Hello......i am using lumia 510...i am not able to downtown.songs from Nokia store because it is showing. An error"your phone is already registered.with Nokia music unlimited subscrition"......
What should i do to remove this problem.....plsss help me.....

This being a User-to-User Forum, you need to Contact Nokia thru' 'Nokia Support' tab at the bottom of this page..then click 'Contact' at the bottom of the page that follows..and finally 'Contact Support' to reach different channels thru' which you can contact ...

Please try to exit the app by pressing the Back key until the device Home screen is displayed. Then re-open the application and try again. If the problem persists, try using a faster network connection, e.g. WiFi."
If above will not help, let us know. You may also contact your local Nokia Support providing the device's IMEI and your Nokia Music username/ID.

Nokia music subscription problems

I have bought 2nd hand Lumia 920. This is why I could not use Nokia music Services .Because I have not passwords and user name. But today it’s completed more than one year and its subscription has been expired. Can I subscribe with new session and I will pay for new subscription and Nokia music voucher. If yes then let me know. Or tell me another solution because I love Nokia music apps.and i do not want to sell my phone and dont want to buy new phone due to problem of money. Thanks in advance

Sad to say, it is not possible to have a music subscription in your phone since you have mentioned that it's a second hand. The only way to use this service is to use the same Nokia account on the phone that was created by the previous owner.

Unlimited Music subscription problem

I have a Nokia Lumia 625, got it out of India. I have downloaded Nokia Music but I am unable to subscribe for Unlimited Music and hence, I am not able to download any songs in the phone. It says unable to activate unlimited subscription try after a moment or contact Nokia support. Please help me as soon as possible.

Hi, dipeshbasnet3. Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions! Just to verify, this is for Nokia Music Unlimited renewal voucher, correct? If yes, the service is only exclusive to India and China. Even if you are able to purchase renewal vouchers from Oxicash, you have to be within the supported countries to use it.

Nokia Music subscription error

I have purchase lumia710 from resale market. I m facing problem in Nokia music subscription. It is showing message 'This phone already registered with unlimited subscription' but I m able to download free music. Also I don't know any details of previous owner. Please suggest me.....

Please use the search function when you have a question as it will often give you your answer straight away.
In short, the phone was registered for the service by the previous owner and you need to contact Nokia Care to get this resolved. There is nothing anyone here can do about this.
Contact Nokia Care through the 'Contact us' section on this page by phone, mail or chat.

Nokia Music Renewal Problem

I am using NOKIA LUMIA 610.
My Nokia Music Subscription is ended and want to renew the subscription.
On my phone: Nokia Music > Settings > Renew Subscription > Clicked on "Where can I buy a Voucher from?' link which redirected on http://link.nokia.com/support/musicnmurenewals link (which later shows error i.e. HTTP 404 File not Found).
Later tried to renew the subscription from below given link:
http://www.oxicash.in/recharge/nokia-music.aspx
but it also gave problem (Please find attached document for more details).
Please let me know how can i renew my Nokia Music Subscription.

Thank you for posting and welcome to Nokia forum!
You will need to have a full Nokia Account if you would like to renew your subscription using a Credit Card or Operator billing. When logged in to the Nokia Store, select Extend your subscription > Redeem voucher on the homepage and enter the PIN code of the voucher.
Note that your Nokia Music Unlimited subscription is tied to your Nokia Account, so if you log in with an account already in use on a different phone your subscription will move to the current phone and you will no longer be able to download new music on your other phone.

also iTunes & App Store purchases (Music, Movies, TV Shows, etc.),

(I guess that all your devices - yours and your wife's are connected to one iTunes library, right?)
If you want that your wife gets her own iCloud account for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc. but gets also access to your media then you have two set up two things on her device:
iCloud (Settings > iCloud) with her account (e.g. [email protected])
and
iTunes & App Stores (Settings > iTunes & App Stores) with your account (e.g. [email protected]).
In this case she gets access to your library and could use the same iTunes Match account.

Music Subscription not working on replaced phone

1. What phone model are you using? Nokia 920,
2. Is the phone purchased second hand?
Used my nokia ID on nokia 920 to activate unlimited subscription.. worked fine,,
the phone then had issues, Nokia care replaced the phone with new one.
Now unlmited subscription does not work for new/old nokia ID
3. Is this the first time you activate your subscription with Nokia Music? Yes
4. What's your current location? Bangalore
5. What's the exact error message? No Error
6. Where did you purchased your phone? Store, But phone got replaced.
7. Did you use your Nokia account to sign up or subscribe with Nokia Music before? Same ID/ New ID used in replaced phone.
Hope This Sums up the problem..

The problem is because the Nokia Music subscription is attached to the IMEI of your device ..Since your phone has been replaced, you need to contact Nokia thru' appropriate link in HERE to resolve the issue ..

I can't get the in app purchase to work. Says see iTunes support. I can do music no problem. Verified payment information and still no go. Thought it might be some kind of money cap but did one yesterday for same amt and it cleared no problem

I have music activation problem, how to solve them ? when I start nokia music then display massage Activation problem. What is the Lumia 520 Music Subscription period..

I recently bought a new lumia 520 and the music account activated saying "Nokia music unlimited subscription activated."
1)What is the correct period of such subscription?
2) when i logged in again , it said "Subscription ends on Jan 01".
That is just like 2 months.!!!!!

Where are you currently located? Where did you buy your phone? Did you previously used your Nokia Music account with other supported devices?
The Nokia Music has 3 months, 6 months or 12 months subscription period depending on your device as well on the service type (Nokia Music + or Nokia Music Unlimited). If you're using an active Nokia Music account on a supported Nokia phone, and then registered it with another device, the remaining days or moths of your subscription will be carried over from the original phone to the new one. In case that the Nokia Music subscription expired, you'll be given an option to renew it if you would like to.
