Music will not show up on my Iphone 4 even if I purchase directly from Itunes on the phone. It shows purchased in the account but will not download to the phone. Even after click on the cloud. Help
The music will show up on my iPad and on iTunes but will not show up on iPhone 4. My wife has the same issue with the 4S and both phones have been like this since we bought them. Everything synchs but music. The synch music box is checked. Any ideas????????

Why aren't my songs previously accessible on my I/Pad 2/iPhone 4s devices in "Music" appearing in faint print & graphics no longer accessible? I had downloaded them into iTunes on my PC and previously synced them. Suddenly after recent syncing they were inaccessible. Why? (I previously downloaded an IOS_5 platform to my PC to use iCloud. I too am having this problem. Its really frustrating. In fact i have my setting to have all music on my phone however the phone displays I have 2986 and the itunes reads 2987. I'm one off on this area. In addition some of my purchased music does not show in my purchased list on the phone. It does show on the itunes account on the computer and in the overall albums just not in the purchased. I drug the purchased song from the albums to the purchased playlist and tried to have it re-sync... did not work.. I tryed re-booting the phone, and restoring from back up all failed.
Another problem I have found since the IOS7 updates is the phone doesn't keep my music where it was when I get out of my car. I used to love that I would get out of the car in the middle of my playlist go in the store come out and it would pick up right where it left off. Now I get back in the car and it begins playing random music of all my entire library. I love all my music however I don't want to listen to Christmas and Halloween music all the time. I don't want to remove these from the phone as I want them always available. I just want the function to go back to how it was.
Oh and the last thing, sometimes when I turn my phone sideways and am listening to music the collage of albums shows but freezes so I cant turn the phone back and change the music. I like having the capablility of turning the phone to see pictures and things auto turn but not this collage of albums if it's gonna delay me swictching or skipping songs.
Any ideas for these issues? Is apple aware and working on these? -

I've been trying to purchase music and even re-download pre-purchased music, but after downloading each track, with it clearly showing 'downloaded', I go to check the 'Music' App and none of the items are there. I have no music in my Music App at all.. I had cannot connect to iTunes on my MacBook because its too old. Thanks
Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to re-download on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page, and, if it's an iPod Touch, the Purchased tab iTunes store app on it : re-downloading.
If you can't re-download it then connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases if you have iTunes 11 on your computer), and you can then sync the music to your iPod. -

The reason is licensing - artists/record companies/TV networks/movie distributors all have separate licensing deals in different countries (or no licensing deals at all). It isn't mysterious or secret.
The only way around this is to have an iTunes account in the other country - either a valid credit card with billing address in that country, or an iTunes gift card from that country (though you'll still be asked for a billing address in the country for which you've purchased the card). -
When I synch my phone or other devices to itunes, I get a message that the following songs could not be synched to itunes because the file could not be converted. However, these are songs that I bought directly from Itunes. Any suggestions?

I understand that you are not able to sync a few songs you purchased from iTunes to your iPhone and other devices. There may be an issue with the file, but if you have the Apple ID and password used to purchase the songs, you can redownload them. You can even download the song directly to your iPhone. I purchased songs from iTunes Radio on my iPhone, but now the only place they will show up is in the iTunes Store app on my phone, even after syncing to my computer a million times, the songs do not show up in my library or anywhere else. My phone is not syncing properly, I wanted to add another playlist to it that I created on my Mac. I pluged in my phone and made sure the playlist I wanted to add was checked to be on my phone when I synced.
The playlist I wanted to add was "Country." It is clearly checked. I also wanted to add the "Recently Added" playlist, which I also checked before sycing. Currently, my phone only has the "Purchased" playlist and my "All Songs" playlist on it. When I hit sync, iTunes added another playlist automatically added another playlist to the list above and checked it. It was titled "ALL SONGS 1" and had ten fewer songs in it than the playlist I had created, "ALL SONGS" had. This playlist, however does not show up on my phone after syncing, nor does "Country" or "Recently Added." (Every time I sync, another playlist is created as "ALL SONGS 2, 3, 4, etc.") One of the songs (I have not, yet checked the other songs) that I purchased from within iTunes Radio shows up in the "ALL SONGS 1" on this screen:
But does not show up anywhere else. This playlist does not show up anywhere but the two screens above. The ALL SONGS 1 or 2 playlists do not show up here:
When I search for those song in my library, it shows that I do not have them:
But if I go to the iTunes store, I get the play button and not the price of the song:
This is what things look like from my phone's side of things:
"Summertime Sadness," one of the songs I bought from iTunes Radio, does not show up in the iTunes store under purchased "All" or "Not on This iPhone"
But, it does show up under "Recent Purchases"
Also, this is what playlists are on my phone after syncing a million times:

I recently purchased songs from itunes via my pc and I dont know how to get them onto my iphone? When I click the sync button it says I will lose all the music currently on my iphone.. Help
If you're syncing with a different iTunes library than the one you previously synced with, then there is no way around it. You're gonna loose the old data. The only way round it would be to make sure that all the music files on your iPhone is also in your iTunes library. If you still have access to the computer with the old library, you could copy the files on to an external harddrive, and then import them into your new iTunes library.
If it is in fact the same library, then the music currently on your iphone, is also in your itunes library. Just make sure that the artists/albums/playlists, or whatever you sync contains these tracks, that you allready have on your phone and don't want deleted. What i do is, i create a playlist specifically for my iPhone, and i set it up to only sync with this playlist. Whenever i hear a track from my iTunes library or buy a new track that i want on my phone, i just drag it to this playlist and next time i synchronize, it's there without deleting anything else. -
I have paid for itunes match and have now lost all my music off my iphone except what I paid for from itunes, 964 songs gone into the cloud. Can anyone help please?
Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

After I updated to iOS 7, my iCloud account is showing the incorrect email address for my Apple ID but will not allow me to change it- it's gray and I can't click on it. How do I fix this?
If you change your email, you do not need to "change" your AppleID. Just edit your email(s) on your Apple ID by logging in to your AppleID account. You should always use the same AppleID for Apple Services (iCloud, iTunes etc) and multiple ID will cause problems and confusion in the future.

My iPhne is 4S, after I downloading the latest OS 5.1 and extracting and verifying, it came to a point on iTunes where it could not at all, activate my iPhone. A message popped up on iTunes saying - "There is a problem with your iPhone"; We're sorry, the iPhone you connected may be damaged and cannot be activated for service. We recommend that you visit your nearest Apple Store for more information. Please kindly suggest me how to do.

It is a hardware/software fault which you'll have to get the iPhone replaced if you're under warranty. -
In the past I was using Photoshop 7 to make Web Photo Gallery. My friend could right click on the pictures from my website and save it in their computer.

You probably downloaded the Lightroom Creative Cloud version. Your Perpetual License key will not work.
Uninstall the existing version of Lightroom, this process will not affect your Catalog, Preferences or personal files.
Then download the correct version from the link below, install and enter the license. Every thing should be just fine. (Also by displaying your License Key for all to see anyone can use it to have a free copy of the program)

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

I'm trying to get itunes up and running on new computer. I have lots of music I've purchased from Itunes...and they show in my account. But only some of them have the cloud next to them. The rest say "downloaded" and it won't let me download them again.
I believe that all audiobooks are supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them requiring the one-time only download. Hey Gurus I've just shot a seminar, three cameras, Cannon's reasonably new XA20HD's. File format 1920X1080 MP4 17mbs 25 frames. Am running PremProCS6. I import the files into Prem, they come in ok but will not display. Got a yellow bar and a yellow Media Pending screen. What the? Have to cut this stuff soon! Wont even import into Media Encoder. Says there are no usable streams in the media! Just saw a podcast title about stress in the editing business. Better listen to the one! Any help would be most appreciated. J.
Copy ALL contents of SD card to a folder on edit hard drive. not just video clips, everything. Then in Premiere, import using Media Browser (tab at lower left of Premiere screen). This usually does the trick. There is metadata contained in the SD card files that is needed, not just the video clips alone.
