You need to use AirPlay to play contents on your iPad or iPhone, go into your setup on Apple TV and make sure Airplay is on, then go to your iOS device and play a move or song and then click on the triangle in the box in the right corner and select AirPlay is should start playing on your TV via Apple TV.

on your new iMac start iTunes and log in to the iTunes Store (Store menu) using the same Apple ID as on the broken old Mac.
Then authorize this new Mac and select the iTunes Store. On the righthand side, you should see a section labelled Music or similar and below that a link to your purchased items. Clicking that link sends you to a list of all items purchased with your Apple ID.

It's now in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library ? You should be able to sync it to your phone by connecting it to your computer and selecting it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC), and then using its Tones tab to select and sync the tone to it
Is that how you've tried to do it ? If you select the Tones category under the phone 'device' on the sidebar does the right-hand side of the screen show it as being on the phone

I got my mp3 files from PC and transfer to iPad 2. it works good.
And I want to transfer this mp3 files from iPad to MacBook Pro.
I don't know how to do it and it seems like I should 'buy some tranfer program from other website'.
Should it word that way? or iTunes program can't deal this issue?
I have changed some music file information (such as Album, Artist, etc) of mp3 files in iPad from iTune in MacBook. Of course, the iPad was connected to the MacBook. However after I disconnected the iPad from the Mac, those changes were not shown in the iPad (edited album name, artist name...). When I connect the iPad to the Mac again, I can see the changes in iTune in the Mac.

Well, if both your iPad and iPhone have ios 7 you could AirDrop the contacts. This may seem time consuming if have a lot of contacts as you have to select all the ones you want to transfer. But it is useful if you want transfer only specific contacts and not the whole contact list. Oh, and another thing: your iPad has to be a 4th generation or higher and your iPhone has to be 5th generation or higher.

No, this is not necessary or correct. It's not necessary to transfer to and from the iTunes library. When you sign into your iBooks account on each device you have iBooks installed in:
iBooks > Store > Purchased > shows everything you bought > download from there wirelessly.
