Music store up to speed for me this morning

I was one of the many people who could not access iTunes, or only very slowly at best. This morning, all is back to normal. I did not change anything on my end. Anyone else?

Really, I've had no trouble at all with the music store. It works just as fast as it usually does for me (10 seconds at the most to load a page.) I haven't done anything either to make my computer any faster either. This is strange...

  • While playing farmville i cannot open my buildings and such, i could before i got the latest update for firefox this morning

    Prior to installing the latest update for Firefox this morning, all was well, but since that time, when I go to Farmville, it won't allow me to open my giftbox, barns, inventory, or bakery. It was fine until then. I tried Internet Explorer, (which I hate that browser with a passion) but it allowed me to do those things. I restarted and rebooted and it didn't help the problem. Is there anyway to undo ONLY the last update to Firefox?

    I can normally get 7-7.5Mbps from my broadband connection. This morning, the speed dropped dramatically to 1.85 Mbps.

    If you are unable to access certain applications on your iPad it may be that there are restrictions set up on the iPad. See this article for guidance -

    Settings > General > Restrictions if this is set to On you can continue to see what restrictions are set up.

  • After working fine for years, this morning lost homepage, settings and themes. Now, Firefox will not open at all.

    I've had Firefox for years. This morning, my theme, homepage, and settings were gone and I could not restore them. Now I can't open Firefox at all, no matter what I try.

    Firefox keeps that info in a separate folder called your "profile". It's possible that a new profile was created. But does your original still exist? Try starting Firefox in the profile manager to see if there are other profiles listed. See [[Managing profiles]]

  • HT204088 Hello. I can't log into iTunes Store. I made a purchase this morning for gold in csr classics and it charged my card twice. Can you please help me either get the gold for the game or recredit it back to my card.

           We also looked at the account for other purchases over a year ago or less and they had charged my card twice for the same purchase. They said they would let me know and I haven't received an email to confirm. It did it today also I purchased 9.99 of gold on the csr classic racing and it didn't give me the gold so I did it again and it gave me the gold. When we called our card company it was charged twice. And help would be great. Thank you.

  • Does the Music Store have a place for release dates on TV shows and videos?

    Just wondering if they will have any idea when they will get new episodes of various shows they carry.I have heard it takes 24 hours for them to get them but I have come across about five shows that have episodes that are well over 72 hours and still not released.
    Do they have a guide for release dates?Or a website that shows when they will carry certain episodes of shows?

    yeah, you're right. I got an email yesturday from iTunes stating pretty much just that. I complained that they weren't getting my SG1 and SGA shows up on time. Anyway, I was an idiot for blasting them. We pay iTunes bills...not some advertisers...so they will deff get the shows out to us when they get them from the studios. Moreover, the email stated that they'll let sci fi (i'm assuming that's the network we're talking about here?) know to send those recent epps. BTW, I also posted this info on the sci fi board.

  • Is WiFi music store up and running for ipod Touch?

    I didn't think it was but I was listening to the MacWorld podcast and they were talking about how great it is and how the guy bought some songs off it. Why is it already available for the iPod Touch and not iPhone people? That's really annoying if it is.

    Well okay ill give you that. But i mean you can always go to the notepad on the iphone and type in a note the name of the artist and song. Just as easy. Plus you wont always be in a WIFI area. If your on the highway you surely wont be in a WIFI area. I see it as a ploy to make more money. Smart of them.

    Telstra has been billing me for additional $250 per month for April and May. You have confirmed that i have been overcharged but the total on screen does not confirm this.     Hello there!  Being put on hold for that too long is really frustrating and I know how it feels.I may provide some ideas on how to solve that issue, however, it will not assure you that any of these solutions can solve any of your concern.. Have you checked your account online?Does your device usage justify the amount being charged at your account?
    Have you ever enrolled in some plans or promos lately?Have you made any downloads in the net which requires money transactions?Have you checked your data limit if you gor over it?Have you connected your account in some websites that requires money transactions?
    If you ever answered YES to any of those questions,better HAVE your ACCOUNT USAGE on your SCREEN and TRY TO REMEMBER your TRANSACTIONS.. or Call Customer Service Representative and tell them to forward your call to the collections department... *there are instances where in an account user device makes downloads over the net without the authorization of the account holder.

    similar problem as others: recent download of ITUNES, first no audio now no access to Music Store-- broken chain symbols after long delay. All other sites work well. Has anyone with windows XP been successful since yesterday? If so, how? And how did you get ahold of someone at Apple?

    my music store won't work. for a few weeks now i've been getting an error message saying "Itunes could not connect to the Music Store. An unknown error has occured [-3221]." i've redownloaded itunes && the first few times the store worked but now nothing is working.

    It will help if you post details, Alex; iTunes and QuickTime versions, exact Windows version (incuding service packs) , how you connect to the Internet, and exactly what's happening (i.e. you can't get to the iTMS at all, you can get there but tracks won't download, any error messages, etc). It's really difficult to offer much in the way of advice without full information.
    And please, stay with this thread; don't post "me too" post in other people's threads. It just makes it very difficult to deal with several people at once. Stick here and I'm sure folks will try to help out.

  • Free music is not totally free, for me

    I signed up for the 12 Days of Christmas, and downloaded a few songs. But when I discovered that iTunes Store actually sent payment reciepts (card charges) for 0.00 for each and every title, I stopped downloading. Because then this music wasn't totally free, for me.
    My local Norwegian bank charges me NOK 2.50 (about 0.50 USD) each and every time I use my Visa paying card, even for these 0.00-charges. So 12 "free" downloads would cost me about 6 USD.
    Why do iTunes Store charge my account for downloading this "free" music? And why do you have to charge every title seperatly?

    The receipt confirms your transaction with the iTunes store. I'd be very surprised if Apple tried to collect NOK 0.00 from your credit card. If on the other hand you've had a statment with a NOK 2.50 charge for NOT transfering funds then I would both complain to your Credit Card company and report the issue to iTunes Feedback.

  • Podcast not updating on iTunes Music Store but it's ok on Feed

    Neither the Store nor iTunes when subscribing is showing episodes 25 and 26.
    Your earlier episodes each have two 'enclosure' tags: if both contained playable media iTunes would ignore the second (you can't have more than one enclosure per episode). However in each case the first one contains a bit.ly URL which downloads the media file. This is not acceptable to iTunes, which thus defaults to the second enclosure, which does contain a playable URL. (The test is that the URL, when pasted into a browser's address bar, plays the episode in the browser, not downloads it.)
    However episodes 25 and 26 have only one enclosure each, containing a bit.ly URL, again downloading the file. Since the episode contains no playable media iTunes does not display it.
    You need to stick to one enclosure, containing a direct URL to the media file.
