idea what a 'digital booklet' is. However, are you following the steps listed here to transfer the purchased music?

Purchased music from itunes music store doesn't play on ipod Mini

Can anyone please help. I have an ipod Mini. Whenever I try and play music purchased from the itunes music store, the song is skipped. I have just purchased a 20 track album and every track skips without playing. It is fine in itunes on my ibook. All music ripped from my CD collection plays fine on the ipod. Thanks for any suggestions.

If you have made sure that both the iTunes and iPod software are current and have deauthorized and reauthorized your computer, try this test:
1. Deauthorize the computer.
2. Create a new user in the system.
3. Download the free song of the week from the iTMS in the new user account.
4. Play the song in that user account to authorize again.
5. Restore the iPod (using the iPod updater) in the new user account.
6. Sync just the free song of the week and see if it plays on the iPod.
If it does, you appear to have a corrupted iTunes library file, and you should recreate the iTunes library file in your normal user account, and then sync your music back to the iPod and all should be well.

The Dimension for a video podcast has changed and will not load into Ipod

I usually subscribe to a specific vid podcast but lately i have noticed that my ipod will not sync the new vid podcasts. it's very frustrating! i have had a closer look and realised that the vids that don't sync into my iPod have a larger dimension 852x480 compared to the old 480x270. This is an MPEG-4 file. What is the problem? What should i do? Can i adjust the dimension? if yes how? I'm not sure if this is the problem but if there are any suggestions i'd appreciate them.

Songs won't load into ipod nano from new computer.

Load itunes library from old computer. Installed iTunes& authorized new computer. iTunes recognizes my iPod nano (4th generation), but won't load songs when synchronizing.

I have over 8,000 songs and when I attempt to update songs iTunes puts about 100 or so songs on then stops and states all songs have been updated. When I select update again it adds another 100 or so. Counting to 8,000 is going to take a while!! Don't know what to do...iTunes 5.0.1.4 9/23/2005 firmware. HELP!

I recently started having a problem were no songs I try to upload to my Ipod will actually stay in the Ipod. It tells me it uploads the songs in Itunes and when I look through the artist menu in the ipod, I notice that none of the songs that I uploaded are there. It happens also with podcasts. I have updated the firmware for my ipod and itunes to the latest version and it still happens.

Itunes library won't load to ipod mini after ipod to new computer transfer

I got a new computer and was able to transfer my ipod music into itunes; however, now my ipod has gone blank and it will not load the songs from itunes back onto the ipod. The ipod shows up on itunes, but has no songs listed. It shows that it is empty with a lock next to it on the bottom of the itunes screen.

As you have all of your songs safely back in iTunes then try restoring your iPod, this will erase the hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings. Once the restore is complete it should connect to iTunes and give you a prompt you to automatically update your library onto the fresh installation: Restoring iPod to Factory Settings

HELP ME- ipod mini wont play songs!

i have rescently moved houses and had to load my ipod mini on to a new computer and new i tunes list. I re loaded all my music on to the new list and transfered my ipod to factory settings to wipe all my old music. But when i went transfer all of my music to my ipod everything went bad!
my ipod says it has the songs on it but when i go to play them it plays none of them and just skips them all! Also when my ipod is connected to itunes i cant play the songs that are said to be in my ipod, but all the songs in my library play perfectly! (which are the same as the ones in my ipod)
please help me im going crazy!!!

One last thing, when your iPod is connected to iTunes and you try to play it through the computer do you get Grey text when you look at the content and lock symbol at the bottom of the screen? This would mean that your iPod is set to "automatically update songs and playlists". . If you want to access your iPod directly, play it through your iTunes, connect it to a second computer etc. you just need to change the update method to "Manually manage songs and Playlists" in the iPod preferences. Ipod mini not showing up on windows

Pls help.. I've had my ipod mini for a year and now Im having MAJOR problems with my ipod mini:
First, my ipod mini is displaying the sad face icon so i cant use it at all.
Second, my computer wont recognize my ipod anymore. Everytime i plug it into my USB, nothing shows up on my pc.. iTunes doesnt recognize it and neither does the ipod updater.
I tried the 5Rs suggested on the help site. In fact, i tried EVERYTHING suggested on the site.. except i CANT RESTORE my ipod mini because my computer wont recognize it!!

I got the same problem as els1017 from time to time - the computer doesn't recognise the ipod mini after connection, but after a while (about 3-5 min), the notebk computer recongnises the ipod mini & charges it. i worried that my ipod mini is "dead" already everytime the computer can't recongnise it.
Any idea on the normal time for the computer to recongise the ipod after connection? i hv this ipod mini last june (still less than 1 yr), can i make the computer to realise the ipod mini faster?

How do I get music loaded into itunes via CD synced into ipad?

sync seems to only want to load music onto the ipad that was purchased within itunes. I have a lot of old CDs have loaded into itunes on my macbook pro that have been synced to my ipod, why won't they also sync to the ipad?

after another trip to the Apple store (just glad there's one close) found out you must configure sync settings for each device attached to your iTunes library. So made the ipad the current device, clicked on Music (on the horizontal menu bar that begins with Summary), selected the desired sync options, synced and now have all my albums on the ipad. only they aren't showing as albums but each individual "song" (even for a symphony)
