Music, iPhone asks for apple id and password when playing music.

My iPhone 5 keeps asking for my apple id and password when playing an album or any song purchased through iTunes Store. Not only does it ask for it for the first song, but every one after that. Any ideas?

Is it,  potentially, that you may have purchased the affected songs with another Apple ID? A great Knowledge Base article that always helps me out is:

Particularly what follows:
Authorize using the correct account name
The items you are trying to play might have been purchased using a different iTunes Store account. To determine which account was used to purchase an item, follow these steps:
Select a purchased song in your library and choose File > Get Info.
Click the Summary tab. Note the Account Name that appears in the list. This is the account name (Apple ID) you will need to use when authorizing your computer to play this purchase.
Note: The account name that appears is the one you used when purchasing the item and does not change if the account name (Apple ID) changes.
If you've authorized the Apple ID that is shown in the Summary tab, you can check the purchase history for that Apple ID from Store > View My Account. If your purchase history does not reflect the purchase of the items in your iTunes library, consider any other Apple ID you may have created, and authorize the computer for your additional Apple ID.
If you forgot the password to one of your accounts, you can recover it using Apple's password-recovery website.

    When playing some older Itunes purchased songs on my Iphone I get asked for my Apple ID/password.  When I enter my current ID/passsword it will not allow me to play these songs.  Any thoughts?

    I have had about 9 iOS devices at work do this. 
    The fix and it will wipe out anything on your iphone is to connect it to your computer and have the latest version on iTunes open.  Hold the Power/Sleep and Home button till it blanks out.  Keep holding the home button untill it says recovery mode on the screen of the computer and do a restore.

    If you're trying to back up your device to iCloud, that doesn't have anything to do with your computer.  You back up to iCloud over wifi.  All you do is go to Settings>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account, scroll down and tap Storage & Backup, then turn on iCloud Backup.  You can then tap Back Up Now at the bottom to start the back up manually, or lock the screen and connect it to your charger and it will back up automatically every day.
    Enabling the iCloud control panel on your PC only allows you to sync your iCloud data with your PC, not to back up your device to iCloud.

    You can't. It is locked to the previous owner's account.
    Have the previous owner remove the iPhone from their account or get your money back.

    Then I send it to the suppler  where purchased  this phone  they told me  there is no way  to fix this unless I give  them the Id and password  .know I don’t know  where I can go  because in my Location nobody know how to fix this problem.
    At less I don’t know what I can do to fix this problem because I use this phone for my work and All my data and phone number in side this phone
    Notes :- I have  all the document    ( invoice and box  for this phone )which say that I phone for me .

    If you can't remember your apple id or password then sadly that phone has been bricked, without that infomation te activation lock cannot be removed by apple or anyone else.

    Try the advice here. I had the same problem and it worked for me.
    You have to delete the "SC Info" folder from /Users/Shared. You will have to use Terminal to enable you to see this folder first. Make sure iTunes is not running when you delete the "SC Info" folder
    There is an article from Apple on this here. The "SC Info" folder contains iTunes authorization information.
    I did this two weeks ago and iTunes accepted by login. I haven't been asked for my AppleID or password since.

    You can only have five computers authorized for one iTunes account.  You need to deauthorize another computer and then authorize this computer.  If yu do not have access to the other computers you can deauthorthize all computer and then authorize the one you want.  You can only deauthorize all once a year.  See the following for how to deauthorize all.

  • Updated to IOS 7.0.6.  Error code 6 during install. Restored using iCloud. Now iPhone keeps asking for apple ID and password.

    Apple ID is a random person's ID. I hit cancel and a new ID pops up. This happens 5 times in a row.

    Did you purchase this phone new, or is it a used device? It sounds as if it is asking for the Apple ID and password for the original owner. See this support link about Activation Lock, Apple's anti-theft device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5818

    Downloaded it from where? If you got it anywhere other than through the app store, what you have is an illegal bootleg. It's asking for the ID/password of the original purchaser.
