Music spot being saved when I stop a song

When I play a song and I switch to a different song, the old songs spot is saved and when I go back and play the old song it begins from where I left off. Its really annoying....

Go into Get Info for the song>>Options tab. There is a remember playback position checkbox.
This option is also available when you do a multiple track Get Info.
Select Desired tracks, right click then Get Info.

Files being saved when i don't save them

I was browinf thought my finder the other day, and found several things (electric bill PDF, etc), that I had viewed, but NOT saved, that were saved to my computer anyway. Wnyone know why this happened? I don't want everything little thing I look at being saved, when i don't need it.

What's beeping? The MainStage instrument or the keyboard?
Normally a keyboard sends a simple Note Off command when a key is released. Have you looked at the MIDI info coming into MainStage to see if that is what is being received, and to make sure the MK425 is not programmed to send something else when a key is released?

You're purchased music is not so much saved to the cloud, but rather indexed, since it is already in the cloud by virtue of being in the iTunes store.
If you want to check whether your purchases are being indexed or not, go to the purchased section on the main page of the iTunes store. There you will see a list of all your purchased items.

Music is being saved twice

So my macbook is saving music in a seperate itunes folder. I unchecked the box where it asks to copy files into a seperate itunes library but what do i do now?? Should i deleted the itunes folder that has my music duplicated in the itunes library? I feel that this might deleted my itunes library entirely and my playlists... Im really confused and its really taking up a lot of memory since i have SO much music... Please any help would be appreciated

Check your iTunes preferences. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Advanced and see if you have "Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" checked. If you have then everything you add from your hard drive is being copied to your iTunes Music folder resulting in two copies of everything. (Importing from CD should only result in one copy going to iTunes Music). If you right click on a song in iTunes and choose "Show in Finder" you'll be able to see which copy of the song iTunes is using, if you find that's it's using the copies in the iTunes Music folder then you can delete the one stored in the other folder.

Settings are not being saved when i reboot

i am having a problem when i restart my computer my settings such as dock settings background settings are not being saved how do i resolve this problem?

Is this just for new settings that won't stick? Or have all your original settings reverted to the defaults? Have you started up from your Mac OS X install disk and used the Disk Utility to "repair disk"? Do you have a backup of your important files?

I got an email saying that I was being billed $10.23 for some songs I had already bought with my iTunes card?

The email is just a receipt for your purchases. You get such receipts whether your using a credit card or an existing balance.

Imported music not being saved!!

I recently reinstalled iTunes on a new computer and successfully imported the library from my old iTunes which is being stored on a server. Today I began getting an error message telling me that many songs I had recently (since the new install) added to iTunes could not be played because the original file could not be found. I went into my iTunes Music folder and found that much of the music I had added had not been saved to the library. Only music that was imported directly from a CD had been saved. None of my downloaded music was saved. I know that on my old machine everything was saved to the iTunes library. I looked for a setting in preferences but didn't see anything. Is there any way to fix this?

Instead of unchecking 18,000 songs, just create a Smart playlist and limit it to 1500MB. (You only have ~1800MB, not 2GB)
Open iTunes prefs -> iPod and set it to Automatically update only selected songs and playlists.
Also, you have to have room for the podcasts, so that is why to set it at 1500.

The issue is that creating a modal of a region lifts that region from the HTML. Just have a look at the DOM when you run your page and not the source html, because that does not reflect changes to the dom made on page load. This means that your memo-field is removed from the FORM-tags, and effectively won't submit to session state. The item is not processed when you submit the page! You can track that through debugging your page. Memo is not saved and not processed.
Trying to save the value to session state is not enough, it doesn't really matter in this case. The moment you submit the page, the session state will get overwritten by the submitted values of the items.
So what i did:

Video Editing changes to inpoint and outpoint not being saved when exporting.

I'm editing .mov 1080p video clips from my DSLR in Lightroom 4.4. I,m using the slider bar to set a new "inpoint" and "outpoint," shortening the video. When I export, I am using the original format and new file name. Lightroom tells me the video is shorter in length, but when I play it back in Windows, the new file is the original length. What am I failing to do/see here? I'm using Win 7

In my experience when you export in the original format (MOV) you lose all adjustments, including length shortemimg.
Maybe someone can explain what the use is of this setting?
The adjustments are only reflected when exporting as H.264 (MP4) and maybe DPX which I never have used.

I downloaded some music from iTunes and when I played the songs the screen went black and had fireworks, but this has disappeared. How do I get it back?

My music files move location when I play a song?

Currently all my music files are in F:\iTunes\iTunes Music\Music
Everytime I listen to a song on my PC the file moves to F:\iTunes\iTunes Music starting a new folder for the albumn and artist there?
Only the songs I play move location?
I think this has onlt been since the last iTunes update?

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If you don't see them straight away it may help to restart iTunes. While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Siri keeps activating and podcast & music app stop mid song

was just wondering if this is a known issue or only something i am experiencing, it appears to have started within the last week, siri will activate asking for a question then will immediate make the tone when you do not submit anything or cancel. this seems to happen only when i am using the podcast or music app, which both also randomly stop mid song. it will occasionally jump ahead to the next track, but this is much more rare. it also seems to occur a lot more regularly when i am walking. any ideas?

Do you have Logitech Gaming Software installed? If so, uninstall it and see if it resolves the issue.

Spot colors not being saved.

In CS6 I have been having random situations where the spot color channels are not saved when saving a .psd, regardless of the settings in the save dialog box. Any idea of why this might be happening? I've even had the program dump the spot colors from a multichannel document today while trying to find a workaround. I considered converting the spot colors to alpha channels as well, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do that. Odd, as alpha to spot color conversion is just a radio button away. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

This is on an Intel I Mac running Maverics 10.91 (lots of problems with that).
These are RGD documents at 8 bits per channel. The layers have always been merged at this point.
The spot colors involved are mostly book colors (Pantone Solid coated), though the program drops custom spot colors (u-white in the screen shot) as well on the occasions when it happens. This began occuring with CS6. I have noted in the forums that the book definitions may have changed, I am revising my actions to move to the current book definitions, though why this would affect a user defined spot color is unclear.In the cases where this occurs, only the "Art Mask" channel would be saved (it's an alpha).
