Music taking up 5gb...but there's nowhere near that on my iPhone! help pls
Hi all,
basically i went to update to iOS8 tonight but its saying it needs at least 4.5gb. So I checked my usage and apparently my music is using up 5.4gb's. This didn't seem right to me but I deleted A LOT of songs anyway and checked again - still over 5gb. I seriously have about 50 songs if im lucky left on the phone. Why is it still taking up so much space? am I missing something?? there is DEFINITELY not 5gbs worth of music on my phone

If you are down to 50 songs or so on your iPhone and have backups of them, I'd try just removing them all and testing, or update with iTunes.

Just a few minutes ago i tried to purchase from The Simpsons tapped out game, but there were a warning that my purchese was declined and i was asked to re-filled the payment info in order to compete my purchase. I did that but that wont work and the warning keep showing up. Whats wrong? help please.. Is there any correlation with the software update? My iPhone does not have Facetime on it. I've tried going into restrictions, but there's a passcode that doesn't seem to be one that I've used before. Is it possible to reset the phone and then just restore a portion of the old information? I've tried several pass codes and now am locked out for an hour after being locked out for 5 minutes and then 15 minutes. It said that I had tried 7 pass codes prior to these, but I don't remember ever trying to get into restrictions before.

Hi when I stream video content to my Tv using Apple tv from my Ipad3 I find the Ipad goes to sleep after 2/3 minutes and disconects, the only way I have found to stop this is to continually tap the Ipad screen but there has to be a simpler method/ any help would be most welcome.

I have our music collection on iTunes Match for my PC, ipad and iphone.
Can I share that music collection with my wife so she can play that with her iphone? Even though she has a different Apple ID from me?Her iPhone will need to be set up to iTunes Match using your Apple ID to be able to share music via iTunes Match. Otherwise you'll have to download the music to your computer and then copy those tracks into her iTunes library, assuming hers is separate.

I keep having problems with "flash plug-in crashed" and "firefox has stopped working" errors. I've tried dumping the cache, restarting the browser and PC, redownloading firefox, etc. and nothing helps. My flash player and plug ins are all up to date, and apparently so is my firefox-- even though the help sections say to get 3.6.6, but there is no 3.6.6 as far as my browser and the site are concerned. Any ideas?
