Music Library not showning up after upgrade

I just got the new iphone last night. Came home and upgraded itunes to 7 and now when I open itunes it can't locate my music or other files. I check the preferences/advanced settings and it's pointed to the right folder but not reading the contents....please help

Music Library Not Shown when Started ITunes

I conneted my Ipod nano (2g 8Gb)to sync with my PC and if any updates were available, only to be faced with the error of "Ipod has been synced with another Itunes library" which it has'nt. In addition Itunes was not showing any of my music files.
I checked with preferences and Itunes is looking in the right place but is not showing the files in the normal way.
I have upgraded to Itunes 8 today thinking that the process may resolve the issue but it has not, can any one help?

Just a note, itook the long way round to this problem and manually found all my tracks in the itunes library. this seems to have solved my problem, albeit it was a bit boring. I then re synced my Ipod with Itunes. It would be interesting if anyone else has solved a similar problem much easier however.

Music library not shown

I am guessing that after the last update to 6.03 my muisc library was moved out of iTunes. I see my music via Finder but not when I open iTunes. How do I put the music back there?

Put your library wherever you want, then . . . open iTunes, it'll either ask you to go find your library or . . . you go to the Prefs and tell it where it is.
iTunes > Preferences > Advanced (button):
At the top of the panel - "iTunes music location". Click the "Change" button and go from here.

Workbook not shown anymore after upgrade

Hi,
We have several workbooks assigned to different Roles_ e.g. Purchase, FI/CO etc.
If a user has both roles then the workbooks in both roles can be seen by the users.
But after we have upgrated BW. The users are not able to see workbooks for one role.
Even if they have severlar roles. For example if the users have Purcahse and FI/CO roles,
he/she will only be able to see workbooks belonging one or the other. If Purchase role
comes first in the list in the users profile. Then the workbooks assigned to Purchase role
will appear but not the workbooks assgined to FI/CO. If FI/CO comes first in the in the list of
the roles in the user profile then the workbooks assigned to FI/CO will be seen by the user.
Does any one of you experienced the same problem.

Music shuffle not working correctly after upgrade to ios8

Since I upgraded to ios 8 my music player stops remembering the last song playing and i have to restart shuffle from scratch everytime i want to start playing music.
I am choosing songs and have set to shuffle all. i upgraded to ios 8.0.2 already
Any advise how to fix this?

It may help to force close all open apps, then reset your iPhone.

Itunes music library player logs out after 5 minutes

Running iTunes 11.1.1
When playing music from my music library, the application closes after 5 minutes if the computer is not touched, i.e. volume changed, tune skipped, etc. It's like it "logs off". I don't have any sleep settings turned on. This happens with battery or with power plugged in. Any suggestions as to what might be causing?

I've had the same issue since upgrading to latest iOS 5.1 on appletv and latest patches on mountain lion mine usually drops out after a minute

PSE11 does work OK with Mountain Lion but you need to delete the saved prefs and application state.
Quit Elements.
Launch Finder and click on Go (hold down the optn key) and click on Library when it appears in the list below Home.
Delete the following files from the Preferences folder:

Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Paths

You should be storing everything on your computer. Just sync it to the iPhone of your choice from your computer.

Time machine fails backing up with a "backup disk not found" error after upgrade to Lion 10.7.2. I've erased and reformatted the drive; reconnected Time Machine(it saw it) and began a new backup. The backup starts again but fails before completing with backup drive not found error. I used the 10.7.2 combo update. Any help on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

After waiting since October for a fix, I have now upgraded the firmware on the Time Capsule and installed the new Airport Utility, released yesterday, and the situation is even worse.
Up until now, the Airport Utility had an option to disconnect all drives manually and the Time Capsule would then work until the next reboot – a temporary (?) work-around.
Now that option does not exist in the new-look Airport Utility. And the Airport Utility installation can’t be rolled back and the old utility won’t restore.
The sparesbundle is still not accessible. Anyone worked out a work-around in the new environment yet?
I have another Time Machine backup working fine to a trusty old Lacie Drive so erased the one on my Time Capsule to see if that works. I have renamed the Capsule and the Time Capsule Drive. But to build another full backup will take at least two days and I shall be away from tomorrow and am reluctant to leave the Capsule and computer up and running for a week. And I’ll bet the sparsbundle will still be nowhere to be found.
How can Apple screw up so badly when they are to become the richest company in the entire world and – soon – will have more cash in the bank than the entire United States? Can’t they afford someone who really can sort this out? Especially when a Firewire connected hard drive – my trusty and simple LaCie – works fine.

I tried turning the "do not disturb" on and add allow everyone to call as well as turning it off but it only vibrates when calls come in. I also turned my phone off and it still only vibrates when calls and messages come in.

It is 99% hacked/jailbroken iPhone to use a different carrier than intended. You have to put the sim from the original carrier or ask them to unlock the iPhone. We as well as Apple cannot help you with this.
